Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及整形外科技术领域,更具体地讲涉及美容和重建乳房外科。
背景技术
当前,在整形外科范围内,乳晕不对称具有特别的现实意义。不存在专门针对矫正和预防乳晕不对称而设计的任何类型的假体先例。
在矫正乳晕不对称的基本过程中,最常执行的技术之一仅包括缝合,不包括可以将乳晕调节至更精确和对称的尺寸的任何假体的植入。
发明内容
本发明涉及用于矫正乳晕不对称的新型可吸收环形假体、对其结构的描述、主要特征以及在植入手术后其结构所产生的优点。
本发明旨在实现乳晕对称。该假体环的外科植入还允许作用于乳房皮肤和乳晕上的牵引力和术后张力降低。
提供了多种尺寸,从而适应于每个患者的个体特征。
该假体环的标准尺寸为直径0.025m,具有0.003m高度和0.003m宽度或类似尺寸的主体(1)。
依赖于可吸收材料的组成所实现的优点避免了在首次植入术后施行移除假体的二次手术的必要性。其吸收可延长至最多18个月。
为分别促进假体环的吸收过程以及围绕假体的周围组织的愈合,本发明提供了具有中空开口(2)的结构,该中空开口允许血液经由其自由流动。垂直取向的、直径为0.0015m的并以假体环周长的每0.004m为间隔的中空开口(2)的存在由于其大幅降低了组织纤维化的风险,而提供了极大的安全性。
中空开口(2)还可用作组织边缘之间的结合和接近点,在这里最初形成了切口并切入相邻的组织;从而允许假体周围的组织围绕该结构愈合,而保持乳晕的圆形形状。因此张力将被均匀地重新分布到缝合至圆形假体环的组织中。
在利用点缝合接近相邻平面的过程中,每个中空开口(2)的尺寸允许缝合线(3)从中通过。
可吸收假体环将被植入乳晕和乳头下方的平面中、乳腺和皮下组织之间,而不中断乳头的血液灌注,从而实现乳头保护并最大程度降低乳头坏死的风险。用在其组成中的材料将被身体的自然过程逐渐代谢,在其吸收之前存在足够长的时间,直至完成矫正愈合并适应于乳晕的新形状。
用于移除植入物的二次后续手术是不必要的,从而使得该技术成为多种适应症的有效选择,这些适应症包括:乳晕不对称、外科乳房缩小、丘状乳房外科手术、乳房固定术、用植入物进行隆乳的外科手术、利用自体皮肤移植或类似方法进行的乳晕重建术。
使用该假体环的优点如下所述。矫正乳晕不对称,从而实现两侧对称。减小被牵引皮肤的张力,从而保持乳房的自然形状。降低妊娠纹的风险。提供更大的稳定性,从而保持用于隆乳的乳房假体植入物并防止其发生位移、旋转和移动。

具体实施方式
接下来描述本发明的实现方式。可吸收假体被构造为具有圆环形状。具体地讲,图1和图2示出了可在其中看见主体(1)和中空开口(2)的顶视图。
假体可吸收环的主体(1)由具有圆形中空开口(2)的单个圆形表面(4)构成,该中空开口具有0.0015m的直径,完全穿过主体的0.003m高度或类似尺寸并具有垂直取向。
开口允许用于将相邻组织容易地固定到假体的多个点的缝合线(3)穿过,从而在相应的愈合后成功呈现本发明的圆形形状。
假体环将被构造成具有多种可行的直径尺寸;从而根据患者特征以及相对于相对乳晕的尺寸实现个性化。标准直径将为0.025m或类似尺寸。不同的尺寸将是可能的,从直径0.02m开始并以0.005m递增,最多至0.04m。也就是说,本发明的构造的尺寸将分别为直径0.02m、0.025m、0.03m、0.035m和0.04m或类似尺寸。
就本发明的一致性而言,强调了采用较小弹性的可逆变形的能力,其中当撤回产生变形的力时主体恢复至其原始形状;这实现了升高的阻力并防止可吸收假体在外部创伤或其他作用于假体上的外部压力升高后破裂。
该可吸收假体将用适当的材料及其元件和部件,使用聚乳酸、聚二氧六环酮、L-丙交酯-己内酯、聚乙醇酸或类似材料制造成具有用于乳晕对称的环形形状。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于通过外科手术治疗乳晕不对称的具有圆环形状的外科假体环,所述外科假体环由主体(1)构成,其特征在于具有:多个中空开口(2),所述中空开口从所述主体的一侧穿过另一侧,具有垂直取向,从而实现经由其流动的通道;和缝合线(3),所述缝合线分别用于矫正愈合和接近所述假体环的相邻组织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科假体环,所述外科假体环由圆环结构构成,其中作用于邻接皮肤上的外部压力和张力在将所述环外科植入后转移到所述假体的主体(1),因而将缝合的所述邻接皮肤的张力均匀地重新分布到所述假体环周围,这允许保持所述乳晕和所述邻接的缝合皮肤的圆形,从而呈现类似于所述假体环的形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的假体环,其特征在于因为所述主体的组成可被身体的自然过程吸收,所以避免了用于取出所述环的二次手术的必要性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的假体环,其特征在于提供具有聚乳酸作用的材料组成,所述组成在乳晕外周乳房手术后的皮下愈合过程中刺激胶原生成,从而实现更好的再生效果,该作用刺激组织再生并防止由于与所述乳晕相关的外科手术中所产生的手术切口而导致的不希望的乳晕皮肤表面凹陷后果,所述外科手术诸如为:乳晕不对称矫正、乳房缩小术、丘状乳房外科手术、乳房固定术、用植入物进行隆乳的外科手术、乳晕重建术以及利用自体皮肤移植或类似方法进行的手术。
5.根据权利要求1所述的假体外科环,其特征在于一种能够将所述乳晕调整至比先前存在的大或小毫米尺寸的结构,从而利用先前存在的组织或使用自体移植物实现所述乳晕尺寸的调整以及两个乳晕的对称结果。
