本发明提供一种新型隔音木门,其结构包括门框、观察玻璃装饰条、观察玻璃、门框连接铰链、门锁、锁扣、门板,所述门框通过门框连接铰链与门板活动连接,所述观察玻璃装饰条设于观察玻璃边缘,所述门框连接铰链设有三个,所述门锁设于门板面板,所述锁扣设于门板侧面,所述观察玻璃设有玻璃前板、真空中腔、玻璃后板、密封侧垫,所述玻璃前板设于真空中腔前方,所述玻璃后板设于真空中腔后方,所述密封侧垫设于真空中腔侧面,所述门板设有封边板、硬木骨架、防火隔板、装饰木门板、隔音珍珠岩层,所述封边板设于硬木骨架侧面,本发明的一种新型隔音木门,通过设有隔音珍珠岩层、真空中腔,实现了该木门隔音效果优秀。
Description
技术领域
本发明是一种新型隔音木门,属于隔音木门领域。
背景技术
实木复合门的门芯多以松木、杉木或进口填充材料等粘合而成。外贴密度板和实木木皮,经高温热压后制成,并用实木线条封边。一般高级的实木复合门,其门芯多为优质白松,表面则为实木单板。由于白松密度小,重量轻,且较容易控制含水率,因而成品门的重量都较轻,也不易变形、开裂。另外,实木复合门还具有保温、耐冲击、阻燃等特点,而且隔音效果同实木门基本相同。
现有技术公开了申请号为:201520251401.4的一种木门,包括两门面板及一固定夹置于两门面板之间的门芯板,其特征在于:每一门面板包括若干沿竖直方向平行的并拼接固定在一起的表面拼板,门芯板包括竖直的并且分别位于外侧的两边框及若干水平的、固定于两边框之间的横拼板。本发明木门的门面板采用竖拼的木质结构,外观具有一定的整体性,更能凸显木纹,让木门的整体外观更加美观。内部门芯板采用竖直的边框和横拼板组合结构,具有抗变形功能,更能稳定木门的整体性能。但是该木门没有隔音珍珠岩层、真空中腔,隔音效果不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种新型隔音木门,其结构包括门框、观察玻璃装饰条、观察玻璃、门框连接铰链、门锁、锁扣、门板,所述门框通过门框连接铰链与门板活动连接,所述观察玻璃装饰条设于观察玻璃边缘,所述门框连接铰链设有三个,所述门锁设于门板面板,所述锁扣设于门板侧面,所述观察玻璃设有玻璃前板、真空中腔、玻璃后板、密封侧垫,所述玻璃前板设于真空中腔前方,所述玻璃后板设于真空中腔后方,所述密封侧垫设于真空中腔侧面,所述门板设有封边板、硬木骨架、防火隔板、装饰木门板、隔音珍珠岩层,所述封边板设于硬木骨架侧面,所述防火隔板设于装饰木门板内部,所述隔音珍珠岩层设于防火隔板内部。
进一步的,所述门锁设有门把表面板、门把、钥匙孔。
进一步的,所述门把表面板设于门锁表面。
进一步的,所述门把设于门把表面板上方。
进一步的,所述钥匙孔设于门锁表面。
本发明的一种新型隔音木门,通过设有隔音珍珠岩层、真空中腔,实现了该木门隔音效果优秀。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种新型隔音木门,其结构包括门框1、观察玻璃装饰条2、观察玻璃3、门框连接铰链4、门锁5、锁扣6、门板7,所述门框1通过门框连接铰链4与门板7活动连接,所述观察玻璃装饰条2设于观察玻璃3边缘,所述门框连接铰链4设有三个,所述门锁5设于门板7面板,所述锁扣6设于门板7侧面,所述观察玻璃3设有玻璃前板30、真空中腔31、玻璃后板32、密封侧垫33,所述玻璃前板30设于真空中腔31前方,所述玻璃后板32设于真空中腔31后方,所述密封侧垫33设于真空中腔31侧面,所述门板7设有封边板70、硬木骨架71、防火隔板72、装饰木门板73、隔音珍珠岩层74,所述封边板70设于硬木骨架71侧面,所述防火隔板72设于装饰木门板73内部,所述隔音珍珠岩层74设于防火隔板72内部,所述门锁5设有门把表面板50、门把51、钥匙孔52,所述门把表面板50设于门锁5表面,所述门把51设于门把表面板50上方,所述钥匙孔52设于门锁5表面。
在进行使用时,通过设有隔音珍珠岩层74、真空中腔31,实现了该木门隔音效果优秀。

1.一种新型隔音木门,其特征在于:其结构包括门框(1)、观察玻璃装饰条(2)、观察玻璃(3)、门框连接铰链(4)、门锁(5)、锁扣(6)、门板(7),所述门框(1)通过门框连接铰链(4)与门板(7)活动连接,所述观察玻璃装饰条(2)设于观察玻璃(3)边缘,所述门框连接铰链(4)设有三个,所述门锁(5)设于门板(7)面板,所述锁扣(6)设于门板(7)侧面,所述观察玻璃(3)设有玻璃前板(30)、真空中腔(31)、玻璃后板(32)、密封侧垫(33),所述玻璃前板(30)设于真空中腔(31)前方,所述玻璃后板(32)设于真空中腔(31)后方,所述密封侧垫(33)设于真空中腔(31)侧面,所述门板(7)设有封边板(70)、硬木骨架(71)、防火隔板(72)、装饰木门板(73)、隔音珍珠岩层(74),所述封边板(70)设于硬木骨架(71)侧面,所述防火隔板(72)设于装饰木门板(73)内部,所述隔音珍珠岩层(74)设于防火隔板(72)内部。
