Abstract

本发明提供一种桑葚保鲜剂,所述保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:双乙酸钠3‑5份、木质素6‑8份、蔗糖酯0.3‑0.5份、氯化钙0.2‑0.4份、乙醇0.5‑0.8份、水30‑40份。将本发明的保鲜剂涂抹于包装盒上,再将桑葚放于包装盒内,经测定,桑葚能够保鲜10‑14天。

本发明涉及一种桑葚保鲜剂。
背景技术
桑葚是桑树的成熟果实。桑葚又作桑椹,又叫桑果、桑泡儿,农人喜欢其成熟的鲜果食用,味甜汁多,是人们常食的水果之一。成熟的桑葚质油润,酸甜适口,以个大、肉厚、色紫红、糖分足者为佳。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种桑葚保鲜剂,能够提高桑葚保鲜期。
本发明提供一种桑葚保鲜剂,所述保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:双乙酸钠3-5份、木质素6-8份、蔗糖酯0.3-0.5份、氯化钙0.2-0.4份、乙醇0.5-0.8份、水30-40份。
作为优选,所述保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:双乙酸钠4份、木质素7份、蔗糖酯0.4份、氯化钙0.3份、乙醇0.6份、水35份。
将本发明的保鲜剂涂抹于包装盒上,再将桑葚放于包装盒内,经测定,桑葚能够保鲜10-14天。

双乙酸钠4份、木质素7份、蔗糖酯0.4份、氯化钙0.3份、乙醇0.6份、水35份。

本发明的保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
双乙酸钠3份、木质素8份、蔗糖酯0.3份、氯化钙0.2份、乙醇0.8份、水30份。
实施例3
本发明的保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
双乙酸钠5份、木质素6份、蔗糖酯0.5份、氯化钙0.4份、乙醇0.5份、水40份。
