背景技术:
建筑市场上的推拉窗非常普遍,推拉窗是采用装有滑轮的窗扇在窗框上的轨道滑行的窗,推拉窗构造简单,分为左右和上下推拉两种方式,推拉窗具有不占据室内空间,外观美丽和价格经济的优点,能够增加室内的采光,改善建筑物的整体形貌,窗扇的受力状态好,不易损坏,但是推拉窗关闭时的密封性差;中国专利201620074907.7公开的一种建筑推拉窗包括窗扇及设在窗扇中的中空玻璃,中空玻璃包括两片玻璃板,两玻璃板的边部周围之间设有支撑框,支撑框为中空结构且其内部空间设有干燥剂,支撑框与两玻璃板接触的部位设有第一密封胶层,玻璃板边部周围的外侧面上设有第二密封胶层,第一密封胶层构成中空玻璃的内密封结构,第二密封层构成中空玻璃的外密封结构;中国专利85102864.0公开的单轨道附着固定扇的推拉窗(门)属于建筑物或类似物的围护结构开闭用的闭合装置,包括窗(门)框、框上只有一个轨道、一个或几个活动扇、一个或几个固定扇,全部活动扇都在同一个轨道上移动;中国专利90106298.7公开的一种凹凸插接密封式双玻保温推拉窗,框扇间采用凹凸插接结构进行密封,窗扇镶装玻璃一侧为中凸结构,双侧台阶均可用橡胶条,密封胶镶装玻璃制成双玻保温窗,推拉窗的型材可用整体管型材。也可分体制作,内外涂防腐材料后联成一体,关闭时,两推拉扇间采用插接板进行密封,框料中部有挡风凸台;中国专利89215940.5公开的一种推拉式空腹钢窗,活动窗扇下端安装有轮子、框架的上、下框内侧上设有框架限位槽和框架轨道,框架的左、右框内设有框架槽;以上专利均存在窗扇推拉通风换气时,由于玻璃或沙质窗体处于窗棱之间,一扇窗体与另一扇窗棱之间的缝隙略大,苍蝇蚊虫能够轻松出入,影响室内安全卫生和休息环境。因此,研发一种结构简单、制作简便和成本低廉的能够防止苍蝇蚊虫自由出入的阻光式推拉窗窗扇,有良好的社会和经济价值,应用前景广阔。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,设计一种阻光式推拉窗窗扇,结构简单、制作简便和成本低廉的同时,能够防止苍蝇蚊虫自由出入的阻光式推拉窗窗扇。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的阻光式推拉窗窗扇的主体结构包括窗扇、上窗棱、下窗棱、左窗棱、右窗棱、弹性止挡片、窗体、凹槽和弹簧;矩形框状结构的窗扇由上窗棱、下窗棱、左窗棱和右窗棱围合构成,窗扇的中心设置有窗体,左窗棱和右窗棱上沿垂直方向分别开设有矩形内凹式结构的凹槽,凹槽中卡式设有倒T形结构的弹性止挡片,T的上端面为尖头结构,尖头的尖部夹角为30°-60°,弹性止挡片的底部等间距设置有2-4根弹簧,弹性止挡片的长度等于凹槽的长度,弹性止挡片的弹出高度为窗体所在水平面至左窗棱或右窗棱所在水平面的垂直距离;窗体采用夹层式真空玻璃,真空空腔的间距不小于1mm,真空度小于0.1Pa,双层真空结构的窗体外层为单向透光玻璃,窗体的透光率小于10%,能够阻挡大部分从窗户外侧射向内侧的直射光,实现窗体阻挡外侧光线的功效。
本发明涉及的阻光式推拉窗窗扇在左右式推拉窗上使用时,左窗棱和右窗棱上沿垂直方向分别设置弹性止挡片、凹槽和弹簧,当窗扇全开或全关时,左窗棱或右窗棱压迫弹性止挡片,弹簧收缩将弹性止挡片拉回至凹槽中,一扇窗扇推拉至另一扇窗扇的窗体所处位置时,弹性止挡片失去左窗棱或右窗棱的压迫,弹簧张开将弹性止挡片推到窗体上,密闭一扇窗扇的左窗棱或右窗棱与另一扇窗扇的窗体之间的缝隙,实现阻挡苍蝇蚊虫进入室内的功效。
本发明涉及的阻光式推拉窗窗扇在上下式推拉窗上使用时,上窗棱和下窗棱上沿水平方向分别设置弹性止挡片、凹槽和弹簧,使用过程与左右式推拉窗相同。
本发明与现有技术相比,窗扇全开或全关时,弹性止挡在左窗棱或右窗棱压迫状态下闭止,一扇窗扇推拉至另一扇窗扇的窗体所处位置时,弹性止挡失去左窗棱或右窗棱的压迫处于弹开状态,密闭一扇窗扇的左窗棱或右窗棱与另一扇窗扇的窗体之间的缝隙,实现阻挡苍蝇蚊虫进入室内的功效;其结构简单,原理科学合理,密封性能好,使用环境友好,制造简单,造价低廉,适用于居民住宅楼和办公楼等建筑安装工程使用。

本实施例涉及的阻光式推拉窗窗扇的主体结构包括窗扇1、上窗棱2、下窗棱3、左窗棱4、右窗棱5、弹性止挡片6、窗体7、凹槽8和弹簧9;矩形框状结构的窗扇1由上窗棱2、下窗棱3、左窗棱4和右窗棱5围合构成,窗扇1的中心设置有窗体7,左窗棱4和右窗棱5上沿垂直方向分别开设有矩形内凹式结构的凹槽8,凹槽8中卡设有倒T形结构的弹性止挡片6,T的上端面为尖头结构,尖头的尖部夹角为30°-60°,弹性止挡片6的底部等间距设置有3根弹簧9,弹性止挡片6的长度等于凹槽8的长度,弹性止挡片6的弹出高度为窗体7所在水平面至左窗棱4或右窗棱5所在水平面的垂直距离;窗体7采用夹层式真空玻璃,真空空腔的间距不小于1mm,真空度小于0.1Pa,双层真空结构的窗体7外层为单向透光玻璃,窗体7的透光率小于10%,能够阻挡大部分从窗户外侧射向内侧的直射光,实现窗体7阻挡外侧光线的功效。

本实施例涉及的阻光式推拉窗窗扇在上下式推拉窗上使用时,上窗棱2和下窗棱3上沿水平方向分别设置弹性止挡片6、凹槽8和弹簧9,使用过程与左右式推拉窗相同。

3.根据权利要求1所述的阻光式推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于在上下式推拉窗上使用时,上窗棱和下窗棱上沿水平方向分别设置弹性止挡片、凹槽和弹簧,使用过程与左右式推拉窗相同。
