Abstract
The invention discloses an auditing and signing method and system for perfecting business approval, the method comprises the following steps: the current approver logs in the approval system to check the to-be-handled approval business, and enters a to-be-handled selection personnel interface through the approval interface when the approval person and the approval node are required to be added; the current approver is used as an approval operator, a list of to-be-done selection personnel in a database is extracted, approval personnel needing to be approved are selected, and approval personnel approval operation is performed; to-be-handled approval business flow transfer the auditor who is being signed is presented with a signature, as a new approval node; and the signed personnel serve as a plus approval person to approve the business, submit approval opinions and end the approval node. According to the auditing and signing method and system for perfecting the business approval, related approvers in the organization architecture tree are dynamically selected, and auditing opinions of the signed personnel are completely reserved in the schematic list, so that the business auditing problem caused by insufficient presetting and other reasons is realized.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of informatization management, and particularly relates to an auditing and signing method and system for perfecting business approval.
Background
In the enterprise operation activities, the approval process takes an important role, is an effective measure for avoiding the risks of various transactions of the enterprise, and is also an important basis for follow-up compensation in the future. The system also comprises a front signing module, which is used for returning to a signing operator after the signing approver approves the business, and the signing operator advances the flow.
The system also comprises a post-endorsement module, which is used for the endorsement approver to approve the business without returning to the endorsement operator, and the endorsement approver advances the flow.
Name of the signature link: after the current approver executes the endorsement operation, the task is submitted to the endorsement for approval, and the link name displayed when the endorsement approves the approval is the endorsement link name. Format: current link name (signed).
Signature function configuration: for approval business of a plurality of links to be approved, signing configuration can be carried out on a single link in flow definition, and whether signing operation can be executed on the link is controlled through the attribute of the link.

3) The business flow to be approved is transferred to the auditor to be approved as a new approval node;
4) The signed personnel are taken as a signed approver to approve the business, submit approval opinions and end the approval node; wherein the approval mode of the approver is a front approval mode, namely after the approver approves the business, the method includes the steps that a signing operator needs to be returned, and the signing operator advances a flow; or the approval mode of the approver is a post-approval mode, namely, after the approver approves the business, the approver does not need to return to the approval operator, and the approval person advances the flow.
2. The method for auditing and signing of complete business approval as set forth in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step 4), the endorsement approver also executes the endorsement operation of the auditor.

and the approval module is used for approving the business by the approval operator and submitting approval comments.
7. An audit and signing system as set forth in claim 6 and wherein: the system also comprises a front signing module which is used for returning to a signing operator after the signing approver approves the business and pushing the flow by the signing operator.
8. An audit and signing system as set forth in claim 7 and wherein: the post-approval module is used for enabling the approval approver to advance the process by the approval approver without returning to the approval operator after the approval approver approves the business.
