The absorbent article for night use is used in a state where the wearer lies down, and is used for a longer time than the absorbent article for daily use. The absorbent article 1 has a main body 2, wing portions 3, and hip flaps 4. When the absorbent article 1 is sealed in a package or the like, a sample is taken out of the package, and left in this state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH.

(2) Wearing state of absorbent article

The excretory opening opposing region R1 of the absorbent article 1 is secured to the crotch portion of underwear (the portion opposing the wearer's crotch region) by the 1 st body adhesive region 61. The rear region R2 of the absorbent article 1 is fixed to the rear part of the crotch portion of underwear (the part facing the buttocks of the wearer) by the 2 nd body adhesive region 62. In a state where the wearer stands, the buttocks of the wearer are swollen.
Fig. 4 (b) is a state in which the cross-sectional view shown in fig. 4 (a) is rotated by 90 degrees, and shows a state in which the wearer lies on the back. The state where the wearer lies on his back shows that the body of the wearer is pressed by the bedding, but fig. 4 (b) shows that the body of the wearer is not pressed by the bedding for convenience of explanation. Fig. 4 (b) illustrates a line LB indicating bedding. The region where the line LB of the bedding overlaps the body is a region where the body is deformed in a state where the body is pressed by the bedding and the body is lying down.
Fig. 4 (c) shows a state in which the body of the wearer lying on his back is pressed by the bedding and deformed. In the state shown in fig. 4 (c), the region where the body and bedding lines overlap in fig. 4 (b) is deformed. More specifically, the buttocks of the wearer are swollen and collapsed, and a part of the buttocks of the wearer is flat. The crushed parts of the buttocks move toward the crotch and swell from the roots of the legs toward the front sides of the legs. The 2 nd curved portion 42 is disposed at the end portion of the hip portion on the hip portion side of the crushed portion of the hip portion, and the 1 st curved portion 41 is disposed at the end portion of the hip portion on the crotch portion side. Therefore, the intermediate region R3 of the absorbent article deforms along the swollen and collapsed portions of the buttocks and is disposed along the collapsed portions of the buttocks.
(3) Action and Effect
The excretory opening opposing region is a region opposing the excretory opening of the wearer. A 1 st curved portion 41 and a 2 nd curved portion 42 are provided behind the wing portion 3. The deformation starting point of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the deformation starting point of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are formed at a position rearward of the excretory opening of the wearer in the absorbent article 1. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 is flexibly deformed along the deformation of the buttocks when the wearer in a lying state is deformed by the body pressure.
The bonded region 60 does not overlap the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 in the thickness direction T. The portion of the absorbent article 1 fixed to the undergarment (the portion provided with the adhesive region) is likely to deform following the undergarment. For example, when the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are attached to underwear via adhesive regions, if the body is crushed in the supine position, the absorbent article deforms to follow the underwear. The absorbent article is unexpectedly deformed to follow the underwear, and a gap may be formed between the wearer and the absorbent article. However, the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are not fixed to underwear, and therefore can be freely deformed. Therefore, even when the excretory opening facing region R1 and the rear region R2 are deformed together with the undergarment, the force transmitted from the undergarment is divided by the intermediate region R3, and the deformation of the wearer's body can be absorbed by the intermediate region R3.
Further, an intermediate region R3 in which the weight per unit area of the absorbent material is relatively low is provided between the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42. The absorbent material of the intermediate region R3 has a low weight per unit area and is therefore easily deformed flexibly. When the crushed portion of the buttocks moves to the crotch side, the deformation of the buttocks is absorbed by the intermediate region R3, and the excretory opening opposing region R1 and the rear region R2 are likely to be continuously brought into contact with the wearer. The excretory opening opposing region R1 and the rear region R2 are divided by the intermediate region R3, and transmission of force from the excretory opening opposing region R1 to the rear region R2 can be suppressed.
