Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that the description relating to "first", "second", etc. in the present invention is for descriptive purposes only and is not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In addition, technical solutions between various embodiments may be combined with each other, but must be realized by a person skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, such a combination should not be considered to exist, and is not within the protection scope of the present invention.
A mobile terminal implementing various embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "module" and "component" may be used in a mixture.
The mobile terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include a mobile terminal having a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation device, and the like. In the following, it is assumed that the terminal is a mobile terminal. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for moving purposes.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile terminal 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mobile terminal 1 includes: a body 2, a circuit board 3, and a USB (Universal Serial Bus) inner tongue 4.
Referring to fig. 2, the body 2 has a receiving cavity. For example, the body 2 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the body 2 may be made of plastic or aluminum alloy.
The circuit board 3 is mounted in a receiving cavity of the body 2. For example, the circuit board 3 may be a main circuit board of the mobile terminal 1 for mounting important electronic components such as a processor, a sensor, etc. and processing of signals.
The USB inner tongue 4 is detachably mounted on the body 2, and the USB inner tongue 4 is electrically connected to the circuit board 3. The USB inner tongue 4 is a tongue piece electrically connected to a connector of a USB data line in a USB data interface of a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone.
In the mobile terminal 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the USB inner tongue 4 is detachably mounted on the body 2, so that the USB inner tongue 4 can be detached from the body 2 at any time for maintenance, and the mobile terminal is convenient and simple; moreover, the removable inner USB tongue 4 can also withstand more impacts than a non-removable inner USB tongue.
Optionally, the body 2 is further provided with an installation cavity communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the USB inner tongue 4 is accommodated in the installation cavity. In this way, the USB inner tongue 4 can be protected from the external environment outside the body 2.
Optionally, the mobile terminal 1 further includes a USB base 6, the USB base 6 is fixed in the mounting cavity, the USB base 6 is electrically connected to the circuit board 3, and the USB inner tongue 4 is detachably connected to the USB base 6. Therefore, the USB base 6 is additionally arranged between the circuit board 3 and the USB inner tongue 4, so that impact on the circuit board 3 when the USB inner tongue 4 is pulled out can be reduced, and the circuit board 3 is prevented from being damaged.
Optionally, an opening 60 is provided at an end of the USB base 6 away from the mounting cavity, a protrusion 61 is provided on a side wall of the opening 60 facing the opening 60, a recess 40 is provided on a side wall of the USB inner tongue 4, and the protrusion 61 is received in the recess 40. Therefore, when the USB inner tongue 4 is mounted and dismounted, the matching and the separation of the recess 40 and the protrusion 61 can bring force feedback to an operator, and the damage to the mobile terminal 1 caused by overlarge force application of the operator is avoided.
Optionally, two sidewalls of the opening 60 are provided with two protrusions 61 oppositely, and two sidewalls of the USB inner tongue 4 are provided with two recesses 40. Thus, the feedback force of the recess 40 and the protrusion 61 to the operator in the matching and separating process is enhanced, the damage to the mobile terminal 1 caused by excessive force application of the operator is avoided, and the operation is convenient.
Alternatively, the protrusion 61 has a triangular shape, the width of the protrusion 61 gradually decreases toward the opening 60, the recess 40 has a triangular shape, and the width of the recess 40 gradually decreases toward the opening 60. Due to the design, the plugging and unplugging of operators are facilitated.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the top wall of the opening 60 is provided with a first pin 63, and the top wall of the USB inner tongue 4 is provided with a second pin for electrically connecting to the first pin 63. For example, the first lead 63 and the second lead are both made of a conductive metal material, such as copper. The first pin 63 and the second pin may be plural.
Alternatively, the first pin 63 may be movably mounted to the top wall of the opening 60 such that the first pin 63 may be far from or close to the top wall of the opening 60. Thus, when the USB inner tongue 4 is inserted into the opening 60, the damage of the surface of the first pin 63 and the second pin by the insertion action can be avoided, and the service life of the mobile terminal 1 is prolonged.
Optionally, the first pin 63 is a metal dome. In this way, when the USB inner tongue 4 is inserted into the opening 60, the first pin 63 can be pressed by the second pin to be close to the top wall of the opening 60, so as to avoid the damage of the insertion action on the surfaces of the first pin 63 and the second pin; when the USB inner tongue 4 exits the opening 60, the first pin 63 can return to a natural state. In this way, the service life of the mobile terminal 1 is extended.
The second embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal assembly, which includes the mobile terminal 1 and the extracting apparatus 8 as described above. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the removing device 8 includes: two rotating portions 80 and two clamping portions 82.
The middle portion of one of the rotating portions 80 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the other rotating portion 80. For example, the middle portions of the two rotating portions 80 are provided with shaft holes, and the shaft holes are provided with rotating shafts, so that the two rotating portions 80 can rotate around the rotating shafts.
The two clamping portions 82 are connected to the two rotating portions 80 and are oppositely arranged, and the two clamping portions 82 are used for clamping the USB inner tongue 4.
According to the taking-out device 8 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the USB inner tongue 4 is detachably arranged on the machine body 2, and the USB inner tongue 4 can be detached from the machine body 2 at any time through the taking-out device 8 for maintenance, so that the use is convenient and the structure is simple.
Optionally, the side wall of the USB inner tongue 4 is provided with a clipping groove 44, wherein a clipping protrusion 84 for clipping the clipping groove 44 is provided on one of the clipping portions 82 towards the other clipping portion 82. In this way, the removal device 8 can facilitate the removal of the USB inner tongue 4.
Optionally, both side walls of the USB inner tongue 4 are provided with the holding grooves 44, and the holding protrusion 84 is provided on the other holding portion 82 facing one of the holding portions 82. In this way, the removal device 8 can facilitate the removal of the USB inner tongue 4.
