The terminal module 2 includes an insulating body 20, a metal shielding plate 21, a row of upper terminals 22, and a row of lower terminals 23. The tongue plate 203 is accommodated in the insertion groove 11, the thickness of the step portion 202 in the vertical direction is larger than that of the tongue plate 203 in the vertical direction, and the thickness of the base portion 201 in the vertical direction is larger than that of the step portion 202 in the vertical direction.
The row of upper terminals 22 includes an upper buried portion 221 buried in the step portion 202 and the base portion 201, an upper contact portion 222 extending forward from the upper buried portion 221 and exposed on the upper surface of the tongue plate 203, and an upper soldering portion 223 extending rearward from the upper buried portion 221 beyond the base portion 201. The row of lower terminals 23 includes a lower embedded portion 231 provided in the step portion 202 and the base portion 201, a lower contact portion 232 extending forward from the lower embedded portion 231 and exposed to the lower surface of the tongue plate 203, and a lower soldering portion 233 extending rearward from the lower embedded portion 231 beyond the base portion. The metal shielding plate 21 is sandwiched in the insulating body 20 and disposed between a row of upper terminals 22 and a row of lower terminals 23. The metal shielding plate 21 includes locking portions 211 exposed at two side edges of the insulating body 20, and the locking portions 211 are used for locking and matching with the butting connector. A groove 213 is formed between the two locking portions 211, and a first through hole 214 penetrating in the vertical direction is formed on each locking portion 211.
The insulative housing 20 includes an upper insulator 205, a lower insulator 206, and an overmold 207, the upper insulator 205 being injection molded over the row of upper terminals 22 to form the upper terminal module 24, and the lower insulator 206 being injection molded over the row of lower terminals 23 to form the lower terminal module 25. The upper terminal module 24, the metal shielding plate 21 and the lower terminal module 25 are assembled together to form a terminal module semi-finished product 26, and the cover 207 is injection-molded outside the terminal module semi-finished product 26 to form the terminal module 2.
The metal shielding plate 21 further includes holding holes 212 formed on both side edges thereof, and the upper terminal module 24 and the lower terminal module 25 are respectively provided with holding pins 27 for being held in the corresponding holding holes. The upper and lower rows of terminals 22 and 23 respectively include ground terminals 28 on both sides and signal terminals 29 in the middle of the ground terminals 28, and the ground terminals 28 are extended with the chucking pins 27.

The metal shell 1 is manufactured by metal powder metallurgy, the metal shell 1 includes a shell main body 12 and wing parts 13 respectively protruding from two opposite sides of the shell main body 12, the shell main body 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 313, the wing parts 13 are provided with second fixing holes 131 penetrating along an insertion direction, and the fixed matching of the electrical connector 100 and the frame body 31 or the detachment of the electrical connector 100 from the frame body 31 are realized through the first fixing holes 314, the second fixing holes 131 and screws rotating into the first fixing holes 314 and the second fixing holes 131.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: because the electrical connector 100 is detachable, when the electronic device 300 is charged and burned, the consumer can replace the electrical connector 100 without disassembling the electrical connector.
