技术领域
本发明涉及一种水质加热器具用发热系统,可广泛应用于水质加热器具中,尤其应用于即热式电热水器、快热式电热水器、即热式小厨宝、储水式电热水器、净水机、饮水机、太阳能热水器及电暖设备中。
背景技术
现有的发热体,一般分为金属材质发热体和非金属材质发热体两大类别。金属材质发热体易产生水垢,发热元件容易击穿漏电,寿命低,故障率高,安全性低,不利于长期使用及推广。而非金属材质发热体的水路通道相互连接的端口,一般采用橡胶密封垫密封,端盖和螺丝紧固,密封垫一旦老化破损、螺丝松脱,会造成漏水,引起水电相连,给使用者带来很大安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低、无漏水隐患、消除水垢产生、电气绝缘、泄露电流极低、安全可靠、使用寿命长的水质加热器具用发热系统。
为了达到上述目的,本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,包括耐高温绝缘材料主体,安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体上部侧面并与外部水路相连的侧面水嘴接口,依次安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体上端部的顶部密封垫、顶部端盖,安装在顶部端盖上的顶部加强盖板,位于水路通道内并安装在顶部端盖上的顶部泄露电流回收电极,位于顶部端盖中部并安装在顶部端盖上的顶部发热元件电极,位于耐高温绝缘材料主体内上部、带有顶部密封圈夹层并安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体上的顶部内孔端盖,安装在顶部密封垫与顶部内孔端盖之间的顶部灌装绝缘胶体,依次安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体下端部的底部密封垫、底部端盖,安装在底部端盖上的底部水嘴接口,安装在底部端盖上的底部加强盖板,位于水路通道内并安装在底部端盖上的底部泄露电流回收电极,位于底部端盖中部并安装在底部端盖上的底部发热元件电极,位于耐高温绝缘材料主体内下部、带有底部密封圈夹层并安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体上的底部内孔端盖,安装在底部密封垫与底部内孔端盖之间的底部灌装绝缘胶体,位于耐高温绝缘材料主体内部并立式安装的水路通道,位于耐高温绝缘材料主体中部发热腔内并分别连接顶部发热元件电极、底部发热元件电极的发热元件,位于发热元件周围安装的发热元件耐高温支撑体,安装在水路通道内的水路防电墙。
本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,所述的发热元件,安装在耐高温绝缘材料主体的水路通道内,并在发热元件耐高温支撑绝缘体间隔组成的发热腔的水路通道中加热。
本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,在发热元件所在的发热腔水路通道两端,水路通道相互串联形成水路防电墙。
本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,发热元件直接在由耐高温支撑绝缘体间隔的发热腔的水路通道中发热,发热腔两端水路通道相互串联加长,增加水电阻,设置成水路防电墙。为了保证需要相互串联水路通道接口的密封不泄露,相连水路通道之间的内孔先塞入加密封圈的内孔端盖,然后在内孔端盖的外部灌装绝缘胶体,再加上密封垫,盖上外端盖和加强盖板,并用螺丝紧固。设了三层密封保障,确保不漏水。
本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,为了防止水电阻降低,泄露电流过大,水流通道内靠近发热腔水路通道两端位置,加装了泄露电流回收电极。泄露电流回收电极在发热体内用网状、栅状或其他形状的导电体置于靠近发热腔两端的水路通道中,连接电源导线中的对地低电位、零电位电源导线,配合集成电路中的低电位零电位电源导线检测电路,可让流入或流出发热体外水中的泄露电流极低,接近零。
综上所述,本发明水质加热器具用发热系统,发热元件安装在绝缘材质发热体内耐高温支撑绝缘体间隔组成发的发热腔的水道中加热。发热腔两端水路通道相互串联加长,增加水电阻,设置成水路防电墙。结构简单,成本低,无漏水隐患,消除水垢产生,电气绝缘,泄露电流极低,安全可靠,使用寿命长。
