Abstract
The invention relates to a concealed door hinge having a receiving body (3) on the door leaf side for arrangement in a door leaf (2) designed with a door tongue (2b), which has a base body (3a) for arrangement in a door leaf base body (2a) of the door leaf (2) and a projection (3b) for arrangement in the door tongue (2b), and having a hinge bow (7) which is connected pivotably movably to the first hinge part and which is surrounded on both sides by the projection (3b) and is connected to a receiving body (8) on the frame side for fastening to a door frame (1). According to the invention, a sealing profile (9) is provided, which has two contact arms (9a) that each rest against the inner side (10) of the projection (3b) on both sides of the hinge bracket (7) and a connecting section (9b) that connects the contact arms (9a) to one another. The invention also relates to a door system having a door hinge according to the invention.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a concealed door hinge and a door system, in particular configured with a concealed door hinge according to the present invention.
Background
The door hinge is provided with a receiving body on the door leaf side for arrangement in a door leaf designed with a door tongue and groove, and has a base body for arrangement in a door leaf base body of the door leaf and a projection for arrangement in the door tongue and groove. Furthermore, a hinge bracket is provided which is connected to the first hinge part in a pivotally movable manner and which is surrounded on both sides by the projection and is connected to a frame-side receptacle for fastening to the door frame. Such a door hinge is known from EP 2476836 a 1.
A door hinge of this type fits with the first hinge part into a recess of the door leaf, which extends both into the door leaf base body and into the door tongue and groove. The recess is typically formed by milling the door leaf material. However, a continuous door seal is often provided between the door leaf and the door frame for providing a sealing action in the closed state. These door seals are usually arranged concealed in the region of the narrow side of the door leaf for practical and aesthetic reasons. Particularly preferred in this case are regions on the narrow side of the door leaf base or on the inside of the door tongue. Door seals are often found in particular in the corners formed by the narrow sides of the door leaf base body and the inner sides of the door tongue and groove. In this case, it is disadvantageous that in conventional installations of door hinges, the continuous door seal is interrupted by the recess. Due to the seal thus interrupted, the tightness of the door can no longer be ensured in the closed state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is therefore based on the object of establishing the tightness of the door hinge and the door system by simple measures.
The solution to this task and the solution of the invention are a concealed door hinge as described below and a door system as described below. The concealed door hinge according to the invention has a receiving body on the door leaf side for arrangement in a door leaf designed with a door tongue and groove, which has a base body for arrangement in a door leaf base body of the door leaf and a projection for arrangement in the door tongue and groove, and has a hinge bow connected to the first hinge part in a pivotably movable manner, which hinge bow is surrounded on both sides by the projection and is connected to a frame-side receiving body for fastening to a door frame, and is characterized in that a sealing profile having two contact arms which respectively contact the insides of the projection on both sides of the hinge bow and a connecting section which connects the contact arms to one another is provided. The door system according to the invention has a door frame which surrounds a door opening, a door leaf for closing the door opening, and a door hinge which connects the door leaf and the door frame in a pivotably movable manner, the door leaf having a door leaf base body and a door recess arranged on a narrow side of the door leaf base body, wherein a recess which extends into the door leaf base body and into the door recess is provided on the door leaf, the door hinge having a receiving body which engages into the recess on the door leaf side and which extends with a projection into the door recess, a hinge bracket which is surrounded by the projection being held pivotably about a rotational axis which extends inside the door recess, on the door leaf, a continuous seal which is interrupted by the recess is arranged between the door leaf base body and the door recess, and on the door frame a receiving body which is arranged on the frame side and on which the hinge bracket is held, the door system being characterized in that a sealing formation is provided on the receiving body on the door leaf side, the sealing profile has two abutment arms connected by a connecting arm, which abut against the inner side of the projection.
According to the invention, a sealing profile having two contact arms is provided on the concealed door hinge, said contact arms contacting the inner side of the projection on both sides of the hinge bracket. The abutment arms are connected to each other by a connecting arm and cover the inner side of the protrusion. They can thus ensure a sealing action between the door leaf and the door frame as a continuation of the continuous door seal. The connecting arm makes it possible to achieve a continuous seal without gaps over the entire door leaf height with the door hinge according to the invention. In this case, the connecting arm is arranged offset with respect to the door seal in such a way that it is not damaged by the opening or closing movement.
