目前，市场上的纸尿裤主要以干爽性、透气性为主，在很大程度上降低了尿布疹的发病几率，但仍然还是不能杜绝尿布疹的发病。所以，婴幼儿在使用纸尿裤的同时，还要使用护臀膏、护臀油、爽身粉等来防治尿布疹。

一种抗尿布疹涂布剂，包括以下重量份数的组分：聚乙二醇15份、芦荟粉10份、红没药醇10份、金合欢醇10份、天竺葵精油10份、茶树精油10份、植物甾醇10份、羧甲基壳聚糖0.5份、聚醚改性硅油10份、鲸蜡硬酯醚16份、去离子水25份。
其制备方法为：
首先，按以下重量份数准备材料：水相(聚乙二醇15份、芦荟粉10份、羧甲基壳聚糖0.5份、去离子水25份)，油相(红没药醇10份、金合欢醇10份、天竺葵精油10份、茶树精油10份、植物甾醇10份、聚醚改性硅油10份、鲸蜡硬酯醚16份)；
将油相与水相分别加热至80℃后，边搅拌边将水相加入油相中，乳化60min，使其粘度为200Pa·s，乳化完冷却降温，降至50℃加入羧甲基壳聚糖，搅拌均匀，最后进行包装。
上述实施例中所用羧甲基壳聚糖的取代度均大于2。
使用涂有抗尿布疹涂布剂的纸尿裤的尿布疹的发病率的试验数据：
一、使用者资料
抽取100名1～24个月的婴幼儿，随机分为使用组和对照组，使用组50名，对照组50名。
二、使用方法
使用者：穿涂有本发明制备的抗尿布疹涂布剂的纸尿裤，使用1个月。
对照组：穿没有涂有本发明制备的抗尿布疹涂布剂的纸尿裤，使用1个月。
三、使用效果比较(如表1所示，n代表人数)

由表1可见，使用组的尿布疹发病率明显低于对照组，
四、试验结论
穿涂有本发明制备的抗尿布疹涂布剂的纸尿裤的婴幼儿的尿布疹发病率明显低于穿普通纸尿裤的婴幼儿的尿布疹发病率。
上述实例仅仅是对本发明的进一步解释，并不是对本发明的限定，通过将上述方案进行简单调整进而得到的方案，同样在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：包括以下组分:聚乙二醇、芦荟粉、红没药醇、金合欢醇、天竺葵精油、植物甾醇、羧甲基壳聚糖、柔软剂、乳化剂、去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：还包括茶树精油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：各组分的重量份数如下：聚乙二醇10～15份、芦荟粉5～10份、红没药醇5～10份、金合欢醇5～10份、天竺葵精油5～10份、植物甾醇5～10份、羧甲基壳聚糖0.2～0.5份、柔软剂5～10份、乳化剂8～16份、去离子水25～35份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：还包括茶树精油5～10份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：所述柔软剂为聚酯硅油、聚醚改性硅油中的一种或两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂，其特征在于：所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬酯醚、烷基酯、PPG-5月桂醇聚醚-5中的一种或两种以上的组合。
7.一种制备抗尿布疹涂布剂的方法，其特征在于：首先，按以下重量份数准备材料：
水相：聚乙二醇10～15份、芦荟粉5～10份、羧甲基壳聚糖0.2～0.5份、
去离子水25～35份；
油相：红没药醇5～10份、金合欢醇5～10份、天竺葵精油5～10份、植物甾醇5～10份、柔软剂5～10份、乳化剂8～16份；
然后，将油相与水相分别加热至50～80℃后，边搅拌边将水相加入油相中，乳化40～60min，使其粘度为100～200Pa·s，乳化完冷却降温，降至40～50℃加入羧甲基壳聚糖，搅拌均匀，最后进行包装。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备抗尿布疹涂布剂的方法，其特征在于：准备的油相材料中还包括茶树精油5～10份。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述制备抗尿布疹涂布剂的方法，其特征在于，所述粘度是采用布氏粘度计测量的。
10.一种纸尿裤，其涂覆有权利要求1-6任一项所述的抗尿布疹涂布剂。
