技术领域
本发明涉及接装纸生产技术领域的设备的部件,具体地说是涉及接装纸裁切辊。
背景技术
接装纸裁切机具有裁切辊,裁切辊上具有配合裁切刀的裁切槽,在使用中,裁切刀在裁切槽内划过,裁切刀不断对裁切槽进行磨损,当裁切槽磨损到一定程度后裁切辊就要报废了;现有技术中,接装纸裁切辊是一体的结构,也即是说刀槽部位不能更换,当刀槽部位磨损后整个裁切辊就报废了,具有浪费资源的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种可以更换磨损的刀槽部位、降低使用成本低的接装纸裁切辊——裁切槽部位可更换的接装纸裁切辊。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:裁切槽部位可更换的接装纸裁切辊,包括裁切辊本体,所述的裁切辊本体是圆柱形的结构,在裁切辊本体上具有裁切槽,其特征是:所述的裁切辊本体周围具有圆环形的凹槽,在凹槽内安装环形的裁刀环,所述的裁切槽在裁刀环外面设置,裁刀环的上表面不高于裁切辊本体的上表面。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环包括多个分体。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环通过一层软质底面橡胶层粘接在凹槽内。
进一步地讲,所述的凹槽具有底面宽,上面窄的结构,所述的裁刀环侧面具有侧部橡胶层,侧部橡胶层是配合凹槽的结构。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环是超硬材料制成的。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的接装纸裁切辊具有可以更换磨损的刀槽部位、降低使用成本低的优点;
所述的裁刀环包括多个分体,具有便于更换裁刀环,在接装纸裁切时,有较多的可以活动的部位,更有利于接装纸的裁切;
所述的裁刀环通过一层软质底面橡胶层粘接在凹槽内,具有在接装纸裁切时,有较多的活动部位的优点,更有利于接装纸的裁切;
所述的凹槽具有底面宽,上面窄的结构,所述的裁刀环侧面具有侧部橡胶层,侧部橡胶层是配合凹槽的结构,更便于安装裁刀环;
所述的裁刀环是超硬材料制成的,具有更经久耐用的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,裁切槽部位可更换的接装纸裁切辊,包括裁切辊本体1,所述的裁切辊本体是圆柱形的结构,在裁切辊本体上具有裁切槽2,其特征是:所述的裁切辊本体周围具有圆环形的凹槽3,在凹槽内安装环形的裁刀环4,所述的裁切槽在裁刀环外面设置,裁刀环的上表面不高于裁切辊本体的上表面。
这样,裁切槽部位磨损时可以更换整个裁刀环,节省成本。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环包括多个分体,如图3所示。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环通过一层软质底面橡胶层5粘接在凹槽内,这样在裁切时裁刀环有一个向下的缓冲,有利于接装纸的裁切。
进一步地讲,所述的凹槽具有底面宽,上面窄的结构,所述的裁刀环侧面具有侧部橡胶层6,侧部橡胶层是配合凹槽的结构。
进一步地讲,所述的裁刀环是超硬材料制成的。

1.裁切槽部位可更换的接装纸裁切辊,包括裁切辊本体,所述的裁切辊本体是圆柱形的结构,在裁切辊本体上具有裁切槽,其特征是:所述的裁切辊本体周围具有圆环形的凹槽,在凹槽内安装环形的裁刀环,所述的裁切槽在裁刀环外面设置,裁刀环的上表面不高于裁切辊本体的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接装纸裁切辊,其特征是:所述的裁刀环包括多个分体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的接装纸裁切辊,其特征是:所述的裁刀环通过一层软质底面橡胶层粘接在凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接装纸裁切辊,其特征是:所述的凹槽具有底面宽,上面窄的结构,所述的裁刀环侧面具有侧部橡胶层,侧部橡胶层是配合凹槽的结构。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的接装纸裁切辊,其特征是:所述的裁刀环是超硬材料制成的。
