Abstract

本发明公开了一种双路光解净化设备,包括箱体,箱体内设有主路空气净化通道和副路空气净化通道;箱体周侧设有主路进风口和副路进风口,箱体顶部设有主路出风口和副路出风口;主路进风口和主路出风口均与主路空气净化通道连通;副路进风口和副路出风口均与副路空气净化通道连通;主路空气净化通道内从下往上依次设置有主路风机、主路活性炭过滤网、UV灯和主路导风板;副路空气净化通道内从下往上依次设置有副路风机、副路活性炭过滤网、光催化板、紫外灯、副路颗粒物过滤网和副路导风板。本发明设置两路净化通道,提高了设备的兼容性;主路副路活性炭过滤网下表面为凸起球面状,提高了净化效果和效率;导风板有利于导引空气流及降低噪音。

一种双路光解净化设备
技术领域
本发明属于大气污染防治技术领域,特别是涉及一种双路光解净化设备。
背景技术
在炼油厂、橡胶厂、化工厂、制药厂、污水处理厂、垃圾转运站等地方常常会因为生产生活垃圾而产生恶臭气体,因此需要设置恶臭气体净化器来恢复清新的空气,但是现有的恶臭气体净化器通常需要加装预处理装置,而且,预处理装置对处理气体的温度、湿度要求比较严格,因此恶臭气体净化器的处理效率很低、使用寿命也短、检修装卸还不方便,同时,在净化处理恶臭气体的时候风量风压还不稳定,产生的噪音也大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双路光解净化设备,通过该设备的应用,解决了现有的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种双路光解净化设备,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有主路空气净化通道和副路空气净化通道;所述箱体周侧设有主路进风口和副路进风口,箱体顶部设有主路出风口和副路出风口;所述主路进风口和主路出风口均与主路空气净化通道连通;所述副路进风口和副路出风口均与副路空气净化通道连通;所述主路空气净化通道内从下往上依次设置有主路风机、主路活性炭过滤网、UV灯和主路导风板;所述副路空气净化通道内从下往上依次设置有副路风机、副路活性炭过滤网、光催化板、紫外灯、副路颗粒物过滤网和副路导风板。
进一步地,所述主路进风口一表面安装有主路进风过滤网,副路进风口一表面安装有副路进风过滤网;所述主路进风过滤网和副路进风过滤网均为金属丝网。
进一步地,所述主路风机安装在主路空气净化通道内底部,主路活性炭过滤网周侧和若干个UV灯端部均安装在主路空气净化通道内侧壁上,主路导风板安装在主路空气净化通道内侧壁与顶部之间。
进一步地,所述副路风机安装在副路空气净化通道内底部,副路活性炭过滤网、光催化板、紫外灯和副路颗粒物过滤网均安装在副路空气净化通道内侧壁上,副路导风板安装在副路空气净化通道内侧壁与顶部之间。
进一步地,所述主路活性炭过滤网朝向主路风机一表面和副路活性炭过滤网朝向副路风机一表面均设置为凸起球面形状。
进一步地,所述主路导风板和副路导风板的一表面均设置为凹陷弧形。
进一步地,所述光催化板为负载有纳米二氧化钛的三维蜂窝陶瓷网。
进一步地,所述副路颗粒物过滤网为PM2.5颗粒物过滤网。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过将进风口设置在箱体周侧,而出风口设置在箱体顶部,在风机的作用下,较重的有害气体从进风口导入,并从出风口导出,有利于提高对有害气体的净化效率;通过设置两路净化通道,有利于根据实际需要选择相应的净化方式,提高了设备的兼容性;通过在进风口处设置进风口过滤网,有利于对进入设备的空气流进行预先过滤,从而减少设备内部净化的压力和有害物质的积累,从而有利于延长使用寿命;通过将主路副路的活性炭过滤网的下表面设置为凸起球面形状,从而增大与空气的接触面积,提高净化的效果和效率;通过设置导风板,并将导风板一表面设置为凹陷的弧面结构,有利于对空气流有效导引以及降低空气流动的噪音,以减小噪音污染。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1所示,本发明为一种双路光解净化设备,包括箱体1,箱体1内设有主路空气净化通道2和副路空气净化通道3;箱体1周侧设有主路进风口101和副路进风口103,箱体1顶部设有主路出风口102和副路出风口104;主路进风口101和主路出风口102均与主路空气净化通道2连通,主路进风口101一表面安装有主路进风过滤网4;副路进风口103和副路出风口104均与副路空气净化通道3连通,副路进风口103一表面安装有副路进风过滤网5;主路空气净化通道2内从下往上依次设置有主路风机201、主路活性炭过滤网202、UV灯203和主路导风板204,其中主路风机201安装在主路空气净化通道2内底部,主路活性炭过滤网202周侧和若干个UV灯203端部均安装在主路空气净化通道2内侧壁上,主路导风板204安装在主路空气净化通道2内侧壁与顶部之间;副路空气净化通道3内从下往上依次设置有副路风机301、副路活性炭过滤网302、光催化板303、紫外灯304、副路颗粒物过滤网305和副路导风板306,副路风机301安装在副路空气净化通道3内底部,副路活性炭过滤网302、光催化板303、紫外灯304和副路颗粒物过滤网305均安装在副路空气净化通道3内侧壁上,副路导风板306安装在副路空气净化通道3内侧壁与顶部之间。
其中,主路进风过滤网4和副路进风过滤网5均为金属丝网,用于防尘,过滤较大的颗粒物。
其中,主路活性炭过滤网202朝向主路风机201一表面和副路活性炭过滤网302朝向副路风机301一表面均设置为凸起球面形状,从而增大与空气的接触面积,提高过滤效果。
其中,主路导风板204和副路导风板306的一表面均设置为凹陷弧形,从而有利于对空气流进行导流,减少空气逆流量,从而有效降低空气流动中产生的噪音。
其中,UV灯用于将恶臭气体分解为对人体无害的气体或物质。
其中,光催化板303为负载有纳米二氧化钛的三维蜂窝陶瓷网,结合紫外灯304光照作用可将甲醛等有害气体分解为无害的物质。
其中,副路颗粒物过滤网305为PM2.5颗粒物过滤网。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:当室内有恶臭气体时,开启主路风机201和UV灯203,继而对带有恶臭的气体进行净化处理;当检测到室内有甲醛等有害气体时,开启副路风机301和紫外灯304,继而对含有甲醛等有害气体的空气进行净化;当检测到含有上述两种情况的有害气体时,通过开启主路风机201、UV灯203、副路风机301和紫外灯304,使两路净化通道同时工作,继而对空气进行净化处理。

