Description

本发明涉及通过模制成形材料的领域。更具体地,本发明涉及模具和包括这种模具的吹塑机。
从诸如热塑性材料之类的可热软化材料的管道吹制物体的机器是已知的。所述材料或以管道形式直接挤出,或首先制成带的形式,该带随后成形为管道。这种吹塑机包括加热装置,用于将管道穿过加热装置带至模具的装置以及用于将空气注入管道的构件。模具包括至少两个模具部,这些模具部相对于彼此可在闭合位置与打开位置之间运动,在闭合位置中,这些模具部限定模腔。在闭合模具时,先前已被加热的管道的一段长度被封围在模具内,且注入管道的该段长度中的空气使管道膨胀,从而将管道压迫在限定模腔的模具的内壁上。此后,模具被打开,以使所得的物件能够被移除,并且将新的一段长度的加热管道定位在各模具部之间。
在吹制期间,当模具闭合时,需要排出留存在管道与模具的内壁之间的空气,否则,所留存的空气会导致物件的形状上的缺陷。为此目的,至少一个模具部包括排气口,该排气口开口通至模腔的内部并通至模具的外部。该排气口具有圆形流动截面,该截面适合于允许一空气流量,该空气流量足够确保所有留存的空气流通过由管道在其被充气时施加的压力而穿过排气口排出。
因而,重要的是排气口具有尽可能大的截面,使得所有空气可通过管道变形而从模具排出。然而,如果该截面过大,则存在以下风险:在吹塑压力下,已通过加热被软化的材料稍微渗入排气口,从而在物件中产生表面或形状的缺陷。
本发明的目的是提供解决该问题的手段。
为该目的,本发明提供了一种模具,该模具包括至少两个模具部,这些模具部相对于彼此可在闭合位置与打开位置之间运动,在闭合位置中,这些模具部限定模腔。至少一个模具部包括排气口,该排气口向模腔的内部敞开并向模具的外部敞开,且该排气口具有预定为允许当闭合模具时排出空气的流动截面。所述模具部包括延伸覆盖模腔的整个尺寸且组装在一起的至少两个部件,这些部件通过至少一个间隔件而保持彼此分离,以在这些部件之间限定向模腔的内部敞开并向模具的外部敞开的间隙,从而形成排气口。
因而,间隙在模具部的整个尺寸上延伸,故间隙可相对长且厚度相对小,从而使得空气能够被排出,同时限制软化材料渗入间隙中的任何风险。间隙的厚度是恒定的,且等于间隔件的厚度:因而,在整个模制操作期间,模腔与模具外部的环境持续连通。
优选地,两个模具部包括组装在一起且通过至少一个间隔件而保持彼此间隔开的部件,从而在各部件之间限定了间隙,和/或所述或每个模具部包括多个部件,从而限定多个间隙,每个间隙具有流动截面,使得各间隙的流动截面之和等于排气口的流动截面。
流动截面进一步增大,而间隙的厚度可减小,从而进一步减小软化材料渗透入排气口的任何风险。
本发明还提供了用于从材料管道吹塑物件的机器,该机器包括用于将管道馈送至本发明的模具的装置、模具上游的管道加热装置以及用于将空气吹入管道的构件。

参考附图,总地标记为100的本发明的模具包括总地标记为1的两个模具部,在图中仅示出了其中一个,每个模具部具有限定一部分模腔3的内壁2。
各模具部1相对于彼此可在闭合位置与打开位置之间运动。为此目的,以常规的方式,各模具部1安装在一结构上,且它们与致动件相关联。当模具部1位于关闭位置中时,各模腔部3联合起来限定单个模腔。本发明的模具在该示例中是用于制造容器的,该容器具有顶上设有颈部的本体且具有中心轴线。模腔的形状对应于容器的外形,且其具有与容器的中心轴线重合的纵向轴线X。
两个模具部1中的每个由一个堆叠在另一个上的多个部件组成。在该示例中,部件呈平行面对的板的形式,从而形成模具部1的各片4。片4垂直于轴线X且沿该轴线堆叠。在每对相邻的片4之间,延伸有至少一个间隔件(图中未示出),用于保持两个片4彼此间隔开,从而在两个片4之间限定间隙10。间隙10延伸覆盖模腔的全部尺寸,且在该示例中,甚至覆盖模具部1的全部尺寸(每个间隙10平行于横向于轴线X的平面的平面延伸,从而在其三个侧边上向模具100的外部敞开,在该示例中,模具100具有矩形外形的截面)。平行于轴线X的柱接合在片4中的孔5中,从而将片4在横向于轴线X延伸的方向上保持在位。

每个模具部1还设置有可拆卸的底座6,以便在打开模具部1后移除已模制的物件。
本发明的模具100在本文中以其用于吹塑机101的应用被描述,吹塑机101具有装置102,装置102用于将呈管道状的可热软化材料馈送至机器,并用于使管道在机器内部沿竖直行进路径运动。在该示例中,可热软化的材料是热塑性材料。
在装置102的下游沿行进方向接连安装有炉子103和模具100,使得管道经过炉子103并接着进入模具1。机器100还具有用于将空气吹入管道中的构件104。
吹塑机101的运行是常规的且在本文中不详细描述。模具100的排气口的流动截面确定为使得在吹制期间当模具100闭合时,能足以排出留存在管道与限定模腔的模具100的内壁2之间大量的空气。该流动截面由间隙10的数量限定而不由间隙的厚度限定,间隙的厚度选为使得构成管道的材料一旦被软化就不能在吹塑期间渗入间隙10。
当然,本发明不限制于所描述的实施例,而是覆盖了由权利要求限定的本发明的范围内所带来的任何变型。
特别地,本发明尤其适用于吹塑机,吹塑机利用挤压成形的或由焊接扁平带而形成的管道。
可能的是,仅一个模具部被制成各部件的组装件。
间隙的数量根据期望排出空气的速率来确定。
保持各片彼此间隔开的间隔件可与所述各片一体制成或可与所述各片分离。

Claims (4)

1.一种模具,包括至少两个模具部,所述模具部相对于彼此能在闭合位置与打开位置之间运动,在所述闭合位置中,所述模具部限定模腔,至少一个所述模具部包括排气口,所述排气口向所述模腔的内部敞开并向所述模具的外部敞开,且所述排气口具有预定为允许当闭合所述模具时排出空气的流动截面,所述模具的特征在于,所述模具部包括在所述模腔的整个尺寸上延伸且组装在一起的至少两个部件,所述部件通过至少一个间隔件而保持彼此分离,以在所述部件之间限定向所述模腔的内部敞开并向所述模具的外部敞开的间隙,从而形成所述排气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具,其特征在于,所述两个模具部包括组装在一起且通过至少一个间隔件而保持彼此间隔开的部件,从而在各所述部件之间限定了间隙,每个间隙具有流动截面,使得各所述间隙的流动截面之和等于所述排气口的流动截面。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的模具,其特征在于,所述或每个模具部包括多个部件,从而限定多个间隙,每个所述间隙具有流动截面,使得各所述间隙的流动截面之和等于所述排气口的流动截面。
4.一种用于从材料管道吹塑物件的机器,所述机器包括用于将所述管道馈送至根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的模具的管道馈送装置、所述模具上游的管道加热装置以及用于将空气吹入所述管道的构件。