A plurality of bonding regions extending in the front-rear direction L are provided at intervals in the width direction on the front side of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the rear side of the 2 nd curved portion 42. Specifically, the 1 st and 2 nd main body bonding regions 61 and 62 have a plurality of bonding regions having a length in the front-back direction L longer than a length in the width direction W, and the bonding regions are arranged at intervals in the width direction. In the structure having the plurality of adhesive regions, since gaps are formed between the adhesive regions, there is room for following the fine movement of the body while being held in the undergarment after wearing, as compared with the structure in which the 1 st main body adhesive region 61 and/or the 2 nd main body adhesive region 62 are continuously coated. Therefore, the absorbent article has an effect of reducing discomfort because small wrinkles are generated but large wrinkles are less likely to be generated.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is 10mm or more. For example, when the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is less than 10mm, the swollen and crushed portions of the buttocks may not be sufficiently absorbed. On the other hand, when the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction is 10mm or more, deformation of the buttocks can be effectively absorbed.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is 50mm or less. By setting the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L to 50mm or less, it is possible to absorb body deformation by the intermediate region R3 and to absorb body fluid that has flowed to the hip side by the rear region R2. Therefore, menstrual blood can be inhibited from flowing to the hip portion side. On the other hand, in the configuration in which the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than 50mm, the user feels uneasy about the menstrual blood flowing toward the hip portion side, and it is difficult to obtain a feeling of comfort when wearing the diaper.
A distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center of the front-rear direction L of the drain opening opposing region R1 is 25mm or more and 80mm or less. As a result of various investigations, the present applicant has found that the deformation starting point on the crotch side of the hip is often located more rearward than the center of the excretory opening opposing region R1 by 25mm or more in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, when the distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center of the front-rear direction L of the excretory opening opposing region R1 is 25mm or more, the 1 st curved portion 41 and the intermediate region R3 are located at the deformation starting point on the crotch side of the buttocks. Further, if the distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center of the front-rear direction L of the excretory opening opposing region R1 exceeds 80mm, the buttocks will bulge out to the maximum extent, and the 1 st curved portion 41 and the intermediate region will be located at the portion where the body pressure of the buttocks is applied to the maximum extent, which may cause a sense of discomfort.
The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are curved convexly rearward in a plan view. The portion curved convexly toward the rear bulges convexly toward the rear together with the underwear when lying down, and is pushed out in a direction away from the body. When the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are separated from the body, the deformation caused by bending from the back can be absorbed by the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3. Therefore, the excretory opening opposing region R1 and the rear region R2 are maintained in a shape that follows the curve of the body, and the entire absorbent article is arranged along the curve of the body.
The middle high portion 33 is adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41 in the drain opening opposing region R1. The thickness of the intermediate height portion 33 is larger than the thickness of the region of the absorbent body 30 other than the intermediate height portion. By the middle-high portion 33 of the excretory opening opposing region R1 being adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41, the difference in rigidity and the difference in thickness between the excretory opening opposing region R1 and the intermediate region R3 become large, forming a more definite deformation starting point. Thus, the intermediate region R3 and the excretory opening opposing region R1 can be arranged along the body in different shapes.
the angle α formed by the rear surface 33RS of the middle-high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle-high portion 33 is larger than the angle β formed by the front surface 33FS of the middle-high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle-high portion 33, and the angle formed by the side surface of the absorbent body and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent body is larger, and the absorbent body is likely to bend starting from the non-skin-facing surface, as compared to the case where the angle formed by the side surface of the absorbent body and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent body is smaller, for example, when the angle formed by the front surface of the middle-high portion 33 is larger, a bending start point is formed on the front surface of the middle-high portion 33, and the adhesiveness of the front surface of the middle-high portion 33 can be maintained, while the angle formed by the rear surface of the middle-high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface is larger, and a bending start point is likely to be formed on the rear surface of the middle-high portion 33.
