Abstract

本发明涉及一种套筒式流量调节装置包括连接套筒、弹垫、压紧套筒、旋转套筒和固定钉,连接套筒为中空筒且中间为凸起,压紧套筒底部为双叉漏孔,旋转套筒两头为凸起且中部设置有与压紧套筒底部对应的双叉漏孔,压紧套筒由底部装入旋转套筒内,连接套筒一端装入旋转套筒内并伸入压紧套筒中,弹垫设置在连接套筒与压紧套筒之间,固定钉设置在旋转套筒上并伸入旋转套筒内。本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:该装置可在一定的流量范围内达到不同的流量调节效果,且工作量小,操作简单方便,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及到导管中流体流量的调节技术领域,具体地涉及套筒式流量调节装置。
背景技术
目前,空气分配导管中调节流量的装置主要是限流装置,这种调节装置的缺点是:其对流量的调节是固定的。若流量不满足要求,则需重新装配限流装置,如此反复,工作量大,并且在拆卸过程中可能会损坏导管,被破坏的导管不能再次使用,导致浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供了可调节导管流量的限流装置。
套筒式流量调节装置包括连接套筒、弹垫、压紧套筒、旋转套筒和固定钉,连接套筒为中空筒且中间为凸起,压紧套筒底部为双叉漏孔,旋转套筒两头为凸起且中部设置有与压紧套筒底部对应的双叉漏孔,压紧套筒由底部装入旋转套筒内,连接套筒一端装入旋转套筒内并伸入压紧套筒中,弹垫设置在连接套筒与压紧套筒之间,固定钉设置在旋转套筒上并伸入旋转套筒内。
进一步,上述的套筒式流量调节装置还包括密封圈一和密封圈二,密封圈一设置在旋转套筒前凸起内部,密封圈二设置在旋转套筒后凸起内部。
本发明取得的有益技术效果为,本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:该装置可在一定的流量范围内达到不同的流量调节效果,且工作量小,操作简单方便,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
套筒式流量调节装置包括连接套筒1、弹垫2、压紧套筒3、旋转套筒5和固定钉7,连接套筒1为中空筒且中间为凸起,压紧套筒3底部为双叉漏孔,旋转套筒5两头为凸起且中部设置有与压紧套筒3底部对应的双叉漏孔,压紧套筒3由底部装入旋转套筒5内,连接套筒1一端装入旋转套筒5内并伸入压紧套筒3中,弹垫2设置在连接套筒1与压紧套筒3之间,固定钉7设置在旋转套筒5上并伸入旋转套筒5内。
为使套筒式流量调节装置内部密封良好,提高其工作效率,上的述套筒式流量调节装置还包括密封圈一4和密封圈二6,密封圈一4设置在旋转套筒5前凸起内部,密封圈二6设置在旋转套筒5后凸起内部。
功能的实现:需要调节流量时,将固定钉旋开,通过观察孔,根据连接套筒上的刻度及需要,旋转旋转套筒,依靠套筒内的限流片即可对导管的流量进行调节;完成调节时,利用固定钉将旋转套筒及连接套筒重新固定即可。当需要对导管内流量进行调节时,只需旋转该装置上的旋转套筒,即可对流量进行一定量的调节,无需重新加装限流装置,无需松开整套系统,工作量小、操纵简单。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.套筒式流量调节装置,其特征在于:所述套筒式流量调节装置包括连接套筒(1)、弹垫(2)、压紧套筒(3)、旋转套筒(5)和固定钉(7),所述连接套筒(1)为中空筒且中间为凸起,所述压紧套筒(3)底部为双叉漏孔,所述旋转套筒(5)两头为凸起且中部设置有与压紧套筒(3)底部对应的双叉漏孔,所述压紧套筒(3)由底部装入旋转套筒(5)内,所述连接套筒(1)一端装入旋转套筒(5)内并伸入压紧套筒(3)中,所述弹垫(2)设置在连接套筒(1)与压紧套筒(3)之间,所述固定钉(7)设置在旋转套筒(5)上并伸入旋转套筒(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套筒式流量调节装置,其特征在于:所述套筒式流量调节装置还包括密封圈一(4)和密封圈二(6),所述密封圈一(4)设置在旋转套筒(5)前凸起内部,所述密封圈二(6)设置在旋转套筒(5)后凸起内部。
