Technical Field

Background
The elfCell base station is only business card sized and is one of the smallest base stations in the world. Due to the small volume, the utility model is very convenient for the user to carry and use.
In order to support the elfCell base station to be ready to use (play as you drop) anytime and anywhere, a battery can be used to supply power to get rid of the constraint of a power line, and a wireless backhaul can be used to get rid of the constraint of a base station backhaul line.
One way to implement wireless backhaul is to insert a SIM card of a certain operator into the elfCell base station, and use the SIM card as a wireless backhaul link when the SIM card is inserted into the operator network. However, this approach suffers from certain limitations. Example one
The wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishment method flow in this embodiment may be applied to terminals such as a mobile phone.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a wireless backhaul link assisted establishment method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the method for assisting in establishing a wireless backhaul link may include the following steps:
step 201, after establishing connection with a base station, a terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station through a first channel;
here, the base station may be an elfCell base station. A user may carry both a terminal and an elfCell base station.
Step 202, the terminal sends a second soft SIM downloading request to the soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM downloading request;
step 203, the terminal receives the soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform aiming at the second soft SIM downloading request;
in step 204, the terminal sends the soft SIM information to the base station through the first channel, so that the base station establishes a wireless backhaul link through the second channel based on the soft SIM information.
As can be seen from the above steps, the terminal can be regarded as a soft SIM agent, which can assist the base station to obtain the soft SIM information for establishing the wireless backhaul link through the procedure of this embodiment.
Wherein the first request for downloading the soft SIM sent by the base station to the terminal may be sent under the trigger of the terminal. Accordingly, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 201 may include the following sub-steps:
the terminal sends a request for triggering and downloading the soft SIM to the base station through a first channel;
and the terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request through a first channel.
The first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station to the terminal may be initiated by the base station actively. Accordingly, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 201 may include the following sub-steps:
the terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request actively sent by the base station through a first channel.

The method for establishing the wireless backhaul link in an assisted manner provided by the embodiment of the invention utilizes the terminal as a soft SIM agent, assists the base station in configuring the wireless backhaul link, and does not need to add complex functions such as man-machine interaction and the like in the base station, so that the base station can flexibly configure the wireless backhaul link according to the needs under the condition of not increasing the complexity of the base station.
Example two
The wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishment apparatus in this embodiment may be disposed in a terminal such as a mobile phone.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a wireless backhaul link assisted establishment apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishing apparatus 300 may include a first request receiving module 310, a first request sending module 320, a first information receiving module 330, and a first information sending module 340. The first request receiving module 310, the first request transmitting module 320, the first information receiving module 330, and the first information transmitting module 340 may be connected in sequence.
The first request receiving module 310 is configured to receive a first soft SIM downloading request sent by a base station through a first channel after establishing a connection with the base station. The first request sending module 320 is configured to send a second soft SIM downloading request to the soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM downloading request received by the first request receiving module 310. The first information receiving module 330 is configured to receive soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform for the second soft SIM downloading request. The first information sending module 340 is configured to send the soft SIM information received by the first information receiving module 330 to the base station through a first channel, so that the base station establishes a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first request receiving module 310 may include a trigger request transmitting unit and a first request receiving unit. The trigger request sending unit is used for sending a request for triggering the downloading of the soft SIM to the base station through a first channel. The first request receiving unit is used for receiving a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request through a first channel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first request receiving module 310 may include a second request receiving unit. The second request receiving unit is used for receiving a first soft SIM downloading request actively sent by the base station through a first channel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first request sending module 320 may include a determining unit. The determining unit is used for directly determining the first downloading soft SIM request as a second downloading soft SIM request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first request sending module 320 may include a forwarding unit, a list receiving unit, a first selecting unit, and a first request sending unit. Wherein, the forwarding unit is used for sending a first soft SIM downloading request to the soft SIM platform. The list receiving unit is used for receiving a first soft SIM information list returned by the soft SIM platform. The first selection unit is used for selecting first specified soft SIM information from the first soft SIM information list according to input information of a user. The first request sending unit is used for sending a request for downloading first specified soft SIM information to the soft SIM platform, wherein the request for downloading the first specified soft SIM information is a second request for downloading the soft SIM.