1.一种双路光解净化设备,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内设有主路空气净化通道(2)和副路空气净化通道(3);所述箱体(1)周侧设有主路进风口(101)和副路进风口(103),箱体(1)顶部设有主路出风口(102)和副路出风口(104);所述主路进风口(101)和主路出风口(102)均与主路空气净化通道(2)连通;所述副路进风口(103)和副路出风口(104)均与副路空气净化通道(3)连通;所述主路空气净化通道(2)内从下往上依次设置有主路风机(201)、主路活性炭过滤网(202)、UV灯(203)和主路导风板(204);所述副路空气净化通道(3)内从下往上依次设置有副路风机(301)、副路活性炭过滤网(302)、光催化板(303)、紫外灯(304)、副路颗粒物过滤网(305)和副路导风板(306)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述主路进风口(101)一表面安装有主路进风过滤网(4),副路进风口(103)一表面安装有副路进风过滤网(5);所述主路进风过滤网(4)和副路进风过滤网(5)均为金属丝网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述主路风机(201)安装在主路空气净化通道(2)内底部,主路活性炭过滤网(202)周侧和若干个UV灯(203)端部均安装在主路空气净化通道(2)内侧壁上,主路导风板(204)安装在主路空气净化通道(2)内侧壁与顶部之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述副路风机(301)安装在副路空气净化通道(3)内底部,副路活性炭过滤网(302)、光催化板(303)、紫外灯(304)和副路颗粒物过滤网(305)均安装在副路空气净化通道(3)内侧壁上,副路导风板(306)安装在副路空气净化通道(3)内侧壁与顶部之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述主路活性炭过滤网(202)朝向主路风机(201)一表面和副路活性炭过滤网(302)朝向副路风机(301)一表面均设置为凸起球面形状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述主路导风板(204)和副路导风板(306)的一表面均设置为凹陷弧形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述光催化板(303)为负载有纳米二氧化钛的三维蜂窝陶瓷网。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种双路光解净化设备,其特征在于:所述副路颗粒物过滤网(305)为PM2.5颗粒物过滤网。
