Abstract

本发明公开了一种自保温预应力砼双T板,它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条竖直梁形成的T型整体预制件。其中水平顶板采用密肋夹心的构造形式,减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,提高了刚度及承载力。同时为进一步提高承载能力及刚度,竖直梁中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋;为减少热桥影响,纵肋带、横肋带中的混凝土采用结构保温轻骨料砼。所以本发明在不增加自重、保证承载力的同时还能保温隔热,降低了造价、简化了施工。

一种自保温预应力砼双T板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制的双T板,具体涉及一种自保温预应力砼双T板。
背景技术
随着建筑工业化的快速发展,各种装配整体式的钢筋砼预制构件得到快速发展,其中预制预应力双T板由于具有跨度大,承载力强,整体性好,施工方便,缩短工期等特点,正在广泛用于各种大跨度建筑的楼板和屋面。但目前应用的预制预应力双T板,为减轻自重,降低生产、运输和安装成本,其顶板的厚度太薄,一般只有50mm左右,这样对于有保温和隔音要求的楼、屋面来说,要满足楼、屋面的保温隔热及隔音效果,就必须在双T板的顶面上另做保温隔热隔音层,如此一来,就要增加预制双T板的综合施工成本。因此,为加快双T板的推广,提高双T板的综合经济优势,,研发新型的自保温预制双T板是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自重轻、整体性好的自保温预制预应力砼双T板。
本发明公开了一种自保温预制预应力砼双T板,它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条竖直梁形成的T型预制构件。
所述水平顶板为矩型板,竖直梁为与水平顶板等长的矩型梁,两条竖直梁沿水平顶板长度方向布置于其宽度方向的中心位置处。
所述水平顶板为由上、下面板及位于两者之间的交叉布置的纵、横肋带围成的框架型结构,纵、横肋带分别沿上、下面板的长度方向和宽度方向布置将上、下面板之间的区域分隔为若干独立空腔,独立空腔内均填充相应的填充块。
为提高屋面板和板接缝处的防水抗渗能力,在所述水平顶板的两条边纵肋上沿长度方向开有凹槽,上、下面板中的钢筋采用焊接钢筋网片。
为提高板的承载能力及刚度,竖直梁中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。
为减少热桥影响,纵、横肋带中的混凝土均采用结构保温轻骨料砼。
为提高保温隔热效果,所述轻质填充块采用轻质保温材料。
本发明为水平顶板以及两条竖直梁的T型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用密肋夹心的构造形式,减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又加大了本身的宽度和高度,提高了刚度及承载力。所以本发明在不增加自重、保证承载力的同时还能保温隔热,在保证其整体性及其安全性的前提下降低了造价、简化了施工。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本实施例公开了一种预制自保温预应力砼双T板,它为矩型的水平顶板1以及沿其长度方向布置于其下方的两条竖直梁2的T型整体预制件,竖直梁2为与水平顶板1等长的矩型梁,竖直梁2沿水平顶板1长度方向的等间距布置于其宽度方向的中心位置处。其中水平顶板1包括上面板11、下面板12及纵横交错的均布于两者之间的纵肋带13与横肋带14,纵肋带13、横肋带14将上面板11、下面板12之间的区域分割为若干独立空腔,独立空腔内填充有相应的填充块轻质填充块15,填充块15由轻质保温材料制成。
为提高板与板长度方向接缝处的防水抗渗能力,在顶板1的两条边纵肋上沿长度方向开有凹槽16。同时为了提高承载能力及刚度,竖直梁2中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。为了减少热桥影响,纵肋带13、横肋带14中的混凝土均采用结构保温轻骨料砼。为提高屋面的抗渗能力,上面板11、下面板12中的钢筋采用焊接钢筋网片。
本实施例为水平顶板以及竖直梁的T型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用密肋夹心的构造形式,减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又加大了本身的宽度和高度,提高了刚度及承载力。同时为了进一步提高承载能力及刚度,竖直梁2中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋;为了减少热桥影响,纵肋带、横肋带中的混凝土均采用结构保温轻骨料砼。所以本实施例在不增加自重、保证承载力的同时还能保温隔热,在保证其整体性及其安全性的前提下降低了造价、简化了施工。

1.一种自保温预应力砼双T板,其特征在于:它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条竖直梁形成的双T型预制构件,所述水平顶板为密肋夹心保温矩形板,竖直梁为与水平顶板等长的矩型梁,两条竖直梁沿水平顶板长度方向等间距的布置于其宽度方向的中心位置处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自保温预应力砼双T板,其特征在于:所述水平顶板为由上、下面板及位于两者之间的交叉布置的纵、横肋带围成的框架型结构,纵、横肋带分别沿上、下面板的长度方向和宽度方向布置将上、下面板之间的区域分隔为若干独立空腔,独立空腔内均填充相应的填充块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自保温预应力砼双T板,其特征在于:所述水平顶板的两条边纵肋上沿长度方向开有凹槽。
4.根据权利要求2所述的自保温预应力砼双T板,其特征在于:所述上、下面板中的钢筋为焊接钢筋网片,所述纵、横肋带中的混凝土均采用结构保温轻骨料砼,所述填充块采用轻质保温材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自保温预应力砼双T板,其特征在于:所述竖直梁中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。
