The distributed failure weakening system is a communication system formed by base stations working in a failure weakening state, wherein each base station only caches subscription information of terminals in a coverage area, group subscription information corresponding to the terminals and the like, and when services such as group calling and the like need to be established, the base stations need to interact with each other to expand the service range of the group calling to a plurality of base stations.
The existing speaking right application process under the weakening of faults only considers the realization under a single base station, namely, whether the speaking right can be granted or not is judged only within the range of the single base station; however, in the distributed failure weakening system, the group call service is extended to a plurality of base stations, and when terminals of the plurality of base stations are considered, the situation that the call right may be simultaneously applied occurs; however, in the process of group calling service, only one terminal can have the talk right at each moment; therefore, in order to avoid granting the talk right to multiple terminals at the same time, a single base station needs to exchange information with other base stations when granting the talk right.
Therefore, the existing fault weakening speaking right application flow is not suitable for the distributed fault weakening system.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to overcome the limitation of granting speech right service by a single base station in a cluster communication distributed fail-soft system and the defect that terminals of a plurality of base stations may grant speech right simultaneously.
It should be noted that the function of weakening a failure in the broadband trunking communication system means that when communication between the base station and the core network is interrupted or the core network fails, the base station can process registration and service requests of terminals in its coverage area, and support services such as group call and single call. When the fault between the base station and the core network disappears, the system can automatically recover to a normal working state, wherein the fault weakening in the invention is distributed fault weakening.
