Abstract
本发明公开了一种预防尿布疹功能的瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂以及一次性纸尿布。本发明所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂至少含有聚乙二醇、柔软剂、丙二醇、调酸剂、抑菌剂及抗过敏生物活性物质。所述的一次性纸尿布在非织造布表层,即一次性纸尿布的使用面表层涂覆该瞬干型亲水性涂布剂。本发明所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂具有良好的亲水性、涂覆后瞬干、稳定性好、功能持续有效等特点,应用于一次性纸尿布,可以有效预防尿布疹。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的预防尿布疹功能的瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂以及一次性纸尿布。该涂布剂具有下述特征:抗过敏,预防尿布疹功效,同时能够瞬干,适用于制造一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层的涂布防护。
背景技术
在现代生活中,一次性卫生用品如一次性纸尿布、一次性尿片等的使用十分普遍。然而在使用过程中,由于消费者的皮肤经常与一次性纸尿布接触,因此在接触部位(如臀部,大腿内侧,会阴等)容易发生皮炎,即尿布疹。目前尿布疹是婴幼儿常见的非感染性皮肤炎症。关于尿布疹的发病机理,医学界尚未有一个明确的定论,一般情况下引发尿布疹的原因包括以下几类:1)局部湿气太大,由于婴幼儿皮肤细嫩,尿液在纸尿布面层滞留与皮肤长期接触会导致过度水化,破坏皮肤角质层,因而对各种不良刺激的敏感性加大;2)透气性不好,该因素进一步加剧了纸尿布密闭空间内的湿气,同时闷热环境也会促进炎症过敏的发生;3)婴幼儿排泄物刺激,一方面尿液中的尿素在细菌脲酶的一系列分解作用下产生游离氨;另一方面粪便中含有大量人体正常微生物菌群以及许多蛋白酶,这些都可以促使尿布疹的发病。
目前现有技术主要从纸尿布/尿片干爽性及透气性做了很多改善性的工作,在一定程度上降低了尿布疹的发病几率,但仍不能有效杜绝尿布疹的发病。因此在婴幼儿平时使用一次性纸尿布时,还要使用一定的护臀霜或其他皮肤修复措施。
本发明根据尿布疹的发病机理,针对发生尿布疹的刺激因素及后续皮肤修复改善因素,提供了一种预防尿布疹功能的新型的瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂,该涂布剂涂覆于一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层,即一次性纸尿布的使用面表层。该涂布剂不仅可以瞬干,而且该涂布剂为亲水性可以溶解许多水溶性的生物活性物质,对于抗过敏以及修复尿布疹的皮肤有重要作用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有预防尿布疹功能的瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂以及一次性纸尿布剂,所述非织造布指目前一次性纸尿布的常用的各类面层非织造布,包括热风非织造布,热轧非织造布,纺粘非织造布等。
若非特别指出,本发明所述涂布剂的配方中的原料百分比均指质量百分比。
为达上述目的,本发明的所述瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂配方必须至少包含以下几种有效成份:聚乙二醇,80-95%;抗过敏生物活性物质1-5%;丙二醇,2-8%;柔软剂,0.5-3%;调酸剂,0.1-2%;抑菌剂,0.05-1%。
本发明所述涂布剂的主要承载体系为聚乙二醇,其分子式为HO(CH2CH2O)nH,由环氧乙烷与水或乙二醇逐步加成聚合而成。所述聚乙二醇为相对分子量为6000的 PEG-6000,或者其他分子量如PEG-4000和PEG-8000不同比例的组合。
在本发明所述的涂布剂中,所述的抗过敏生物活性物质为芦荟粉、植物甾醇或其组合。
在本发明所述的涂布剂中,所述的丙二醇 化学式为C3H8O2,分子量为76.09,溶解性能好,毒性和刺激性较小,能溶解许多物质如皮质内固醇,抑制霉菌的功效与甘油相似。
在本发明所述的涂布剂中,所述的柔软剂为聚醚改性硅油,其是采用聚醚与二甲基硅氧烷接枝共聚而成的一种非离子有机硅表面活性剂,具有良好的润滑性、优良的柔软特性及抗静电性能。
在在本发明所述的涂布剂中,所述的调酸剂为柠檬酸,其是一种三羧酸类化合物,化学式为C6H8O7,分子量为192.1,同时柠檬酸可以抑制细菌,防止因酶催化和金属催化引起的氧化作用。
