Abstract

本发明基于对减压馏分油的结构及化学组成的分析,提出了直接用减压馏分油为主要原料制备烃基润滑脂的新思路。用75-90%减压馏分油,9.5-22%地蜡及0.5-3%添加剂为原料,采用先将地蜡和减压馏分油置于反应器内,加热熔化并进行搅拌,升温脱水,恒温,在反应器内略呈碱性时加入添加剂混合成型,冷致室温时就制备出烃基润滑脂。用本发明制备的润滑脂,简化了工序,降低产品成本并扩大烃基润滑脂的原料来源。

Description

烃基润滑脂及其制备方法
本发明属于石油炼制领域,尤其涉及烃基润滑脂的新配方工艺,国际专利分类号为C10M144/10和C10M133/16。
众所周知,烃基润滑脂的品种繁多,如凡士林,钢丝绳脂等,主要用于机械的润滑与防锈,钢丝绳脂用于钢丝绳的防锈与润滑,凡士林适用于金属零件及农机的润滑。随着国民经济的发展,对烃基润滑脂的要求日益增长,目前制备烃基润滑脂均用石油炼制装置所得的蜡膏,成品润滑油及添加剂为原料,首先将蜡膏分散到润滑油中,升温熔化,脱水,恒温,降温过程加入添加剂,当温度达到室温时,即得烃基润滑脂产品。
本发明的目的是直接采用石油炼制过程中常减压装置中减压馏分油代替现有技术中的蜡膏及产品润滑油,因为减压馏分油中既含有产品润滑油的组分,又含有蜡膏的组分,且蜡是更为均匀地分布在润滑油中。
本发明是从分析减压馏分油的结构及化学组成,它既含有成品润滑油的组分,又含有蜡膏的组分,且蜡是非常均匀地分布在润滑油中中,减压馏分油含有少量的环烷酸及硫化物,且环烷酸用氢氧化钙中和后生成的环烷酸盐是润滑脂的添加剂,而硫化物又是润滑脂的极压添加剂,所以采用减压馏分油代替润滑油及蜡膏能制备出合格的烃基润滑脂,这样,可省去减压馏分油脱脱蜡的加工过程。本发明制备烃基润滑脂的配方是以质量%为基准:
减压馏分油为75-90%  (A)
地蜡为9.5-22%   (B)
添加剂为0.5-3%  (D)添加剂包括二硫化钼等金属氧化物及碳黑等碳类物质,而氢氧化钙是减压馏分油中所含酸性物质的量的多少而确定的。制备烃基润滑脂的过程是这样进行的,首先把地蜡及减压馏分油置于反应器内,加热熔化,并进行搅拌使地蜡均匀地分散到减压馏分油中,升温至110-150℃以脱除水分,并恒温,同时根据减压馏分油所含酸性物质量的测定缓慢加入氢氧化钙溶液,以中和减压馏分油中的酸性物质,防止润滑脂的腐蚀性,并用酚酞指示剂检验,当润滑脂略呈碱性后,进行冷却,随之加入添加剂混合成型,冷至室温就制备出润滑脂产品。
本发明所达到的效果是利用减压馏分油自身含有蜡和润滑脂油,能省去减压馏分油脱蜡的加工过程,从而降低制备润滑脂的成本,并扩大制备烃基润滑脂原料的来源,为润滑脂的生成开辟了新的途径。将商品凡士林和用本本发明配方和加工方法制备的烃基润滑脂用红外光谱进行分析,结果表明两种样品的红外谱图相同,表明本发明烃基润滑脂质量是合格的。

实施例1
将地蜡9.5%(B)(所有的均以质量百分含量为基准),90%的减压馏分油(A)置于反应器内熔化(1),控制温度在105-110℃进行升温脱水(2),然后恒温2小时加入氢氧化钙溶液使反应器内油略呈碱性,降温至70℃(3)时加入0.5%的碳黑(4),待温度降至室温时即制备得到烃基润滑脂产品(5),其产品性能如下:

Claims (2)

1、一种烃基润滑脂,其特征是直接用减压馏分油为原料,并加入地蜡、添加剂制备而成,其质量百分组成如下:
减压馏分油为75-90%
地蜡为9.5-22%
添加剂为0.5-3%。
2、一种制备烃基润滑脂的方法,其特征是直接用减压馏分油作为原料和地蜡一并加于反应器中加热熔化,并进行搅拌使地蜡均匀分散到减压馏分油之中,升温至110-150℃脱除水分,并保持恒温时缓慢加入氢氧化钙溶液,以中和减压馏分油中的酸性物质,用酚酞指示剂检验,当略呈碱性后进行冷却降温并加入添加剂混合成型,当温度冷却至室温时就完成了烃基润滑脂的制备工作。