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first request sending module 320 may include an obtaining unit, a list generating unit, a second selecting unit, and a second request sending unit. The acquisition unit is used for acquiring the mode and frequency band information of the local available network, the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and the network information supported by the soft SIM platform. The list generating unit is used for generating a second soft SIM information list according to the information acquired by the acquiring unit. The second selecting unit is used for selecting second specified soft SIM information from the second soft SIM information list according to the input information of the user. The second request sending unit is used for sending a request for downloading second specified soft SIM information to the soft SIM platform, wherein the request for downloading the second specified soft SIM information is a second request for downloading the soft SIM information.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining unit may include at least one of a scanning subunit, a first receiving subunit, and a reporting and receiving subunit. The scanning subunit is configured to obtain the mode and frequency band information of the local available network through the scanning air interface. The first receiving subunit is configured to receive the mode and frequency band information of the local available network transmitted by the base station, where the mode and frequency band information of the local available network are obtained by the base station through scanning an air interface. The reporting and receiving subunit is used for reporting the terminal position information of the soft SIM platform to the soft SIM platform, receiving the mode and frequency band information of the local available network returned by the soft SIM platform, and the mode and frequency band information of the local available network is obtained by the soft SIM platform according to the table lookup of the terminal position information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first information receiving module 330 may include a first information receiving unit. The first information receiving unit is used for receiving soft SIM information which is returned by the soft SIM platform and determined by the soft SIM platform.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishing apparatus 300 may further include a receiving and forwarding module. The receiving and forwarding module is used for receiving the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and sent by the base station, and forwarding the communication mode and frequency band information to the soft SIM platform so that the soft SIM platform determines the soft SIM information according to the communication mode and frequency band information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishing apparatus 300 may further include a model receiving module, an obtaining module, and a forwarding module. The model receiving module is used for receiving the model information of the base station sent by the base station. The obtaining module is used for obtaining the network mode and the frequency band information supported by the base station according to the base station model information received by the model receiving module. step S401, after establishing connection with a terminal, a base station sends a request for downloading a soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel;

As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus 500 may include a second request sending module 510, a second information receiving module 520, and a link establishing module 530. The second request transmitting module 510, the second information receiving module 520, and the link establishing module 530 may be connected in sequence.
The second request sending module 510 is configured to send a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through the first channel after establishing a connection with the terminal. The second request transmission module 510 may include an active transmission unit. The active sending unit is used for actively sending a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel.
The second request sending module 510 may include a trigger request receiving unit and a passive sending unit. The trigger request receiving unit is used for receiving a trigger downloading soft SIM request sent by the terminal through a first channel. And the passive sending unit is used for sending a soft SIM downloading request to the terminal through a first channel according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request received by the triggering request receiving unit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus 500 may further include a supporting information sending module. And the supporting information sending module is used for sending the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station to the terminal and/or the soft SIM platform.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus 500 may further include a model number sending module. The model sending module is used for sending the base station model information of the base station to the terminal and/or the soft SIM platform so that the terminal and/or the soft SIM platform can obtain the network mode and the frequency band information supported by the base station according to the base station model information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus 500 may further include a scanning module and a scanning information sending module. The scanning module is used for obtaining the mode and frequency band information of the local available network through the scanning air interface. And the scanning information sending module is used for sending the mode and frequency band information of the local available network obtained by the scanning module to the terminal or the soft SIM platform.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus 500 may further include a base station location information sending module. And the base station position information sending module is used for sending the base station position information to the terminal or the soft SIM platform so that the terminal or the soft SIM platform obtains the mode and frequency band information of the local available network according to the table look-up of the base station position information. Here, "local" refers to where the base station is currently located.
The wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus in this embodiment can perform the wireless backhaul link establishing method in the third embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description of the third embodiment for a part of this embodiment that is not described in detail.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a soft SIM information providing apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the soft SIM information providing apparatus 700 may include a third request receiving module 710 and a third information transmitting module 720.
The third request receiving module 710 is configured to receive a soft SIM downloading request sent by the terminal. The third information sending module 720 is configured to return the soft SIM information to the terminal, so that the terminal sends the soft SIM information to the base station.
