The problem of single call establishment under existing fault weakening is that only single base station implementation is considered, that is, single call service can only be established under a single base station, and if a calling party and a called party are not in the same base station, single call service cannot be established.
It follows that the existing single call setup procedure under fail-soft is not adapted to distributed fail-soft systems.
Disclosure of Invention