The stretchable member 91 is disposed across the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, the contraction of the stretchable member 91 allows the excretion portion facing region R1 on the front side of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the rear region R2 on the rear side of the 2 nd curved portion 42 to approach each other. Therefore, even when wrinkles occur in the intermediate region R3 due to deformation of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the like, the wrinkles can be concentrated.
The outer edge 41E of the 1 st curve 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curve 42 are located at the outer edges of the absorbent core 31. Thus, the entire width-directional region of the absorbent core 31 is easily deformed with the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 as starting points. Further, the drain port facing region R1 and the rear region R2 are divided in the front-rear direction L, and therefore, the transmission of the deformed state of one to the other can be suppressed.
Further, the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than the thickness of the absorbent body 30 at the portion of the excretory opening opposing region R1 adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41. The deformation of the buttocks is absorbed by the intermediate region R3, and a step for absorbing the deformation of the buttocks is formed behind the excretory opening opposing region R1. Thus, the region on the front side of the intermediate region R3 can be disposed so as to face the excretory opening of the wearer, and the region on the rear side of the intermediate region R3 can be disposed so as to face the buttocks of the wearer. Therefore, the gap between the absorbent article and the body can be reduced, and back leakage can be suppressed.
(4) Absorbent article according to modification
Next, an absorbent article 1A of a modified example will be described. In the description of the absorbent article 1A of the modified example, the description will be given of the structure different from that of the above-described embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The absorbent article 1A of the modified example does not have the wing sections 3 and the leakage preventing cuffs. The absorbent article 1A of the modified example is formed with the compressed portion 80. The shapes of the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 of the absorbent article 1A of the modified example are different from the shapes of the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 of the absorbent article 1 of the embodiment.
The absorbent article 1A of the modified example includes a compressed portion 80 in which at least the absorber 30 is compressed in the thickness direction. The compressed portion 80 of the present embodiment is formed by compressing the topsheet 11 and the absorbent body 30 in the thickness direction. The compression part 80 includes a 1 st compression part 81 disposed in the drain port facing region R1 and a 2 nd compression part 82 disposed in the rear region R2.
The 1 st compressed part 81 is formed along the outer edge of the mid-height part 33. The 2 nd compression part 82 is formed in the rear part 34. The 1 st compression unit 81 includes: a pair of 1 st front-rear compressing portions 81L extending in the front-rear direction; and a 1 st width compressing portion 81W located forward of the 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L and extending in the width direction. The 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L is located on the outer side in the width direction than the center in the width direction of the drain port opposing region R1.
The 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L may be inclined with respect to a straight line along the front-rear direction L, and an angle (acute angle side) formed by the straight line along the front-rear direction L and the 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L may be 45 degrees or less. On the other hand, the 1 st width compressing portion 81W may be formed to be inclined with respect to a straight line along the width direction W, and an angle (acute angle side) formed by the straight line along the width direction W and the 1 st width compressing portion 81W may be less than 45 degrees.
The middle high portion 33 is surrounded by the 1 st width compression portion 81W, the pair of 1 st front-rear compression portions 81L, and the 1 st curved portion 41. The pair of 1 st front-rear compressing portions 81L are arranged along the outer edge of the mid-height portion 33. Since the compression portion 80 surrounds the middle-high portion 33, the bulge of the middle-high portion 33 is easily maintained, and the middle-high portion 33 is more closely attached to the excretory opening of the wearer.
The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are linear shapes along the width direction. Further, the outer edge 41E of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are located on the outer side in the width direction than the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L. In the configuration in which the position of the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L in the width direction changes as in the modification shown in fig. 5, at least the rear end edge of the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L (the portion closest to the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42) may be positioned further outward in the width direction than the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L.