In the case that the request for downloading the soft SIM sent by the third request receiving module 710 is a request for downloading the specified soft SIM information, the soft SIM information returned by the third information sending module 720 is the specified soft SIM information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the third information sending module 720 may include a first obtaining unit, a first generating unit, a first selecting unit, and a first sending unit. In this embodiment of the present invention, the third information sending module 720 may include a second obtaining unit, a second generating unit, a list sending unit, a download request receiving unit, and a second sending unit. The second obtaining unit is configured to obtain mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by a base station, and network information supported by a soft SIM platform. The second generating unit is used for generating a soft SIM information list according to the acquired information. The list transmitting unit is used for transmitting the soft SIM information list to the terminal so that a user of the terminal selects soft SIM information to be downloaded from the soft SIM information list. The download request receiving unit is used for receiving a request for downloading the specified soft SIM information sent by the terminal. The second sending unit is used for returning the specified soft SIM information to the terminal.
The soft SIM information providing apparatus in this embodiment is capable of executing the soft SIM information providing method in the fifth embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description of the fifth embodiment for a part of this embodiment that is not described in detail.
The soft SIM information providing device provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the soft SIM platform to interact with the base station through the terminal serving as the soft SIM agent so as to provide the soft SIM information for configuring the wireless backhaul link for the base station, and does not need to add complex functions such as man-machine interaction and the like in the base station, so that the base station can flexibly configure the wireless backhaul link according to needs under the condition of not increasing the complexity of the base station.

The present embodiment provides a communication system.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a communication system according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, a communication system 800 may include a terminal 810, a base station 820, and a soft SIM platform 830. The terminal 810 and the base station 820, the terminal 810 and the soft SIM platform 830, and the base station 820 and the soft SIM platform 830 may be connected in a wireless manner.
After establishing connection with the base station 820, the terminal 810 receives a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station 820 through a first channel; sending a second soft SIM download request to the soft SIM platform 830 according to the first soft SIM download request; receiving soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform 830 for the second download soft SIM request; soft SIM information is sent to the base station 820 over the first channel.
The base station 820 is configured to send a first download soft SIM request to the terminal 810 through a first channel after establishing a connection with the terminal 810; receiving soft SIM information returned by the terminal 810 through a first channel; a wireless backhaul link is established over a second channel based on the soft SIM information.
Soft SIM platform 830 is configured to receive a second download soft SIM request from terminal 810; soft SIM information is returned to the terminal 810.
The terminal 810 may be configured to perform any one of the wireless backhaul link assisted establishment methods in the first embodiment. The terminal 810 may include any one of the wireless backhaul link auxiliary establishment apparatuses in the second embodiment.
Wherein, the base station 820 can be used to execute any wireless backhaul link establishment method in the third embodiment. The base station 820 may comprise any one of the wireless backhaul link establishment apparatuses in the fourth embodiment.
The soft SIM platform 830 may be configured to execute any one of the soft SIM information providing methods in the fifth embodiment. The soft SIM platform 830 may include any one of the soft SIM information providing apparatuses in the sixth embodiment.
In the communication system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the base station utilizes the terminal with the man-machine interaction function as the soft SIM agent, and the soft SIM information for configuring the wireless backhaul link is acquired from the soft SIM platform through the terminal, so that the complex functions of man-machine interaction and the like do not need to be added in the base station, and the base station can flexibly configure the wireless backhaul link according to the needs under the condition of not increasing the complexity of the base station.
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating the establishment of a wireless backhaul link in the communication system shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 9, in this example, the process of establishing the wireless backhaul link by the communication system shown in fig. 8 may include the following steps:
step a1, terminal A establishes data connection with base station B;
the data connection may be LTE (Long Term Evolution), WiFi, bluetooth, or the like.
Step a2, based on the established data connection, triggering the base station B to download the soft SIM;
here, triggering the base station B to download the soft SIM may be performed in two ways: firstly, the terminal A can send message to the base station B to trigger, secondly, the base station B triggers by itself (for example, the base station B triggers to download the soft SIM after detecting that the data connection is established with the terminal A)
Step a3, terminal A and/or base station B interact with soft SIM platform C, determine which operator network's soft SIM needs to be downloaded;
wherein the determination of which operator network soft SIM to download may be based on the following constraints: network modes and frequency bands supported by the wireless backhaul module in the base station B, modes and frequency bands of locally available networks, local networks supported in the soft SIM platform, network selection policies (e.g., lowest price, highest priority, etc.), and the like.
