技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,可广泛应用于汽油发动机汽车、柴油发动机汽车的尾气排放净化过程中。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,以汽油发动机、柴油发动机为动力的汽车越来越多,燃油发动机产生的尾气中,污染物浓度很高,可以说汽车是一个流动的污染源。排放的主要污染物有一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化物和烟尘颗粒物,它们都是发动机在燃烧做功过程中产生的有害气体,这些有害气体都是污染环境的物质,空气污染越来越严重。
目前,汽车尾气已经成为城市空气污染的“元凶”,在一些城市中,汽车尾气污染已经占空气污染源的80%。由于汽车尾气污染,很多城市,已经令人感到难以忍受的地步,人们已经看不到蓝天,浑浊的空气使大白天的能见度不到200米,不但交通事故增加,还会使人们精神压抑,呼吸困难,增生各种疾病,严重影响人们的身体健康。为了人类的健康,解决燃油汽车尾气污染问题,即汽车尾气净化处理问题,已经成为人类紧迫需要解决的问题。
现有的净化装置,虽然对碳氢化合物及一氧化碳和氮氧化物的吸收起到一定的作用,但对其它烟尘微粒吸收作用甚微,而且使用寿命很短,需要经常更换,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低、使用寿命长、废气净化、环境保护的燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统。
为了达到上述目的,本发明燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,包括设置进气口与出气口的净化箱体,安装在净化箱体上的静电装置,位于净化箱体内并安装在静电装置上的带电基板,紧靠带电基板安装在净化箱体内部的光触媒装置,安装在光触媒装置内部的紫外线灯管。
本发明燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,其工作原理是:首先,来自燃油发动机排烟管道的燃烧后的有害气体,通过进气口进入净化箱体,经过静电装置,使有害气体分子被分离,电子与烟尘微粒结合,使尘粒带上电子。当经过带电极板时,带电荷的颗粒在电场力的作用下,会吸附在极板上,这样颗粒被捕获到极板上了。然后,经过光触媒装置,再次将气体中的有害物质进行光解,在紫外线灯管的照射作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解污染物中有毒有害气体。处理后的气体经出气口排出洁净空气。
本发明燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,光触媒作用过程中本身不发生变化和损耗只提供一个反应场所,具有时间持久、持续作用、性质稳定、安全无毒的优点,不产生二次污染。
本发明燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,结构简单,成本低,使用寿命长。对发动机所排有毒有害的尾气经静电装置、带电极板、光触媒装置及紫外线灯管多种方式净化后,能彻底消除发动机尾气中的有害毒物,净化后的气体排出,减少废气污染净化环境,有益于人类健康,环境保护。
综上所述,本发明燃油发动机汽车尾气排放净化系统,结构简单,成本低,使用寿命长,废气净化,环境保护。
