Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括壳体和至少一个导电条的设施,该导电条用于将布置在壳体中的电路板与存在于壳体之外的供电装置连接,其中,壳体具有穿通部,导电条从穿通部中伸出。
背景技术
在用于带有内燃电动驱动器的机动车的驱动设备中使用电路板来控制和调节电机。这些电路板通常在空间上接近电机地定位在所附属的控制装置中。这种定位取决于供电装置的相应的供电。在此证实为不利的是,由于供电装置通向电路板的不可忽略的馈电线路,在通向电路板的馈电线路中可能出现高频干扰。但附加地也必须确保的是,电路板被介质密封地封闭,从而不会由于环境影响、例如水而导致电路板的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于给出一种按类属的设施,在其中,在确保无干扰地供电的情况下,以介质密封地受保护的方式施装电路板。
该任务利用根据本发明的设施来解决。由说明书和附图得到本发明的另外的有利的设计方案。
本发明涉及包括壳体和至少一个导电条的设施,该导电条用于将布置在壳体中的电路板与存在于壳体之外的供电装置连接,其中,壳体具有穿通部,导电条从该穿通部中伸出。
设施具有铁氧体芯和容纳铁氧体芯的形状密封件,形状密封件以介质密封的方式引入到壳体穿通部中。此外,带有铁氧体芯的形状密封件形状锁合地(formschlüssig)包围导电条。
因此,一方面确保了使导电条中的高频干扰得到衰减,并且另一方面确保了电路板受到保护以防环境影响。
尤其地,导电条在其处在壳体之中的端部上具有接触部,借助该接触部能建立与电路板上的接触点的连接。导电条在其处在壳体之外的端部上具有接触部,借助该接触部能建立与供电装置的连接。
在一种实施方式中,导电条具有塑料绝缘部。该塑料绝缘部用于保护导电条以防腐蚀或其他损伤。塑料绝缘部例如可以是热塑性塑料或热固性塑料。
在另外的实施方式中,塑料绝缘部存在于壳体穿通部的区域中的在导电条区段中并且/或者存在于壳体之外的区段中。
显而易见地,设施也可以具有多个导电条。在此,给每个导电条配属有至少一个铁氧体芯。但是也可行的是,一个铁氧体包围多个导电条。在此,导电条可以布置在共同的形状密封件中。但是也可行的是,每个导电条布置在单独的形状密封件中。布置在共同的形状密封件中的优点是,由此可以实现导电条的节省空间的布置。
用于装配根据本发明的设施的方法可以在第一步骤中设置导电条利用塑料绝缘部的绝缘。在第二步骤中,铁氧体芯置入到形状密封件中。在第三步骤中,带有铁氧体芯的形状密封件推移到导电条上。

具体实施方式
设施1具有带有开口3的壳体2。导电条4引导穿过开口3。导电条4将外部的供电装置(未示出)与电路板(未示出)连接,其中,电路板定位在壳体2的内部中。
在壳体2的开口3中能看出形状密封件5。形状密封件5基本上环形地构造并且在内半径7的区域中具有径向的留空部9,铁氧体芯10能置入在该径向的留空部中。铁氧体芯10构造为一件式的或多件式的环形芯。显而易见地,铁氧体芯10也可以构造为C形芯或U形芯。
但是也能设想的是,铁氧体芯10整合到形状密封件5中,即,形状密封件5完全包围铁氧体芯10。形状密封件5在外半径6的区域中和/或在内半径7的区域中具有环绕的密封唇8。这些密封唇8一方面用于使得没有湿气能够在壳体2与形状密封件5之间或在形状密封件5与导电条4之间到达壳体2中。这些密封唇8另一方面用于将形状密封件5牢固地固定在壳体2的开口3中并且防止形状密封件5例如由于振动而从开口3中掉出。
导电条2以塑料绝缘部11来包封。在此,塑料绝缘部11在导电条4的区段13中实施在壳体开口3的区域中,而在导电条4的区段14中实施在壳体2之外。适宜地,塑料绝缘部11具有凸缘12。该凸缘12贴靠在壳体2上,并且一方面在装配导电条4时充当针对导电条4的止挡部,而另一方面充当附加的密封件。通过由塑料绝缘部11形成的凸缘12防止了湿气能够到达形状密封件5与壳体2之间的区域中。

1.一种包括壳体(2)和至少一个导电条(4)的设备,所述导电条用于将布置在所述壳体(2)中的电路板与存在于所述壳体(2)之外的供电装置连接,其中,所述壳体(2)具有穿通部(3),所述导电条(4)从所述穿通部中伸出,
其特征在于,
铁氧体芯(10)和容纳所述铁氧体芯(10)的形状密封件(5)以介质密封的方式引入到壳体穿通部(3)中并且带有所述铁氧体芯(10)的形状密封件(5)形状锁合地包围所述导电条(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述导电条(4)具有塑料绝缘部(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述塑料绝缘部(11)存在于所述壳体穿通部(3)的区域中的导电条区段(13)中并且/或者存在于所述壳体(2)之外的区段(14)中。
