技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件,尤其涉及一种汽车专用太阳能电池板。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,汽车已成为人们出行的主要交通工具。现有的汽车导航和音响等电子设备一般都是通过蓄电池进行供电,而蓄电池一般都是通过汽车行驶过程中带动发电机工作从而为蓄电池进行充电,由于发电机供电能力有限,汽车只能装载少部分的电子设备,满足不了人们的乘坐要求,同时,如果汽车停止行驶,汽车蓄电池内的电将会很快用完,从而导致汽车上的电子设备无法工作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种供电效果好的汽车专用太阳能电池板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:汽车专用太阳能电池板,包括:与汽车车顶相连接的圆形底座,在所述圆形底座的上端外侧设置有环形限位滑轨,转盘的下端通过环形限位滑块滑动设置在环形限位滑轨内,在所述转盘的下端中部设置有转动柱,在所述转动柱的下端设置有上沟槽,在所述圆形底座上设置有与上沟槽相互配合的下沟槽,在所述上沟槽与下沟槽之间滚动设置有滚珠,太阳能电池板通过若干支撑杆支撑在转盘的上端,在所述转盘的外侧设置有从动齿轮,在所述圆形底座的一侧设置有伺服减速电机,在所述伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有与从动齿轮相互配合的主动齿轮。
本发明的优点是:上述汽车专用太阳能电池板,结构新颖,安装方便,可以在汽车行驶的过程中额外给蓄电池进行充电,从而给汽车更多的电子设备进行供电,提高汽车乘坐的功能性,同时在汽车停止行驶时可以继续为蓄电池充电,不用担心蓄电池内的电被用完,保证汽车上的电子设备能够正常工作,另外,转盘不仅通过环形限位滑块在环形限位滑轨内转动,转盘中部的转动柱还通过滚珠转动支撑在圆形底座上,转动稳固,转盘转动能够随时调节太阳能电池板的角度,使太阳能电池板可以始终正对太阳光,吸收光能效率高,供电效果好。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,汽车专用太阳能电池板,包括:与汽车车顶相连接的圆形底座1,在所述圆形底座1的上端外侧设置有环形限位滑轨2,转盘3的下端通过环形限位滑块4滑动设置在环形限位滑轨2内,在所述转盘3的下端中部设置有转动柱5,在所述转动柱5的下端设置有上沟槽6,在所述圆形底座1上设置有与上沟槽6相互配合的下沟槽7,在所述上沟槽6与下沟槽7之间滚动设置有滚珠8,太阳能电池板9通过若干支撑杆10支撑在转盘3的上端,在所述转盘3的外侧设置有从动齿轮11,在所述圆形底座1的一侧设置有伺服减速电机12,在所述伺服减速电机12的电机轴13上设置有与从动齿轮11相互配合的主动齿轮14。
上述汽车专用太阳能电池板使用时,将圆形底座1安装在车顶上,将太阳能电池板9通过充电线与汽车蓄电池相连接,启动伺服减速电机12,伺服减速电机12的电机轴13带动主动齿轮14转动,主动齿轮14带动从动齿轮11转动,从动齿轮11带动转盘3转动,转盘3通过环形限位滑块4在环形限位滑轨2内做圆周滑动,转盘3的上端通过支撑杆10带动太阳能电池板9转动从而能够使太阳能电池板能够正对太阳光,在转盘3转动的过程中,转盘3中部的转动柱5通过滚珠8在圆形底座1上转动,能够实现转盘3的转动支撑,转动稳固。
上述汽车专用太阳能电池板,结构新颖,安装方便,可以在汽车行驶的过程中额外给蓄电池进行充电,从而给汽车更多的电子设备进行供电,提高汽车乘坐的功能性,同时在汽车停止行驶时可以继续为蓄电池充电,不用担心蓄电池内的电被用完,保证汽车上的电子设备能够正常工作,另外,转盘不仅通过环形限位滑块在环形限位滑轨内转动,转盘中部的转动柱还通过滚珠转动支撑在圆形底座上,转动稳固,转盘转动能够随时调节太阳能电池板的角度,使太阳能电池板可以始终正对太阳光,吸收光能效率高,供电效果好。

1.汽车专用太阳能电池板,其特征在于:包括:与汽车车顶相连接的圆形底座(1),在所述圆形底座(1)的上端外侧设置有环形限位滑轨(2),转盘(3)的下端通过环形限位滑块(4)滑动设置在环形限位滑轨(2)内,在所述转盘(3)的下端中部设置有转动柱(5),在所述转动柱(5)的下端设置有上沟槽(6),在所述圆形底座(1)上设置有与上沟槽(6)相互配合的下沟槽(7),在所述上沟槽(6)与下沟槽(7)之间滚动设置有滚珠(8),太阳能电池板(9)通过若干支撑杆(10)支撑在转盘(3)的上端,在所述转盘(3)的外侧设置有从动齿轮(11),在所述圆形底座(1)的一侧设置有伺服减速电机(12),在所述伺服减速电机(12)的电机轴(13)上设置有与从动齿轮(11)相互配合的主动齿轮(14)。