The sealing profile is held in place in the receiving groove of the base body. The sealing profile can be fixed there, for example by means of an adhesive or pressed into it with an interference fit.
Preferably, the projection is formed in two parts, a first and a second part, which surround the hinge bracket on both sides. By means of the two parts, the projection can be simplified with regard to the basic functional requirements, as a result of which on the one hand material can be saved and on the other hand also smaller dimensions can be determined for the recess in the interior of the door body.
Particularly preferably, the connecting arm rests against an outer surface of the hinge bracket in the closed position. In the closed position, a seal is thus established between the hinge bracket and the base body of the receiving body on the door leaf side. In the opening movement, the connecting arm is moved away from the hinge bracket, so that it cannot be damaged thereby. In the closed position, in which the sealing function is required, the sealing profile encloses the hinge bracket in a U-shaped manner. In the closed position, the concealed door hinge is therefore already completely sealed on this side.
The sealing molded part is preferably designed as a plastic part, in particular as a silicone or foamed plastic material. It may also have a hollow chamber or a hollow channel. In principle, it is also possible for the sealing profile to be composed of a plurality of parts.
It is additionally advantageous if an additional sealing element is provided on the side of the hinge bracket remote from the connecting arm. The sealing element serves to bridge the distance between the hinge arch and the second hinge part or the door frame into which the second hinge part is inserted in all closed positions and to seal the gap thus formed. Since the hinge bracket does not change its position relative to the receiving body on the frame side during the opening movement, the additional sealing element is essentially stationary. The elasticity and/or mobility of the sealing element only have to be able to compensate for the installation on the door frame and the setting movement of the hinge bracket inside the receptacle on the frame side.
The additional sealing element is suitably designed as a seal profile, in particular as a round seal or a hollow seal.
The invention also relates to a door system. According to one type, the door system is designed with a door frame enclosing a door opening, a door leaf for closing the door opening, which has a door leaf base body and a door tongue arranged on a narrow side of the door leaf base body, and a door hinge pivotably connecting the door leaf and the door frame. The door leaf is provided with a groove extending to the door leaf base body and the door rabbet. The door hinge has a receptacle on the door leaf side, which is inserted into the recess and extends with a projection into the door tongue and groove. The hinge bracket surrounded by the projection is held pivotably about a pivot axis running inside the door tongue on the door-leaf-side receptacle. On the door leaf, a continuous seal interrupted by grooves is arranged between the door leaf base body and the door tongue-and-groove. The door frame is provided with a frame-side receptacle, on which the hinge bracket is held. According to the invention, a sealing profile is arranged on the door-leaf-side receptacle, which sealing profile has two contact arms connected by a connecting arm, which contact arms contact the inner side of the projection. The seal interrupted by the groove is almost completely reestablished by the abutment arms covering the inner side of the projection.
The hinge bracket can be held on the frame-side receptacle in an adjustable manner in one or more spatial directions. In an embodiment without adjustment, the hinge bracket and the receiving body on the frame side can also be formed in one piece or the hinge bracket can be fixed directly to the door frame.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting arm bridges the distance between the receiving body on the door leaf side and the outer surface of the hinge bracket in the closed state. Thus, a complete seal can be obtained on this side.
Alternatively or additionally, an additional sealing element is provided on the side of the hinge bracket remote from the connecting arm, which sealing element bridges the distance between the hinge bracket and the outside of the door frame and/or the receptacle on the frame side. A coherent, aligned seal of the door seal, the abutment arm and the additional sealing element can thus be produced. Thus, a complete seal can be achieved in the door system according to the invention.

Detailed Description
Figure 1 shows in perspective a door system according to the invention with a door frame 1 enclosing a door opening and a door leaf 2 for closing the door opening. The door leaf 2 has a door leaf base body 2a and a door tongue 2b arranged on a narrow side of the door leaf base body 2 a. The door frame 1 and the door leaf 2 are connected to each other pivotably movably by means of a hidden door hinge according to the invention. The recessed door hinge engages with a receptacle 3 on the door leaf side into a recess on the door leaf 2. The groove extends both into the door leaf base body 2a and into the door tongue 2b, and in this case interrupts the continuous door seal 4, which engages in a groove in the corner between the narrow side of the door leaf base body and the inner side 6 of the door tongue 2 b.