在本发明所述的涂布剂中,所述抑菌剂为三氯生,学名为二氯苯氧氯酚,化学式为C12H7Cl3O2,分子量为289.5,是一种外用高效广谱抗菌消毒剂,防腐剂和防霉剂。
本发明所述涂布剂的熔点在58-65℃以内,在仓库存储过程中日常温度下及婴幼儿使用过程中不会熔化,在一次性纸尿布表层保持覆膜状态。
为满足以上性能指标,所述涂布剂的配制步骤如下:
第一步:制备以丙二醇为溶解体系的有机溶剂,将抑菌剂、调酸剂及柔软剂加入到丙二醇中溶解完全。
第二步:将聚乙二醇加入到搅拌器中加热熔化,温度设置在60-75℃。
第三步:待聚乙二醇完全熔化为液体状态后,将第一步所得的混合物以及芦荟粉、植物甾醇加入搅拌器中,搅拌混匀后冷却。
第四步:冷却后出料,将凝固的涂布剂固体研磨成粉状保存。
优选地,聚乙二醇:抗过敏生物活性物质:丙二醇:柔软剂:调酸剂:抑菌剂之间的质量比为80-95:1-5:2-8:0.5-3:0.1-2:0.05-1。
本发明的所述预防尿布疹的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的主要理化指标为:常温下为白色粉末状或片状固体;pH值为6.5-7.5,熔点为58-65℃。
为达所述目的,本发明所述预防尿布疹的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂在一次性纸尿布非织造布表层上的涂覆方法为:将涂布剂粉末在一次性纸尿布设备胶厢中熔化,温度设置为70℃,然后将设备胶厢中的熔化物在高压下气化,在高压下气化后以刮涂的涂布方式将涂布剂涂覆于一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层。
为达上述目的,在所述一次性纸尿布上涂覆所述瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,本发明所述的预防尿布疹功能的一次性纸尿布为一次性纸尿裤或一次性尿片。
每一片所述一次性纸尿布所刮涂的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的质量为0.025-0.035g。
在所述的一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层上,所述瞬干型亲水性涂布剂以刮涂形式在每片纸尿布上涂覆2条纵向条带(沿纸尿布前后方向),每条涂覆条带的宽度为0.4-0.6cm。
本发明所述的预防尿布疹功能的瞬干型亲水性非织造布表层涂布剂及相应的一次性纸尿布具有的有益功效如下:
1、本发明所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,主要成份为聚乙二醇,其具有良好的水溶性,并且可以与其他有机物组份及许多抗过敏功效的生物活性物质有良好的相溶性。同时聚乙二醇具有良好的润滑性、柔软性以及分散性等,并且不会引起皮肤的刺激和过敏,常用于食品、制药、化妆品等行业。因此具有很好的推广性。
2、本发明所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,特别添加了从天然植物中提取的植物甾醇,其对人体有较强的抗炎症作用,可预防和缓解使用一次性纸尿布带来的尿布疹发病状况。
3、本发明所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,特别添加了芦荟粉,其对人体细胞有良好的保护作用,同时对受损细胞的具有修复作用,可预防尿布疹的发病以及对尿布疹受损皮肤有一定的修复功能。

本实施例针对本发明所述瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的聚乙二醇、柔软剂、抗过敏生物活性物质、丙二醇、调酸剂及抑菌剂的不同比例配方进行了优化,以满足涂覆后瞬干及柔软的性能,本实施例主要对影响非织造布柔软性的聚乙二醇配比及柔软剂配比进行了优化,其他成分比例保持不变。详见下表:

根据本实施例的实验数据,在聚醚改性硅油的质量比为1-1.5%时,非织造布的柔软性满足适用要求,继续提高柔软剂比例,柔软剂增益效果减弱,且成本耗费会加大。具体测试方法参照GB/T 8942-1988 纸柔软度的测定。
实施例二
本实施例所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂配制步骤如下:
第一步:制备以丙二醇为溶解体系的有机溶剂,将抑菌剂、调酸剂及柔软剂加入到丙二醇中溶解完全。
第二步:将聚乙二醇加入到搅拌器中加热熔化,温度设置在60-75℃。
第三步:待聚乙二醇完全熔化为液体状态后,将第一步混合物以及芦荟粉、植物甾醇加入搅拌器中,搅拌均匀后冷却。
第四步:冷却后出料,将凝固的涂布剂固体研磨成粉状保存。