When the operator network is determined, the soft SIM platform C can automatically select the optimal soft SIM from all soft SIMs meeting the conditions, or the soft SIM platform C can display all soft SIM information lists meeting the conditions on the terminal a, and the user can manually select the soft SIM information list through the terminal a.
The soft SIM information list may be generated by the soft SIM platform C or the terminal a.
The base station B sends information of network modes (such as TDD (Time Division Duplex) LTE, FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) LTE, and the like) and Frequency bands (such as 700M, 2.3G, and the like) supported by the wireless backhaul module to the terminal a. If the soft SIM platform C selects the network, the terminal A also needs to send the information to the soft SIM platform C.
The base station B may directly send the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station B, or may send the model information of the base station B, and the terminal a and/or the soft SIM platform C obtain the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station B based on the model information of the base station.
The mode and frequency band information of the local available network can be obtained by scanning an air interface by the terminal A or the base station B; or the terminal A or the base station B reports the position information of the terminal A or the base station B, and the soft SIM platform C or the terminal B obtains the position information according to the network information corresponding to the position.
Step a4, the soft SIM platform C sends the selected soft SIM information to the terminal A;
step a5, terminal A sends soft SIM information to base station B;
the terminal A can also send the mode and frequency band information of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM in the soft SIM information to the base station B so as to accelerate the network selection speed of the base station B.
Step a6, the base station B establishes a wireless connection to the selected operator based on the soft SIM information, configuring the wireless connection as its own wireless backhaul link.
Example two
In this example, the terminal a triggers the base station B to download the soft SIM, the terminal a scans the air interface to obtain the local network information, and the soft SIM platform C determines which operator's soft SIM information is downloaded.
Fig. 10 is a second flowchart illustrating the establishment of a wireless backhaul link in the communication system shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 10, in this example, the process of establishing the wireless backhaul link by the communication system shown in fig. 8 may include the following steps:
step B1, establishing LTE data connection between the terminal A and the base station B;
step B2, the user determines to establish wireless connection for the base station B through the APP (Application program) of the terminal a, and the terminal a sends a message for triggering downloading of the soft SIM to the base station B;
step B3, the base station B sends a request for downloading the soft SIM, and sends the information of the network mode and the frequency band supported by the wireless return module to the terminal A;
step b4, terminal A scans the air interface to obtain the mode and frequency band of the local available network, and terminal A obtains the position information;
step b5, the terminal A sends a request for downloading soft SIM to the soft SIM platform C, the request carries the network mode and frequency band information supported by the local available network and the base station wireless return module, and the position information of the terminal;
b6, the soft SIM platform C determines which operator network soft SIM needs to be downloaded based on the network mode and frequency band supported by the base station B wireless return module, the mode and frequency band of the local available network, the network of the position of the terminal A supported in the soft SIM platform C, and the network selection strategy with the lowest price;
step b7, the soft SIM platform C sends the soft SIM information of the selected operator to the terminal A;
step B8, terminal A sends soft SIM information to base station B;
step B9, the base station B establishes a wireless connection to the selected operator based on the soft SIM information, configuring the wireless connection as its own wireless backhaul link.
Example three
In this example, the terminal a triggers the download of the soft SIM, the terminal a reports the location information to assist the soft SIM platform C to acquire the local network information, the soft SIM platform C generates the selectable soft SIM information list, and the user determines which operator's soft SIM information is downloaded through the terminal a.
Fig. 11 is a third flowchart illustrating the establishment of a wireless backhaul link in the communication system shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 11, in the present example, the process of establishing the wireless backhaul link by the communication system shown in fig. 8 may include the following steps:
step c1, terminal A and base station B establish WiFi data connection;
step c2, the user determines to establish wireless connection for the base station B through the APP of the terminal a, and the terminal a sends a message (also called a soft SIM request for triggering download) for triggering download of the soft SIM to the base station B;
step c3, base station B requests to download soft SIM, and sends the base station model information to terminal A;
step C4, terminal A sends request soft SIM list message to soft SIM platform C, the message carries the position information of terminal A, the model information of base station B;
step C5, the soft SIM platform C obtains the local available network information according to the position information of the terminal A, obtains the network information supported by the base station wireless return module according to the model of the base station B, and generates the selectable soft SIM list and the arrangement sequence thereof based on the mode and the frequency band of the network supported by the base station wireless return module, the mode and the frequency band of the local available network, the network of the position of the terminal supported in the soft SIM platform, and the strategy of the price from low to high;
step C6, the soft SIM platform C sends the soft SIM list generated in step C5 and the arrangement sequence thereof to the terminal A;
step c7, the terminal A displays the soft SIM list according to the sequence, and the user selects and determines which operator's soft SIM needs to be downloaded;
step C8, terminal A sends request message for downloading soft SIM to soft SIM platform C, the message carries the mark of the operator selected by user;
step C9, the soft SIM platform C sends the soft SIM information of the selected operator to the terminal A;
step c10, terminal A sends the soft SIM information to base station B, and carries the mode and frequency band information of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM;
step c11, the base station B establishes a wireless connection to the selected operator based on the soft SIM information, configuring the wireless connection as its own wireless backhaul link.
