本发明公开了一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,将含有诱虫剂的微乳制剂分散到粘虫胶中即得,微乳制剂占昆虫诱粘剂总重量的8‑15%。本发明的目的是提供一种诱虫稳定,有效时间长的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法。

一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及昆虫诱杀的技术领域,尤其涉及一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法。
背景技术
昆虫诱杀剂主要由吸引剂和粘虫剂组成,吸引剂吸引昆虫,粘虫剂将吸引来的昆虫粘住。
中国专利申请CN1559207A公开了一种果树粘虫胶,其将聚异丁烯与增粘剂、添加剂混合而成,聚异丁烯的增粘剂为松香脂、松香、聚丁烯,添加剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、二氧化钛。所制成的粘虫胶具有能长时间粘害虫作用,克服了其它粘虫胶持效期短的缺陷。其持效期长达三个月以上,且使用温度范围较宽为-5℃-40℃。
中国专利申请CN201510064422.6公开了一种特别适用于防治害虫的粘虫胶。它由以下重量份比的原料制成的:聚丙烯20-35份,植物油15-25份,松香25-35份,动物胶或动物蜡20-35份。本发明无毒无害,抗氧化性能强,虫体触粘性好,粘结力强,在有效期内可以粘住所有爬行经过涂层的害虫。
中国专利CN102040943A公开了一种粘虫胶,该粘虫胶主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:C5石油树脂:1~3份、松香树脂:2~4份、蓖麻油:1~3份、聚丁烯:2~3份、防老剂:0.02~0.1份。其优势在于:粘性持久、无毒的、抗风吹日晒雨淋。
但是上述三个技术方案普遍存的问题就是充分考虑了粘性的耐久性和抗老化性能,使之能够达到较优的使用性能,但是其存在的问题在于,虽然粘性能够保持,但是并未考虑诱虫剂的在粘虫胶中的有效时间,一般来说,粘虫胶中为了更好的吸引昆虫,一般要求诱虫剂浓度较高,这样在前期诱虫效果好,但是后期诱虫效果较差,并且诱虫剂用量大。
CN201610249395.8同样公开了一种害虫诱粘剂,按重量百分比计,其含有95%的粘虫胶;0.55%的柠檬烯;0.45%的蒎烯;2%的植物源信息素;2%的昆虫性信息素。但是其前期诱虫效果好,后期诱虫效果减弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种诱虫稳定,有效时间长的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,将含有诱虫剂的微乳制剂分散到粘虫胶中即得,微乳制剂占昆虫诱粘剂总重量的8-15%。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的含有诱虫剂的微乳液通过以下步骤制备得到:
步骤1:将植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素、助溶剂、水、卵磷脂混合加热到溶解状态,经过搅拌分散得到初乳液;
步骤2:采用高压乳匀机高速乳化使之分散得到微乳液;
其中,植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素为微乳液总重的3-4%;助溶剂为微乳液总重的5-10%、卵磷脂为微乳液总重的3-5%;余量的水。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的卵磷脂为大豆卵磷脂、蛋黄磷脂中的一种或两种组合。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的植物源信息素为橙花醇、顺-3-己烯醇、苯乙腈中的一种或多种。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的昆虫性信息素为邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、邻甲氧基苯酚、丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或多种。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的助溶剂为乙二醇、乙醇中的一种或两种组合。
在上述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法中,所述的粘虫胶包括20-30%的SBR、30-40%的增粘树脂、5-10%的松香以及余量的环烷油。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用微乳液的形式将植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素以微乳液的形式分布在粘虫胶中,其有效时间长,粘虫效果好。通过卵磷脂和助溶剂的配合乳化,形成微乳制剂,可以有效延长信息素的挥发性能,提高诱虫有效期限。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1
