本发明涉及一种带暂停水三向分流器。
背景技术
满足客户日益增长的个性化需求,需要设计不同结构和使用功能的卫浴产品,现有的这个三向分流器没有带暂停水功能。淋浴的时候,需要暂停出水,只能是花洒或者顶喷有带暂停水开关,或者关掉出水总阀,否则无法暂停。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带暂停水三向分流器,具有暂停水的功能,结构简单,使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种带暂停水三向分流器,包括一阀体,所述阀体上设置有相互连通的进水孔、第一出水孔和第二出水孔,所述第一出水孔和第二出水孔的入口位于同一平面,所述进水孔的出口与出水孔的入口位于不同平面,所述阀体内设置有转动式封堵进水孔出口的阀芯,所述阀体内还设置有依次封堵第一出水孔和第二出水孔的入口的水道切换机构。
进一步的,所述阀芯包括从上至下依次设置的传动轴、旋转轴和密封底座,所述传动轴和旋转轴之间设置有棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构包括设置在传动轴底部的驱动棘爪、设置在阀体内作为止逆棘爪的筋条、设置在旋转轴顶部作为单向棘轮轮齿的转子,所述旋转轴侧壁底部设置有用于堵住进水孔出口的挡块,所述旋转轴底部和密封底座之间设置有将旋转轴始终顶起的弹簧;所述水道切换机构包括一套设在传动轴侧壁上的转筒,所述转筒底部一侧设置有用于堵住一个出水孔入口的凸块,所述第一出水孔和第二出水孔的入口处均设置有包胶封水片。