Example four
In this example, the base station B actively triggers downloading of soft SIM information, the base station B scans an air interface to acquire local network information, and the soft SIM platform C determines which operator's soft SIM is downloaded.
Fig. 12 is a fourth flowchart illustrating establishment of a wireless backhaul link in the communication system shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 12, in this example, the process of establishing the wireless backhaul link by the communication system shown in fig. 12 may include the following steps:
step d1, terminal A and base station B establish Bluetooth data connection;
step d2, after detecting that the base station B establishes data connection with the terminal A, triggering to download the soft SIM, scanning the air interface by the base station to obtain the mode and frequency band information of the local available network, and obtaining the position information of the base station B;
step d3, the base station B sends a request message for downloading soft SIM (may be referred to as a request for downloading soft SIM for short), and sends the network mode, frequency band information, mode of local available network, frequency band information, and location information of the base station B supported by its wireless backhaul module to the terminal a;
the base station B may carry information such as a network mode, frequency band information, a mode of a local available network, frequency band information, and location information of the base station B supported by its wireless backhaul module in the download soft SIM request message, and may respectively send the download soft SIM request message and information such as a network mode, frequency band information, a mode of a local available network, frequency band information, and location information of the base station B supported by its wireless backhaul module.
Step d4, terminal A sends the above information to soft SIM platform C;
step d5, the soft SIM platform C determines which operator network soft SIM needs to be downloaded based on the network mode and frequency band supported by the wireless backhaul module of the base station B, the mode and frequency band of the local available network, the network at the location of the base station B supported in the soft SIM platform C, and the network selection policy with the highest priority;
step d6, the soft SIM platform C sends the soft SIM information of the selected operator to the terminal A;
step d7, terminal a sends soft SIM information to base station B;
step d8, the base station B establishes a wireless connection to the selected operator based on the soft SIM, configuring the wireless connection as its own wireless backhaul link.
Example five
In this example, the base station B triggers downloading of the soft SIM, the base station B reports the location information to assist the terminal a in acquiring the local network information, the terminal a generates the selectable soft SIM list, and the user determines which operator's soft SIM is downloaded through the terminal a.
Fig. 13 is a fifth flowchart illustrating the establishment of a wireless backhaul link in the communication system shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 13, in this example, the process of establishing the wireless backhaul link by the communication system shown in fig. 13 may include the following steps:
step e1, terminal a establishes WiFi data connection with base station B;
step e2, after detecting that the data connection is established with the terminal A, the base station B triggers the downloading of the soft SIM, and the base station B obtains the position information of the soft SIM;
step e3, base station B requests to download soft SIM, and sends the base station model information and the position information of the base station to terminal A;
step e4, terminal A sends request soft SIM list message to soft SIM platform C, the message carries the position information of base station B;
step e5, the soft SIM platform C determines the network list of the location of the base station B supported in the soft SIM platform according to the location information of the base station B;
step e6, the soft SIM platform C sends the network list information of the position of the base station B supported in the soft SIM platform and the network selection strategy information with the price from low to high to the terminal A;
step e7, the terminal a obtains the local available network information according to the position information of the base station B, obtains the network information supported by the wireless backhaul module of the base station B according to the model of the base station B, and generates the selectable soft SIM list and the arrangement order thereof based on the mode and frequency band of the network supported by the wireless backhaul module of the base station B, the mode and frequency band of the local available network, the network of the position of the base station supported in the soft SIM platform C, and the strategy of the price from low to high;
step e8, the terminal A displays the selectable soft SIM list according to the arrangement sequence, and the user selects and determines which operator's soft SIM needs to be downloaded;
step e9, terminal A sends request message for downloading soft SIM to soft SIM platform C, which carries the identifier of the operator selected by the user;
step e10, the soft SIM platform C sends the soft SIM information of the selected operator to the terminal A;
step e11, terminal A sends the soft SIM information to base station B, and carries the mode and frequency band information of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM;
step e12, the base station B establishes a wireless connection to the selected operator based on the soft SIM, configuring the wireless connection as its own wireless backhaul link.

