Abstract
The invention relates to a composite integrated plugging device which comprises a rigid and rod-shaped body (1), and is characterized in that a spiral groove (5) is formed in the outer wall of the body (1), a composite plastic spiral line used for sealing between the body (1) and a hole is arranged in the spiral groove (5), the body (1) is divided into a solid section (2) and a hollow section (3), the hollow section (3) is axially hollow, and a glue overflow hole (6) is formed in the side wall of the hollow section. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of good plugging effect, convenient operation, low cost and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a plugging device for a tunnel rock tunnel disease exploration hole, in particular to a composite integrated plugging device and a method.
Background
When the disease evaluation is carried out on highway and railway tunnels, subway tunnels and certain concrete basements, a rock core needs to be obtained through exploration, exploration holes can be left in rock soil after the exploration is completed, the potential water leakage hazards are formed, or the water leakage and water leakage phenomena can occur in the exploration process, and the rock core needs to be plugged.
The Chinese patent application document with the application number of 201310307176.7 discloses a bridge guardrail base split bolt hole plugging structure and a plugging process, wherein a nylon plastic rod which is in tight fit is embedded in a hole, and an adhesive is coated between the nylon plastic rod and the hole, so that the purpose of plugging is achieved, however, glue needs to be filled in the hole, the surface of the nylon rod is coated with the adhesive, and then a hammer tool is used for wedging the nylon rod into the hole until the outer end face of the nylon rod is flush with the hole opening, and the method has the following defects:
1. the inner surface of the hole is difficult to uniformly glue in the process of filling glue in the hole, so that the sealing effect is affected;
2. the glue is filled and glued in advance, so that the glue is exposed in the air and is easy to change in properties;
3. the hammer is used for impacting the nylon rod, so that the nylon rod has low strength and is easy to deform, and the service life is influenced;
4. it is not applicable to water leakage holes with pressure (or water leakage holes like spray water columns).

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a compound integrated plugging device and method with convenient use and durable effect.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
a composite integrated plugging device comprises a rigid and rod-shaped body, wherein the outer wall of the body is provided with a spiral groove, a composite plastic spiral line used for sealing between the body and a hole is arranged in the spiral groove, the body is divided into a solid section and a hollow section, the hollow section is axially hollow, the side wall of the hollow section is provided with a glue overflow hole,
when the sealing device is used, the solid section is screwed into the hole inwards, after the body is completely screwed into the hole, sealing glue is poured into the hollow section, and overflows from the glue overflow hole, so that a gap between the body and the inner wall of the hole is filled.
The body is made of carbon steel or metal.
The composite plastic spiral line is made of ABS composite plastic.
The composite plastic spiral line protrudes from the spiral groove.
The outer contour of the cross section of the tail end of the body, which is positioned on the hollow section, is polygonal.
The nut is screwed at the tail end of the hollow section of the body.
The method for plugging by using the composite integrated plugging device comprises the following steps:
s1, screwing the body into the hole;
s2, injecting sealant into the hollow section to enable the sealant to overflow from the sealant overflow hole and fill up a gap between the body and the hole;
s3, curing the sealant to form a permanent type plug.
The sealant is a bar planting adhesive.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The spiral line groove is arranged on the outer wall of the body, and a spiral line is arranged in the spiral line groove, so that the spiral line can play a role in screwing and guiding, the whole device can be quickly screwed into a exploration hole, and the sealing effect can be realized; after all the body is screwed into the hole, glue is filled from the hollow section, the operation is convenient, the sealing glue is easy to ensure to fill the gap between the body and the hole, the material is not wasted, and the plugging effect is good.
(2) The body is carbon steel or metal, and intensity is high, is difficult for deformation, durability good in the screw-in process.
(3) The composite plastic spiral line is made of ABS composite plastic, is environment-friendly and durable, can be compositely and integrally manufactured with the body, and reduces manufacturing cost.
(4) The composite plastic spiral line protrudes from the spiral groove, physical sealing is formed between the body and the hole in the screwing process, and sealing glue can flow to a gap between the solid section and the hole along the spiral line after overflowing from the glue overflow hole, so that the sealing effect is further enhanced.
(5) The outer contour of the cross section of the tail end of the body, which is positioned on the hollow section, is polygonal, and the body can be screwed into the hole by means of an electric wrench, so that the labor is saved and the operation is convenient.

When the sealing device is used, the solid section 2 is screwed into the hole inwards, after the body 1 is completely screwed into the hole, sealing glue is poured into the hollow section 3, and overflows from the glue overflow hole 6, so that a gap between the body 1 and the inner wall of the hole is filled.
The body 1 is made of carbon steel or metal, the composite plastic spiral line is made of ABS composite plastic, the body 1 and the spiral line are integrally manufactured, and the composite plastic spiral line protrudes from the spiral groove 5, so that the outer diameter of the whole device is larger than the inner diameter of the hole.
The end of the body 1, which is positioned at the hollow section 3, is screwed with a nut 4, and the nut 4 is made of carbon steel or other metal materials and is used for buckling force points of force applying devices such as a spanner.
A method for plugging by using a composite integrated plugging device, comprising the following steps:
s1, screwing the whole device into a exploration hole through a screw cap 4 by using a spanner, screwing the screw line into the exploration hole when external force is applied to the tail end of the screw cap 4, so that the whole device is quickly screwed into the exploration hole, and the solid section 2, the composite plastic screw line and the exploration hole are extruded to form a temporary seal;

s3, curing the bar planting glue for half an hour to form a permanent plugging.
The device is mainly used for permanently plugging water leakage points of exploration holes such as highway and railway tunnels, subway tunnels, basement concrete and the like, and can also be used for plugging water leakage at the above parts.
And carrying out disease evaluation on a certain tunnel, taking a core by using a drill bit with the diameter of 50mm, and then leaving a exploration hole with the diameter of 50mm and the depth of 1000mm, wherein products with the diameter of 40mm, the ABS spiral line of 5.2mm and the length of 650mm of the plugging device body in the device can be selected. The torque wrench is used for screwing the screw cap 4 into the exploration hole through acting on the tail end as shown in fig. 1, the steel rod of the plugging device body 1 is screwed into the exploration hole, glue is injected through the glue injection port at the tail end of the hollow section, the glue flows to a gap between the body 1 and the exploration hole through the glue overflow hole 6, and the whole plugging device body is formed through pressure maintaining and gel fixation for half an hour.
