The ribbon clips are widely used on ABS sensor harnesses, but these clips are wide and thick and require a large force to tighten and cut.

Further, the wire harness fixing device comprises an aluminum profile, a wire harness positioning seat and a ribbon positioning seat; the aluminum profile is fixed on the bottom plate of the binding machine, the wire harness positioning seat and the binding belt positioning seat are fixed on the aluminum profile, and the binding belt positioning seat corresponds to the binding belt tensioning device in position.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment includes a strapping machine base plate 11 and a switch. The switches include a power switch 9 and a foot switch.
The bottom plate 11 of the band-binding machine is fixedly provided with a wire harness fixing device, a band tensioning device and a band cutting device.
The wire harness fixing device comprises an aluminum profile 18, a wire harness positioning seat 2 and a ribbon positioning seat 17. Aluminum profile 18 is fixed on ribbon machine bottom plate 11, and pencil positioning seat 2 and ribbon positioning seat 17 are all fixed on aluminum profile 18, can adjust relative position according to the pencil specification at will.
The tie tensioning device includes a clamping mechanism and a tensioning mechanism.
The clamping mechanism comprises a clamping block 24 and a clamping spring 25. The tensioning mechanism comprises a tensioning cylinder 10, a spring pull rod 14, a tensioning spring 23, a guide rail 13 and a guide rail 13 slide block 15.

Meanwhile, a guide rail 13 is fixed on the bottom plate 11 of the belt binding machine, and the direction of the guide rail 13 is parallel to the movement direction of the pull rod of the tensioning cylinder 10. The spring housing 16 is slidably connected to the guide rail 13 by means of the guide rail 13 and the slider 15.
The clamping block 24 is movably fixed in the spring housing 16 by means of a clamping spring 25, the side of the clamping block 24 facing the band 1 being provided with a toothing.
The cut-off device comprises a cut-off cylinder 19, a cut-off blade 20 fixed on a push rod of the cut-off cylinder 19, a microswitch 21, a microswitch trigger block 12 and a microswitch adjusting rod 22. The microswitch 21 is fixed on the spring housing 16 by means of a microswitch adjusting lever 22. The micro-switch trigger block 12 is fixed on a spring pull rod 14 outside a spring sleeve 16, and the contact surface of the micro-switch trigger block 12 and the micro-switch 21 is provided with a slope.
The foot switch is connected with the tensioning cylinder 10 through a relay I7 and an electromagnetic valve I4, and the micro switch 21 is connected with the cutting cylinder 19 through a relay II 8 and an electromagnetic valve II 5.
The tensioning cylinder 10 and the cutting cylinder 19 are both connected with an external air source through air pipes, and the air source firstly passes through the filter assembly 6 fixed on the bottom plate 11 of the belt binding machine and then is introduced into the tensioning cylinder 10 and the cutting cylinder 19.
When the belt bundling machine is needed, the power switch 9 is firstly turned on, and at the moment, the belt bundling machine is in an initial state. The tensioning cylinder 10 is in an extended state, and the clamping block 24 is in an open state, so that the band 1 can be put in conveniently; the cutoff cylinder 19 brings the cutoff blade 20 into a non-extended state.
And (3) placing the wiring harness of the ABS sensor on the wiring harness positioning seat 2 for positioning, and then placing the ribbon 1 into a ribbon placing position.
When the foot switch is stepped on, a coil of the first relay 7 is electrified, then a normally open contact of the first relay 7 is closed, a coil of the first electromagnetic valve 4 is electrified, the tensioning cylinder 10 acts, meanwhile, the micro-switch trigger block 12 and the micro-switch 21 are driven to act forwards together, when the moving forwards is about 3mm in stroke, the clamping spring 25 pushes the clamping block 24 upwards, teeth on the clamping block 24 can rapidly clamp the binding belt 1 at the moment, and the binding belt 1 starts to perform tensioning action along with the tensioning cylinder 10.
Along with the increase of the tensioning force, the micro switch trigger block 12 and the micro switch 21 move relatively, along with the further increase of the tensioning force, the roller of the micro switch 21 is triggered by the inclined plane of the micro switch trigger block 12, when the tensioning force reaches the set value of the tensioning spring 23, the roller of the micro switch 21 is pressed to the lowest part by the inclined plane of the micro switch trigger block 12, the micro switch 21 is closed, the coil of the second relay 8 is electrified, then the normally open contact of the second relay 8 is closed, the coil of the second electromagnetic valve 5 is electrified at the moment, the cutting cylinder 19 drives the cutting blade 20 to move, and the ribbon 1 is cut off.
When the ribbon 1 is cut off, the force of the tension spring 23 is released, the micro switch trigger block 12 and the micro switch 21 move relatively, the roller of the micro switch 21 slides to the cylindrical surface from the inclined surface of the micro switch trigger block 12, the micro switch 21 is switched off, the relay II 8 and the coil of the electromagnetic valve II 5 are switched off, and the cut-off cylinder 19 drives the cut-off blade 20 to move and return to the initial position (non-extending state). At the same time, the tensioning cylinder 10 continues to move forward with the strap 1 already severed, and when moved to the foremost end, the tensioning cylinder 10 stops.