1. A method for assisting in establishing a wireless backhaul link, applied to a terminal, includes:
after the terminal establishes connection with a base station, receiving a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station through a first channel;
the terminal sends a second soft SIM downloading request to a soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM downloading request;
the terminal acquires soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform aiming at the second soft SIM downloading request;
the terminal sends the soft SIM information to the base station through the first channel so that the base station establishes a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information;
the terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station through a first channel, and the method comprises the following steps:
the terminal sends a request for triggering and downloading the soft SIM to the base station through the first channel;
and the terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request through the first channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal receives a first download soft SIM request sent by the base station over a first channel, comprising:
and the terminal receives a first soft SIM downloading request actively sent by the base station through the first channel.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal sends a second soft SIM download request to the soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM download request, comprising:

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal sends a second soft SIM download request to the soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM download request, comprising:

the terminal selects first appointed soft SIM information from the first soft SIM information list according to input information of a user;
and the terminal sends a request for downloading the first specified soft SIM information to a soft SIM platform, wherein the request for downloading the first specified soft SIM information is the second request for downloading the soft SIM.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal sends a second soft SIM download request to the soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM download request, comprising:
the terminal acquires the mode and frequency band information of a local available network, the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and the network information supported by the soft SIM platform;
the terminal generates a second soft SIM information list according to the acquired information;
the terminal selects second specified soft SIM information from the second soft SIM information list according to the input information of the user;
and the terminal sends a request for downloading the second appointed soft SIM information to a soft SIM platform, wherein the request for downloading the second appointed soft SIM information is the second request for downloading the soft SIM information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the terminal obtains mode and band information of a locally available network, network mode and band information supported by the base station, and network information supported by a soft SIM platform, comprising:
the terminal obtains the mode and frequency band information of the local available network through the scanning air interface;
or, the terminal receives the mode and frequency band information of the local available network transmitted by the base station, where the mode and frequency band information of the local available network is obtained by the base station through scanning an air interface;
or the terminal reports the terminal position information of the terminal to the soft SIM platform, and receives the mode and frequency band information of the local available network returned by the soft SIM platform, wherein the mode and frequency band information of the local available network is obtained by the soft SIM platform according to the table lookup of the terminal position information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal receives the soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform for the second request to download soft SIM information, comprising:
and the terminal receives the soft SIM information which is returned by the soft SIM platform and determined by the soft SIM platform.
8. The wireless backhaul link assisted establishment method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the terminal receives the network mode and frequency band information which are sent by the base station and supported by the base station, and forwards the communication mode and frequency band information to the soft SIM platform, so that the soft SIM platform determines the soft SIM information according to the communication mode and frequency band information.
9. The wireless backhaul link assisted establishment method of claim 1, further comprising:
the terminal receives the base station model information sent by the base station;
the terminal obtains the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station according to the model information of the base station;
and the terminal forwards the communication mode and the frequency band information to the soft SIM platform so that the soft SIM platform determines the soft SIM information according to the communication mode and the frequency band information.
10. An apparatus for assisting in establishing a wireless backhaul link, the apparatus being disposed in a terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the first request receiving module is used for receiving a first soft SIM downloading request sent by a base station through a first channel after establishing connection with the base station;
a first request sending module, configured to send a second soft SIM downloading request to a soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM downloading request received by the first request receiving module;
a first information receiving module, configured to receive soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform for the second soft SIM downloading request;
a first information sending module, configured to send the soft SIM information received by the first information receiving module to the base station through the first channel, so that the base station establishes a wireless backhaul link based on the soft SIM information through a second channel;
the first request receiving module includes:
a trigger request sending unit, configured to send a request for triggering soft SIM download to the base station through the first channel;
a first request receiving unit, configured to receive, through the first channel, a first soft SIM download request sent by the base station according to the soft SIM download triggering request.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first request receiving module comprises:
and the second request receiving unit is used for receiving a first soft SIM downloading request actively sent by the base station through the first channel.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first request sending module comprises:
a determining unit, configured to directly determine the first soft SIM download request as a second soft SIM download request.

