As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a control method for detecting fluorine deficiency in an air conditioner, which mainly comprises the following steps:
s101, detecting the air suction temperature of a compressor of an air conditioner;
in an embodiment, the suction temperature is detected by a first sensor arranged at the suction port of the compressor;
s102, detecting the temperature of a coil pipe of an indoor unit of an air conditioner;
in the embodiment, the coil temperature is detected by a second sensor arranged at the coil of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, in order to improve the temperature detection precision, the air suction temperature and the coil temperature are detected after the compressor stably operates for a period of time, so that the problems of measurement errors and the like caused by sudden start of the compressor and large temperature change amplitude are solved;
s103, calculating and determining the superheat degree of the air conditioner, wherein the superheat degree is the difference between the suction temperature of the compressor and the temperature of a coil pipe of the indoor unit;
in the embodiment, the suction temperature of the compressor is Ts, the coil temperature of the indoor unit is Tc, and the superheat △ SH of the air conditioner is Ts-Tc;
s104, determining a temperature interval in which the superheat degree difference is positioned and the fluorine lack amount of the corresponding temperature interval according to the superheat degree difference of the superheat degree and a preset target superheat degree; the temperature interval and the fluorine lack amount corresponding to the temperature interval are determined in advance through experiments, and can be properly adjusted according to different air conditioner types;
and S105, controlling the air conditioner to operate in a preset protection mode according to the fluorine shortage of the air conditioner.
Different fluorine deficiency conditions of the air conditioner have different degrees of influence on the operation of the air conditioner, so that in order to improve the safety of the air conditioner in the operation process, different protection modes need to be started according to the specific fluorine deficiency amount of the air conditioner, and the problems of overheating of a compressor, melting of groove insulation, high-temperature burning of a coil and the like caused by the fluorine deficiency operation of the air conditioner can be further avoided.
In addition, in order to further improve the detection accuracy of the temperature parameters related to step S101 and step S102, the detection process of the suction temperature and the coil temperature continues for a set time length, for example, the suction temperature and the coil temperature are continuously detected within 5min, and the continuous detection of the related temperature data can reduce the interference influence caused by the instantaneous or short-time temperature jump, and reduce the measurement error caused by the temperature change; and calculating the average value of the suction temperature and the average value of the coil temperature within 5min, and taking the two average values as temperature parameters according to the subsequent superheat degree calculation step.
In the step S104, the preset target superheat degree is a superheat degree that needs to be reached when the air conditioner normally operates at the rated fluorine content, and since the outdoor environment temperature affects the heat exchange efficiency between the condenser and the external environment, and further affects the superheat degree that can be reached in the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit, the control method of the present invention further includes:
presetting a target superheat degree of the air conditioner and an association relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the target superheat degree, wherein the association relation is the superheat degree which can be reached by normal operation of the air conditioner at rated fluorine amount under different outdoor environment temperature conditions;
detecting the current outdoor temperature of a space where an air conditioner is located; in an embodiment, the current outdoor temperature is detected by a third sensor arranged on the outdoor unit;
and after the current outdoor temperature is obtained, searching and determining a target superheat degree corresponding to the current outdoor temperature according to the association relation.
The following describes specific procedures for determining the fluorine deficiency and operating the corresponding protection mode according to the control method of the present invention with reference to some embodiments.
In the embodiment (one) of the present invention, the temperature interval in which the superheat degree difference is located and the fluorine deficiency amount of the corresponding temperature interval are determined according to the superheat degree difference between the superheat degree and the preset target superheat degree, and the process comprises:

Meanwhile, when △ SH is less than or equal to SH1, the air conditioner can be judged to be in a normal fluorine amount state, and the influence of fluorine amount change on the normal operation of the air conditioner is small, so that the operation of the air conditioner can be controlled and maintained.
In this embodiment, the temperature interval threshold SH1 is set to 2 ℃.

Meanwhile, when the fluorine deficiency R of the air conditioner is less than or equal to 30 percent, the air conditioner can judge that the air conditioner is in a moderate fluorine deficiency state, and the influence of fluorine content change on the operation of the air conditioner in a short time is limited, so that the operation of the air conditioner can be controlled and maintained; in addition, the air conditioner can also send a yellow early warning signal to a user through an early warning indicator lamp arranged on the indoor unit to remind the user of timely fluorinating;
if the user does not complement the refrigerant lacking in the air conditioner after the time t, and the fluorine content of the air conditioner cannot meet the rated fluorine content requirement of the normal operation of the air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner to stop operating; after the user fills fluorine, the suction temperature of the compressor and the coil temperature of the indoor unit are detected again when the air conditioner is operated, and the long-time operation of the air conditioner can be kept after the fluorine amount of the air conditioner is judged to reach the rated fluorine amount.
In this example, the threshold temperature intervals SH1 are 2 ℃ and SH2 is 5 ℃.

when △ SH is more than SH2, the fluorine deficiency R of the air conditioner is less than or equal to 50 percent, wherein △ SH is the superheat degree difference between the superheat degree and the preset target superheat degree, and the fluorine deficiency R is the percentage of the fluorine deficiency of the air conditioner to the rated fluorine, namely in the third embodiment, when the superheat degree difference is more than SH2, the fluorine deficiency of the air conditioner accounts for more than 50 percent of the rated fluorine required by the normal operation of the air conditioner.
Meanwhile, when the fluorine deficiency R of the air conditioner is less than or equal to 50%, the air conditioner can be judged to be in a severe fluorine deficiency state, and the fluorine deficiency operation has a large influence on the safety of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner needs to be controlled to stop operating; in addition, the air conditioner can also send a red early warning signal to a user through an early warning indicator lamp arranged on the indoor unit to remind the user of timely fluorinating; after the user fills fluorine, the suction temperature of the compressor and the coil temperature of the indoor unit are detected again when the air conditioner is operated, and the long-time operation of the air conditioner can be kept under the condition that the fluorine amount of the air conditioner reaches the rated fluorine amount.
In some embodiments of the invention, besides sending an early warning signal to a user through an early warning indicator lamp on an air conditioner body, the control method of the invention can also control the air conditioner to send the fluorine-lacking early warning information to a related mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, and push the fluorine-lacking early warning information to the user through an installed app application program; optionally, the fluorine-lacking warning information includes: the information of the fluorine-deficient state of the air conditioner and the information of the fluorine-adding amount corresponding to the fluorine-deficient amount of the air conditioner correspond to the fluorine-deficient state indicated by the early warning indicator lamp, the information of the fluorine-deficient state pushed to the user through app at least comprises moderate fluorine-deficient state and severe fluorine-deficient state, so that the user can know the information of the fluorine-deficient state of the air conditioner and the like in time when the user is far away from the space where the air conditioner is located outdoors and the like.
In the control method of the present invention, the above-mentioned processes of measuring the relevant temperature parameter, determining the fluorine deficiency amount, operating the protection mode, etc. are performed in a set time period, for example, each time the air conditioner restarts to operate for a new time period, or performing fluorine amount detection in a set time period of 24 hours; the control method further comprises the following steps: the fluorine volume change in the adjacent one or several time periods of contrast, when the fluorine volume change volume exceeded preset threshold value, then to the user propelling movement air conditioner trouble early warning information, for example, in two adjacent time periods, the scarce fluorine volume of air conditioner improved to 50% by 20%, then can judge that the air conditioner appears the refrigerant and leak the problem in a large number, consequently can in time remind the user to overhaul the maintenance to the air conditioner through air conditioner trouble early warning.