In order to maintain the structure of fitting to the body, it is preferable that the excretory opening opposing region R1 located forward of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the rear region R2 located rearward of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are reliably divided. When the absorbent article 1 is worn, the excretory opening facing region R1 and the 1 st curved portion 41 are sandwiched between the legs of the wearer, and contract and bulge toward the skin-facing surface side. Thus, the absorbent article 1 fits the body. On the other hand, the 2 nd curved portion 42 and the rear region R2 maintain a flat shape, and are good in both the fit and the comfort. Therefore, if the width of the outer edge of the 1 st curved portion 41 is narrower than that of the 1 st front-rear compression portion, the movement on the front side such as the excretion portion facing region is interlocked, wrinkles are generated in the vicinity of the deformation starting point (mainly the 1 st curved portion 41), and it is difficult to obtain the dividing effect between the excretion portion facing region and the rear region. However, since the outer edge 41E of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are located on the outer side in the width direction than the compressed portion 80, the deformation starting point formed by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 can be formed in the region from the middle height portion 33 to the outer side in the width direction than the compressed portion 80. Therefore, the entire width-direction region of the middle-high portion can be easily deformed, and a dividing effect between the drain opening opposing region R1 and the rear region R2 can be obtained.
Further, the absorbent core 31 is disposed outside the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction, outside the middle region R3 in the width direction, and outside the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the width direction. Thus, the absorbent core of the modified example is not divided by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-rear direction. For example, if the absorbent core is divided in the front-back direction by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42, the absorbent core may be deformed from the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 before being worn, and unexpected wrinkles may occur.
However, since the absorbent core is not divided by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-back direction, it is possible to suppress deformation from the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 as starting points in a state before wearing, and to suppress occurrence of unexpected wrinkles.
(5) Other embodiments
The absorbent article of the present embodiment is a sanitary napkin for night use, but may be a sanitary napkin for daily use as another embodiment. The sanitary napkin may not include the hip flaps.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be modified and implemented as a modified form without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes and does not have any meaning of limiting the present invention.
(6) Comparative evaluation
Next, comparative evaluation of the length of the intermediate region will be described. Table 1 shows the comparative evaluation results of the lengths of the intermediate regions. In the comparative evaluation test, the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 and the absorbent articles of comparative examples 1 to 3 were compared, and the state of maintaining the adhesiveness and the feeling of discomfort in the absorbency due to the appearance were evaluated. The absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 and the absorbent articles of comparative examples 1 to 3 have the same structure except that the intermediate region R3 has a different length in the front-rear direction.

20 women who used sanitary napkins were subjected to a test for comparative evaluation. In the evaluation test, the subject sample was identified and used by the practitioner, and the following questions were answered.
question 1 "whether or not the fit was maintained as compared with a sanitary napkin that was used in ordinary times". A sample in which the ratio of the number of persons who answered "sustainable" to this question 1 was 65% or more was regarded as good in sensory evaluation and evaluated as O.A sample in which the ratio of the number of persons who answered "sustainable" to question 1 was less than 65% was regarded as poor in sensory evaluation and evaluated as ○.
question 2 "there was less anxiety to absorbency due to appearance (or no anxiety was generated) than a sanitary napkin used normally", a sample in which the ratio of the number of persons who answered "less anxiety" or "no anxiety" in question 2 was 65% or more was regarded as good in sensory evaluation and evaluated as ○.
The following results can be obtained: the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 had lengths in the front-rear direction of the intermediate regions of 10 to 50mm, and were excellent in both the maintenance evaluation of the fit and the evaluation of the feeling of uneasiness of the absorbent article. From the results, it was found that: the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is preferably 10mm or more and 50mm or less. More specifically, it can be seen that: by making the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction 10mm or more, good results are obtained with respect to the adhesiveness. In addition, it is known that: by setting the length of the intermediate region to 50mm or less, the feeling of uneasiness in absorbency can be suppressed.
Next, the pushed amount of the crushed hip portion of the supine wearer toward the crotch side was measured. The pushed-out amount is a distance between the crotch-side end (P1 in fig. 4 (c)) of the collapsed hip of the wearer in the supine position and the leg-side end (P2 in fig. 4 (c)) of the pushed-out hip. The pushed amount of 5 subjects was measured. The measurement results are shown in table 2.