the list receiving unit is used for receiving a first soft SIM information list returned by the soft SIM platform;
a first selection unit, configured to select first specified soft SIM information from the first soft SIM information list according to input information of a user;
a first request sending unit, configured to send a request for downloading the first specified soft SIM information to a soft SIM platform, where the request for downloading the first specified soft SIM information is the second request for downloading the soft SIM.
14. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first request sending module comprises:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station, and network information supported by a soft SIM platform;
the list generating unit is used for generating a second soft SIM information list according to the information acquired by the acquiring unit;
a second selecting unit, configured to select second specified soft SIM information from the second soft SIM information list according to input information of a user;
and the second request sending unit is used for sending a request for downloading the second specified soft SIM information to the soft SIM platform, wherein the request for downloading the second specified soft SIM information is the second request for downloading the soft SIM information.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the acquiring unit comprises at least one of a scanning subunit, a first receiving subunit, a reporting and receiving subunit, wherein:
the scanning subunit is configured to obtain mode and frequency band information of a local available network through a scanning air interface;
the first receiving subunit is configured to receive the mode and frequency band information of the local available network, where the mode and frequency band information of the local available network is obtained by the base station through scanning an air interface;
the reporting and receiving subunit is used for reporting the terminal position information of the soft SIM platform to the soft SIM platform, receiving the mode and frequency band information of the local available network returned by the soft SIM platform, and obtaining the mode and frequency band information of the local available network by the soft SIM platform according to the terminal position information by table lookup.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first information receiving module comprises:
and the first information receiving unit is used for receiving the soft SIM information which is returned by the soft SIM platform and determined by the soft SIM platform.

an obtaining module, configured to obtain, according to the model information of the base station received by the model receiving module, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station;
and the forwarding module is used for forwarding the communication mode and the frequency band information to the soft SIM platform so that the soft SIM platform determines the soft SIM information according to the communication mode and the frequency band information.
19. A method for establishing a wireless backhaul link, applied to a base station, includes:
after establishing connection with a terminal, the base station sends a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel;
the base station receives the soft SIM information returned by the terminal through the first channel;
the base station establishes a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information;
the sending a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through the first channel comprises:
the base station receives a soft SIM triggering request sent by the terminal through the first channel;
and the base station sends a soft SIM downloading request to the terminal through the first channel according to the soft SIM downloading request triggered.
20. The wireless backhaul link setup method according to claim 19, wherein said sending a request to download soft SIM to said terminal through a first channel comprises:
and the base station actively sends a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel.
21. The wireless backhaul link establishment method of claim 19, further comprising:
and the base station sends the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station to the terminal and/or the soft SIM platform.

the base station obtains the mode and frequency band information of the local available network through scanning an air interface;
and the base station sends the mode and frequency band information of the local available network to the terminal or the soft SIM platform.
24. The wireless backhaul link establishment method of claim 19, further comprising:
and the base station sends the position information of the base station to the terminal or the soft SIM platform so that the terminal or the soft SIM platform obtains the mode and frequency band information of the local available network according to the table look-up of the position information of the base station.
25. An apparatus for wireless backhaul link establishment, the apparatus being disposed in a base station, the apparatus comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
the processor is configured to:
after establishing connection with a terminal, sending a request for downloading a soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel;
receiving soft SIM information returned by the terminal through the first channel;
establishing a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information.
26. A wireless backhaul link establishing apparatus, configured in a base station, comprising:
the second request sending module is used for sending a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through the first channel after the connection with the terminal is established;
a second information receiving module, configured to receive, through the first channel, soft SIM information returned by the terminal;
a link establishing module, configured to establish a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information received by the second information receiving module;
the second request sending module includes:
a trigger request receiving unit, configured to receive, through a first channel, a soft SIM trigger download request sent by the terminal;
and the passive sending unit is used for sending a soft SIM downloading request to the terminal through a first channel according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request received by the triggering request receiving unit.