优选地,所述瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的各种成份聚乙二醇、抗过敏生物活性物质、丙二醇、柔软剂、调酸剂及抑菌剂之间的质量比为80-95:1-5:2-8:0.5-3:0.1-2:0.05-1。本实施例采用优选配比制备的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂可长期保存,药性功能稳定有效。
实施例三
A. 称取丙二醇4公斤加入搅拌桶内,再分别称取柠檬酸0.5公斤、三氯生0.3公斤及聚醚改性硅油0.5公斤,加入到丙二醇溶液中,搅拌混匀;
B. 称取40公斤聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)加入到搅拌器内,设置加热温度为65℃,待完全熔化为液体搅拌均匀;
C. 加入丙二醇混合液到聚乙二醇液体中,搅拌混匀;
D. 最后分别称取芦荟粉2公斤及植物甾醇1公斤到搅拌器内,搅拌均匀。停止加热,待搅拌器完全冷却后将固体状混合物研磨成粉状或片状装入密封袋保存。
实施例四
A. 称取丙二醇4公斤加入搅拌桶内,再分别称取柠檬酸0.5公斤、三氯生0.3公斤及聚醚改性硅油0.75公斤,加入到丙二醇溶液中,搅拌混匀;
B. 称取10公斤聚乙二醇4000(PEG-4000)以及30公斤聚乙二醇8000(PEG-8000)加入到搅拌器内,设置加热温度为65℃,待完全熔化为液体搅拌均匀;
C. 加入丙二醇混合液到聚乙二醇液体中,搅拌混匀;
D. 最后分别称取芦荟粉2公斤及植物甾醇1公斤到搅拌器内,搅拌均匀。停止加热,待搅拌器完全冷却后将固体状混合物研磨成粉状或片状装入密封袋保存。
实施例五
本实施例为预防尿布疹一次性纸尿布的涂布方法。所述具有预防尿布疹功能的一次性纸尿布涂布方法采用本发明前述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂进行涂覆。具体操作实施例如下:
将20公斤瞬干型亲水性涂布剂加入到热熔胶厢内,设置胶厢加热温度为70℃,刮涂胶枪间距为6cm,对称分布于一次性纸尿布非织造布表层(即一次性纸尿布的使用面表层)的中线两侧,刮涂宽度为0.05cm。将瞬干型亲水性涂布剂以刮涂方式涂覆于一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层(即一次性纸尿布的使用面表层),调节泵速,使最终每片纸尿布上涂覆的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的量为0.025-0.035g,或100 -140 g/m2。
上述所涉及的设备、工艺等都属于本领域内的公知常识,为了简洁起见,在此不对其进行赘述。根据具体需要,还可以在瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的配比中加入想要的物质。
以上实施例仅是对优化的具体实施方式做了详细描述,但这并不构成对本发明内容范围的限定。只要在本发明同样的构思下所做出的修改及变型,均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述涂布剂的配方至少包含以下几种有效成分:聚乙二醇,80-95%;抗过敏生物活性物质1-5%;丙二醇,2-8%;柔软剂,0.5-3%;调酸剂,0.1-2%;抑菌剂,0.05-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述聚乙二醇为相对分子量为6000的 PEG-6000,或者为PEG-4000和PEG-8000其他分子量的不同比例的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述抗过敏生物活性物质为芦荟粉、植物甾醇或其组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述柔软剂为聚醚改性硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述调酸剂为柠檬酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂,其特征在于所述抑菌剂为三氯生。
7.一种具有预防尿布疹的一次性纸尿布,其特征在于其包括权利要求1至6中任一项所述的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂。
8.根据权利要求8所述的一次性纸尿布,其特征在于瞬干型亲水性涂布剂采用刮涂的方式涂覆于一次性纸尿布的非织造布表层,即一次性纸尿布的使用面表层。
9.根据权利要求9所述的一次性纸尿片,其特征在于每片纸尿布涂覆的瞬干型亲水性涂布剂的质量为0.025-0.035g。