From the measurement results, it was found that: the push-out amount of the buttocks is 10mm to 30 mm. Thus, it can be seen that: by setting the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction to 10mm or more, it is possible to cover the bulge of the hip of the wearer from the end portion on the crotch side of the crushed portion to the leg-side end portion of the hip pushed out.

Industrial applicability
According to the present invention, an absorbent article capable of suppressing back leakage in a state where a wearer lies on his back is provided.

1. An absorbent article having a front-back direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other,
the absorbent article has:
an absorbent body having an absorbent core in which absorbent materials are laminated;
a skin surface sheet located closer to the skin-facing surface side than the absorber;
a non-skin surface sheet located on a non-skin-facing surface side of the absorber;
an excretory opening opposing region which opposes the excretory opening of the wearer;
an adhesive region provided on the non-skin-facing sheet and coated with an adhesive for fixing the absorbent article to underwear,
the absorbent article is provided with:
a 1 st curved portion adjacent to the drain opening opposing region on a rear side of the drain opening opposing region and extending in the width direction;
a 2 nd curved portion located at a rear side of the 1 st curved portion and extending in the width direction; and
an intermediate region located between the 1 st curved portion and the 2 nd curved portion in the front-rear direction,
the 1 st curved portion and the 2 nd curved portion are configured to enable the absorbent article to bend in a thickness direction,
the weight per unit area of the absorbent material of the intermediate region is lower than the weight per unit area of the absorbent material of the region opposite the discharge opening,
the 1 st curved portion, the 2 nd curved portion, and the intermediate region do not overlap with the bonding region in a thickness direction,
the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is 10mm to 30mm,
the 1 st curved part is curved in a convex shape toward the rear, the 2 nd curved part is curved in a convex shape toward the rear in a plan view,
the adhesive region includes a 1 st main body adhesive region and a 2 nd main body adhesive region arranged to overlap with the absorber,
the 1 st main body bonding region is separated from the 2 nd main body bonding region in the front-rear direction and is disposed in a position forward of the 2 nd main body bonding region.

3. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
a middle-high portion that is located inward in the width direction from an outer edge of the absorbent body in the excretion opening-corresponding region and that has a thickness greater than a thickness of an outer edge of the absorbent body in the excretion opening-corresponding region is provided in the excretion opening-corresponding region,
the 1 st curved portion is adjacent to the middle high portion.
4. The absorbent article according to claim 3,
in the cross section of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction, an angle formed by a rear surface of a mid-high portion extending from a rear end edge of the absorbent body of the mid-high portion in the thickness direction and the non-skin-facing surface of the mid-high portion is larger than an angle formed by a front surface of the mid-high portion extending from a front end edge of the mid-high portion in the thickness direction and the non-skin-facing surface of the mid-high portion.
5. The absorbent article according to claim 3,
the absorbent article includes a compressed portion formed by compressing the absorbent body in the thickness direction,
the compression portion is disposed along an outer edge of the mid-height portion.
6. The absorbent article according to claim 4,
the absorbent article includes a compressed portion formed by compressing the absorbent body in the thickness direction,
the compression portion is disposed along an outer edge of the mid-height portion.
7. The absorbent article according to claim 5 or 6, wherein,
the outer edge of the 1 st curved portion and the outer edge of the 2 nd curved portion are located on the outer side in the width direction than the compressed portion.
8. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the absorbent article comprises a stretchable member stretchable in the front-rear direction,
the stretchable member is disposed across the 1 st curved portion and the 2 nd curved portion in the front-rear direction.
9. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the outer edge of the 1 st curved portion and the outer edge of the 2 nd curved portion are located at the outer edge of the absorbent body.
10. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the absorbent core has portions disposed outside the 1 st curved portion in the width direction, outside the middle region in the width direction, and outside the 2 nd curved portion in the width direction.
11. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is longer than the thickness of the absorbent body at a portion adjacent to the 1 st curved portion in the excretory opening opposing region.