27. The wireless backhaul link establishment apparatus of claim 26, wherein the second request sending module comprises:
and the active sending unit is used for actively sending a request for downloading the soft SIM to the terminal through a first channel.

and the base station position information sending module is used for sending the base station position information to the terminal or the soft SIM platform so as to enable the terminal or the soft SIM platform to obtain the mode and frequency band information of the local available network according to the table look-up of the base station position information.
32. A soft SIM information providing method is applied to a soft SIM platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a soft SIM downloading request sent by a terminal;
returning soft SIM information to the terminal so that the terminal can send the soft SIM information to a base station;
the returning soft SIM information to the terminal includes:
acquiring mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and network information supported by a soft SIM platform;
generating a soft SIM information list according to the acquired information;
selecting soft SIM information from the soft SIM information list according to a preset selection strategy;
and returning the selected soft SIM information to the terminal.
33. The method of claim 32, wherein in the case that the request for downloading soft SIM is a request for downloading specified soft SIM information, the soft SIM information is the specified soft SIM information.
34. The method of claim 32, wherein the returning soft SIM information to the terminal comprises:
acquiring mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and network information supported by a soft SIM platform;
generating a soft SIM information list according to the acquired information;
sending the soft SIM information list to the terminal so that a user of the terminal can select soft SIM information to be downloaded from the soft SIM information list;
receiving a request for downloading specified soft SIM information sent by the terminal;
and returning the appointed soft SIM information to the terminal.
35. A soft SIM information providing device is arranged in a soft SIM platform, and is characterized by comprising:
the third request receiving module is used for receiving a soft SIM downloading request sent by the terminal;
a third information sending module, configured to return soft SIM information to the terminal, so that the terminal sends the soft SIM information to a base station;
the third information sending module includes:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station, and network information supported by a soft SIM platform;
a first generating unit, configured to generate a soft SIM information list according to the acquired information;
the first selection unit is used for selecting soft SIM information from the soft SIM information list according to a preset selection strategy;
and the first sending unit is used for returning the soft SIM information selected by the first selecting unit to the terminal.
36. The soft SIM information providing apparatus of claim 35, wherein in case the request to download soft SIM is a request to download specified soft SIM information, the soft SIM information is the specified soft SIM information.
37. The soft SIM information providing apparatus of claim 35, wherein the third information sending module comprises:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain mode and frequency band information of a local available network, network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station, and network information supported by the soft SIM platform;

a list sending unit, configured to send the soft SIM information list to the terminal, so that a user of the terminal selects soft SIM information to be downloaded from the soft SIM information list;
a download request receiving unit, configured to receive a request for downloading specified soft SIM information sent by the terminal;
and the second sending unit is used for returning the specified soft SIM information to the terminal.
38. A communication system comprising a terminal, a base station and a soft SIM platform, wherein:
the terminal is used for receiving a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station through a first channel after establishing connection with the base station; sending a second soft SIM downloading request to a soft SIM platform according to the first soft SIM downloading request; receiving soft SIM information returned by the soft SIM platform aiming at the second soft SIM downloading request through the first channel; sending the soft SIM information to the base station;
the base station is used for sending the first downloading soft SIM request to the terminal through the first channel after establishing connection with the terminal; receiving soft SIM information returned by the terminal through the first channel; establishing a wireless backhaul link through a second channel based on the soft SIM information;
the soft SIM platform is used for receiving the second soft SIM downloading request sent by the terminal; returning soft SIM information to the terminal;
the terminal is further configured to send a request for triggering downloading of the soft SIM to the base station through the first channel; receiving a first soft SIM downloading request sent by the base station according to the soft SIM downloading triggering request through the first channel;
the base station is further configured to receive, by the base station, a request for triggering downloading of the soft SIM, sent by the terminal, through the first channel; the base station sends a soft SIM downloading request to the terminal through the first channel according to the soft SIM downloading request triggered;
the soft SIM platform is also used for acquiring the mode and frequency band information of a local available network, the network mode and frequency band information supported by the base station and the network information supported by the soft SIM platform; generating a soft SIM information list according to the acquired information; selecting soft SIM information from the soft SIM information list according to a preset selection strategy; and returning the selected soft SIM information to the terminal.