The receiving body 3 on the door leaf side extends out of the base body 3a into the door tongue 2b as a projection 3b consisting of two spaced-apart parts. A hinge bracket 7 is held between the two parts of the projection 3b so as to be rotatable about a pivot axis x, which extends within the door tongue 2 b. The hinge bracket 7 has a semicircular curved middle section 7a and is fastened to the door-frame-side receptacle 8 with a contact section 7b arranged on the end of the middle section 7a opposite the pivot axis x.
According to the invention, a sealing profile 9 is provided on the door-side receptacle 3, which rests with two resting arms 9a on the inner side 10 of the projection 3 b. The abutment arms 9a are connected to each other by a connecting arm 9 b. In the present exemplary embodiment, the inner side 6 of the door tongue 2b and the inner side 10 of the projection 3b are not in one plane, but are arranged with a deviation d. It is only the abutment arm 9a that protrudes from the inner side 6 of the door tongue and groove 2b that is important for the function according to the invention. The concealed door hinge according to the invention can be used flexibly for abutment arms 9a of sufficient thickness, which are designed to be elastic, with different tilting thicknesses(thickness of the door groove 2b in the thickness direction of the door). The sealing profile 9 is held in the receiving groove 3c in the door-leaf-side receptacle 3 and is made of an elastic foam material.
From a comparative observation of fig. 2A and 2B, the principle of action of the sealing system in the door system according to the invention and the concealed door hinge according to the invention is clear: visible in the closed position shown in fig. 2A is the abutment arm 9a abutting against the inner side 10 of the projection 3b bridging the distance up to the outer surface of the door frame 1. Furthermore, the connecting arm 9b rests on the outside of the middle section 7a of the hinge bracket 7 and bridges the distance from the inner surface of the base body 3a of the door-leaf-side hinge part.
An additional sealing body 11, which likewise sealingly bridges the distance from the outer surface of the door frame 1, is applied to the outer surface of the intermediate section 7a opposite the connecting arm 9 b. Together with the door seal 4, which is not visible in this view, a complete sealing between the door frame 1 and the door leaf 2 can be achieved.
In the closed position, the curved middle section 7a of the hinge bracket, starting from the pivot axis x, extends initially within the door tongue 2B toward the door leaf base body 2a, then, it describes a semicircular curve through the interior of the base body 3a, in order then to leave it in a substantially opposite direction toward the door frame 1 and to pass there into the fixed section 7B, with the curved embodiment of the hinge bracket 7 and in combination with the associated recesses on the door leaf-side hinge part and the pivot axis x within the door tongue 2B, a hidden door hinge for a simple hinge bracket 7 without additional links for a tongue-and-groove door leaf 2 can be realized, however, with this type of embodiment a continuous, rigid construction of the door seal cannot be realized, since the extension of the door seal is swept over by the hinge bracket during the pivoting movement in the region of the hinge bracket 7 (ü berstriein), as can be seen from a comparison with fig. 2B, the additional seal 11 is arranged in a fixed position and does not move as the only sealing element with the pivoting movement of the door leaf.
The coherent sealing action in the door system according to the invention is particularly evident in the perspective view according to figure 3. In the region outside the concealed door hinge according to the invention, the sealing action is provided by the door seal 4. Next, the abutment arm 9a of the covering projection 3b is provided. The additional sealing element 11 creates a seal in the region of the hinge bracket 7. Possible leakage between the hinge bracket 7 and the outer wall of the recess is compensated by the sealing of the connecting arm 9b, which transitions without interruption into the contact arm 9 a.
Claims (12)
1. A concealed door hinge has a receiving body (3) on the door leaf side for arrangement in a door leaf (2) designed with a door tongue (2b) and a hinge bow (7) connected to the receiving body in a pivotable manner, the receiving body has a base body (3a) for arrangement in a door leaf base body (2a) of the door leaf (2) and a projection (3b) for arrangement in a door tongue (2b), said hinge bracket is surrounded on both sides by projections (3b) and is connected to a frame-side receptacle (8) for fastening to a door frame (1), characterized in that a sealing profile (9) is provided having two abutment arms (9a) and a connecting arm (9b) connecting the abutment arms (9a) to each other, the contact arms are respectively contacted with the inner side (10) of the protruding part (3b) at two sides of the hinge bow rack (7).
