本发明公开了一种空气净化器,包括进气管、进水管、喷头、净化罐、高压静电极、滤板、过滤模块、紫光灯、气压表、排气管、活性炭插板和密封圈,所述的进气管与净化罐连通,净化罐底端设有进水管,进水管出口端设有喷头,净化罐内壁设有高压静电极,净化罐内部设有过滤模块,净化罐上部内壁设有紫光灯,净化罐上设有气压表,净化罐顶端与排气管连通,排气管上设有插槽,插槽内设有活性炭插板。本发明使颗粒沾满水汽增加其重力,减少空气中颗粒含量,高压静电场使尘粒带电吸附到电极上,过滤模块阻挡空气中的颗粒,更换滤板,增加使用寿命,减少空气中细菌等微生物,结构简单,使用方面,利于推广。

本发明涉及一种环保机械设备,具体是一种空气净化器。
背景技术
环保设备是指用于控制环境污染环保活性炭改善环境质量而有生产单位或建筑安装单位制造和建造出来的机械产品、构筑物及系统。环境治理已经是刻不容缓的事情了,我们应该更注重环保。我国环保设备领域还是处于发展阶段,国内企业结构分散,从业企业数量众多,但以中小企业为主,集中度不高,企业产品中科技含量高的设备仍然较少。在我国的环保投资中,环保机械占据着重要地位,环保机械制造业未来空间广阔。其中空气净化器占据环保机械设备重要的一部分,空气净化器能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等,有效提高空气清洁度,现有的空气净化器净化效率低,滤网的阻力较大,而且滤网需要致密导致寿命降低,需定期更换,增加使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种空气净化器,包括进气管、进水管、喷头、净化罐、高压静电极、滤板、过滤模块、紫光灯、气压表、排气管、活性炭插板和密封圈,所述的进气管与净化罐连通,进气管上设有控制阀,净化罐底端设有进水管,进水管出口端设有喷头,净化罐内壁设有高压静电极,高压静电极设置在进水管上方,净化罐内部设有过滤模块,过滤模块与净化罐拆卸式连接,过滤模块由多个滤板组成,净化罐上部内壁设有紫光灯,净化罐上设有气压表,净化罐顶端与排气管连通,排气管上设有单向阀,排气管上设有插槽,插槽内设有活性炭插板,活性炭插板与插槽连接处设有密封圈。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的喷头设置在进气管的入口端上方。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的活性炭插板与插槽插销式连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明控制阀控制进气管内空气进入的速度,通过进水管和喷头喷入水使空气中的粉尘颗粒沾满水汽增加其重力,使粉尘颗粒再重力作用下落下,减少空气中颗粒含量,高压静电极发出高压静电场,使气体电离从而使尘粒带电吸附到电极上,过滤模块阻挡空气中的颗粒,一段时间后可将过滤模块底端的滤板拆下,将过滤模块顶端的滤板移动至底端,同时将新的滤板安装在过滤模块顶端,增加使用寿命,紫光灯对空气进行杀菌消毒,减少空气中细菌等微生物,使空气清新,气压表保证设备的安全性,避免气压过高引起安全隐患,单向阀控制空气排出,可以使空气在净化罐内多杀毒一会,减少空气中的微生物,当需要空气为干燥空气时,插入活性炭插板,吸收其中的水汽,当不需要干燥时,可将活性炭插板拆卸下来,结构简单,使用方面,利于推广。

请参阅图1,一种空气净化器,包括进气管1、进水管3、喷头4、净化罐5、高压静电极6、滤板7、过滤模块8、紫光灯9、气压表10、排气管12、活性炭插板13和密封圈15,所述的进气管1与净化罐5连通,进气管1上设有控制阀2,控制阀2控制进气管1内空气进入的速度,净化罐5底端设有进水管3,进水管3出口端设有喷头4,喷头4设置在进气管1的入口端上方,通过进水管3和喷头4喷入水使空气中的粉尘颗粒沾满水汽增加其重力,使粉尘颗粒再重力作用下落下,减少空气中颗粒含量,净化罐5内壁设有高压静电极6,高压静电极6设置在进水管3上方,高压静电极6发出高压静电场,使气体电离从而使尘粒带电吸附到电极上,简单方便,净化罐5内部设有过滤模块8,过滤模块8与净化罐5可拆卸连接,过滤模块8由多个滤板7组成,过滤模块8阻挡空气中的颗粒,一段时间后可将过滤模块8底端的滤板7拆下,将过滤模块8顶端的滤板7移动至底端,同时将新的滤板7安装在过滤模块8顶端,增加使用寿命,净化罐5上部内壁设有紫光灯9,紫光灯9对空气进行杀菌消毒,减少空气中细菌等微生物,使空气清新,净化罐5上设有气压表10,气压表10保证设备的安全性,避免气压过高引起安全隐患,净化罐5顶端与排气管12连通,排气管12上设有单向阀11,单向阀11控制空气排出,可以使空气在净化罐5内多杀毒一会,减少空气中的微生物,排气管12上设有插槽14,插槽14内设有活性炭插板13,活性炭插板13与插槽14连接处设有密封圈15,活性炭插板13与插槽14插销式连接,当需要空气为干燥空气时,插入活性炭插板13,吸收其中的水汽,当不需要干燥时,可将活性炭插板13拆卸下来,简单方便。

1.一种空气净化器,包括进气管、进水管、喷头、净化罐、高压静电极、滤板、过滤模块、紫光灯、气压表、排气管、活性炭插板和密封圈, 其特征在于,所述的进气管与净化罐连通,进气管上设有控制阀,净化罐底端设有进水管,进水管出口端设有喷头,净化罐内壁设有高压静电极,高压静电极设置在进水管上方,净化罐内部设有过滤模块,过滤模块与净化罐拆卸式连接,过滤模块由多个滤板组成,净化罐上部内壁设有紫光灯,净化罐上设有气压表,净化罐顶端与排气管连通,排气管上设有单向阀,排气管上设有插槽,插槽内设有活性炭插板,活性炭插板与插槽连接处设有密封圈。