一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将植物源信息素(苯乙腈)、昆虫性信息素(邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯)、乙二醇、水、大豆卵磷脂混合加热到50℃溶解分散,经过搅拌分散得到初乳液;其中,植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素为微乳液总重的3%;助溶剂(乙二醇)为微乳液总重的10%、卵磷脂为微乳液总重的3%;余量的水;
步骤2:采用高压乳匀机(APV-1000产地德国)高速乳化(乳化压力300bar,乳化时间1分钟/次,乳化次数3次)使之分散得到微乳液;
步骤3:将10g微乳液分散到90g粘虫胶中,搅拌分散,粘虫胶由20wt%的SBR、40wt%的增粘树脂、5wt%的松香以及余量的环烷油经过搅拌分散得到。
实施例2
一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将植物源信息素(顺-3-己烯醇)、昆虫性信息素(邻甲氧基苯酚)、乙二醇、水、蛋黄卵磷脂混合加热到44℃溶解分散,经过搅拌分散得到初乳液;其中,植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素为微乳液总重的4%;助溶剂(乙二醇)为微乳液总重的5%、卵磷脂为微乳液总重的4%;余量的水;
步骤2:采用高压乳匀机(APV-1000产地德国)高速乳化(乳化压力300bar,乳化时间1分钟/次,乳化次数3次)使之分散得到微乳液;
步骤3:将8g微乳液分散到92g粘虫胶中,搅拌分散,粘虫胶由30wt%的SBR、30wt%的增粘树脂、10wt%的松香以及余量的环烷油经过搅拌分散得到。
实施例3
一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将植物源信息素(苯乙腈)、昆虫性信息素(丁基羟基茴香醚)、乙二醇、水、蛋黄卵磷脂混合加热到47℃溶解分散,经过搅拌分散得到初乳液;其中,植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素为微乳液总重的3.5%;助溶剂(乙二醇)为微乳液总重的8%、卵磷脂为微乳液总重的4%;余量的水;
步骤2:采用高压乳匀机(APV-1000产地德国)高速乳化(乳化压力300bar,乳化时间1分钟/次,乳化次数3次)使之分散得到微乳液;
步骤3:将8g微乳液分散到92g粘虫胶中,搅拌分散,粘虫胶由30wt%的SBR、30wt%的增粘树脂、10wt%的松香以及余量的环烷油经过搅拌分散得到。
实验测试
将本实施例3的产品涂抹在面积为100平方厘米的木板上,木板垂直于水平面放置在稻田中,涂抹的昆虫诱粘剂的重量为45g。
每日观察木板上粘附的昆虫数量,每日对粘附的昆虫进行收集和清理,并统计。
第1-10日,平均每日粘附昆虫143只;
第11-20日,平均每日粘附昆虫118只;
第21-30日,平均每日粘附昆虫115只;
第31-41日,平均每日粘附昆虫102只;
第51-60日,平均每日粘附昆虫96只;
第61-70日,平均每日粘附昆虫78只;
第71-80日,平均每日粘附昆虫71只;
第81-90日,平均每日粘附昆虫54只。
通过上述实验可以发现,随着时间的流逝,黏虫效果逐渐下降,但是在实验过程中发现,诱虫效果并未下降,只是粘虫胶的性能逐渐下降,也就是说,采用本发明的微乳液可以达到有效缓释的目的,提高诱虫效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将含有诱虫剂的微乳制剂分散到粘虫胶中即得,微乳制剂占昆虫诱粘剂总重量的8-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的含有诱虫剂的微乳制剂通过以下步骤制备得到:
步骤1:将植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素、助溶剂、水、卵磷脂混合加热到溶解状态,经过搅拌分散得到初乳液;
步骤2:采用高压乳匀机高速乳化使之分散得到微乳液;
其中,植物源信息素、昆虫性信息素为微乳液总重的3-4%;助溶剂为微乳液总重的5-10%、卵磷脂为微乳液总重的3-5%;余量的水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的卵磷脂为大豆卵磷脂、蛋黄磷脂中的一种或两种组合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的植物源信息素为橙花醇、顺-3-己烯醇、苯乙腈中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的昆虫性信息素为邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、邻甲氧基苯酚、丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的助溶剂为乙二醇、乙醇中的一种或两种组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的昆虫诱粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的粘虫胶包括20-30wt%的SBR、30-40wt%的增粘树脂、5-10wt%的松香以及余量的环烷油。
