一种数据交互处理方法、装置以及系统，其中，该方法包括：第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及与所述目标数据关联的第二终端的状态要求(S10)；所述服务器接收所述需求信息和所述状态要求，并根据所述状态要求在数据库中查找满足所述状态要求的第二终端，并向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述需求信息(S11)；所述第二终端接收所述需求信息，将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端(S12)；以及所述第一终端获得所述目标数据(S13)。通过上述方式，能够将第一终端对目标数据的需求匹配工作转移到服务器，从而提高匹配速度和效率。
