本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板及其制造方法。
背景技术
建筑物隔热保温是节约能源、改善居住环境和使用功能的一个重要方面,目前外墙外保温技术是建筑围护结构节能的必要和关键措施,从国内外发展来看,对外墙外保温防火安全性的要求应作为该技术应用的首选条件。目前的保温板尚难以满足耐高温,耐低温,耐腐蚀,耐磨,隔音、隔热、阻燃,防水,防火、绝热,强度高,抗冲击,抗撞击、抗震、不龟裂,比重轻,粘接抗裂性能好,耐候性强,强度大、寿命长、节能、用途适用范围广等综合性能理想的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板,具有体轻、多孔、隔声、耐热、耐酸及化学性质稳定等一系列优良特性,耐火等级达到A级要求,耐火性能好,无安全隐患,耐候性、耐久性强,具有良好的吸声效果,能有效降噪。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板,由以下重量份原料制成:菱苦土20-25份、冰晶石粉3-6份、锆英粉1-3份、鸡蛋壳粉3-6份、锰渣颗粒2.5-3.5份、硅酸钠0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.8-1.9份、聚苯颗粒6-10份、水15-30份、发泡剂0.3-0.8份、憎水剂0.5-1份、菠萝麻纤维浆料5-7份、复合助剂1-7份;
所述复合助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份计,取壳聚糖5-7份、高岭土3-6份、二氧化硅2-4份、氢氧化钠2-4份、氯化铵1-3份、椰油酰二乙醇胺0.5-1份、可再分散乳胶粉5-7份、丙烯酸羟乙酯0.3-0.5份,将壳聚糖溶解于适量4%的醋酸水溶液,加入高岭土、二氧化硅研磨30min,将pH调至中性后依次加入氢氧化钠、氯化铵,60℃搅拌30min,将pH调至中性,常温下加入其余原料,搅拌30min后喷雾干燥,即得。
所述的菱苦土复合外墙保温板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将菱苦土、冰晶石粉、锆英粉、鸡蛋壳粉、锰渣颗粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入硅酸钠、硬脂酸镁、水、憎水剂、菠萝麻纤维浆料充分搅拌混合得混合料;
(2)将聚苯颗粒和发泡剂喂入蒸汽压0.2-0.4MPa、预热到75-85℃的预发机内进行预发泡,经过8-9h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯颗粒;
(3)模压成型:将预发泡的聚苯颗粒、步骤(1)的混合料、复合助剂混合均匀,使用流化床干燥设备干燥,然后放入预热的板材成型机中,模内导入100-110℃蒸汽加热,保持压力为0.08-0.15MPa,待通气结束后冷却、脱模得生坯;
(4)固化:将生坯进行热处理,固化温度为200-220℃,固化时间6-8小时,然后定尺切割。
锰渣是一种蜂窝状多孔结构的工业废渣,它是锰铁合金和硅锰合金冶炼过程中高温炉渣经水淬冷却而成,具有质轻、多孔,孔结构表明锰渣理论上具有较低导热系数,利用锰渣颗粒,提高保温板的内部结构,保证保温性能和改善强度。

实施例1:
一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板,由以下重量份原料制成:菱苦土20份、冰晶石粉5份、锆英粉2份、鸡蛋壳粉5份、锰渣颗粒2.5份、硅酸钠0.6份、硬脂酸镁1.2份、聚苯颗粒8份、水20份、发泡剂0.5份、憎水剂0.6份、菠萝麻纤维浆料6份、复合助剂5份;
所述复合助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份计,取壳聚糖6份、高岭土5份、二氧化硅3份、氢氧化钠3份、氯化铵2份、椰油酰二乙醇胺0.8份、可再分散乳胶粉6份、丙烯酸羟乙酯0.4份,将壳聚糖溶解于适量4%的醋酸水溶液,加入高岭土、二氧化硅研磨30min,将pH调至中性后依次加入氢氧化钠、氯化铵,60℃搅拌30min,将pH调至中性,常温下加入其余原料,搅拌30min后喷雾干燥,即得。

(1)按重量份将菱苦土、冰晶石粉、锆英粉、鸡蛋壳粉、锰渣颗粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入硅酸钠、硬脂酸镁、水、憎水剂、菠萝麻纤维浆料充分搅拌混合得混合料;
(2)将聚苯颗粒和发泡剂喂入蒸汽压0.3MPa、预热到80℃的预发机内进行预发泡,经过8h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯颗粒;
(3)模压成型:将预发泡的聚苯颗粒、步骤(1)的混合料、复合助剂混合均匀,使用流化床干燥设备干燥,然后放入预热的板材成型机中,模内导入100℃蒸汽加热,保持压力为0.08MPa,待通气结束后冷却、脱模得生坯;
(4)固化:将生坯进行热处理,固化温度为200℃,固化时间8小时,然后定尺切割。
实施例2:
一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板,由以下重量份原料制成:菱苦土25份、冰晶石粉3份、锆英粉1份、鸡蛋壳粉6份、锰渣颗粒3.5份、硅酸钠0.8份、硬脂酸镁1.9份、聚苯颗粒10份、水30份、发泡剂0.8份、憎水剂1份、菠萝麻纤维浆料7份、复合助剂7份;

(2)将聚苯颗粒和发泡剂喂入蒸汽压0.4MPa、预热到85℃的预发机内进行预发泡,经过9h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯颗粒;
(3)模压成型:将预发泡的聚苯颗粒、步骤(1)的混合料、复合助剂混合均匀,使用流化床干燥设备干燥,然后放入预热的板材成型机中,模内导入110℃蒸汽加热,保持压力为0.15MPa,待通气结束后冷却、脱模得生坯;
(4)固化:将生坯进行热处理,固化温度为220℃,固化时间8小时,然后定尺切割。
Claims (2)
1.一种菱苦土复合外墙保温板,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:菱苦土20-25份、冰晶石粉3-6份、锆英粉1-3份、鸡蛋壳粉3-6份、锰渣颗粒2.5-3.5份、硅酸钠0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.8-1.9份、聚苯颗粒6-10份、水15-30份、发泡剂0.3-0.8份、憎水剂0.5-1份、菠萝麻纤维浆料5-7份、复合助剂1-7份;
所述复合助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份计,取壳聚糖5-7份、高岭土3-6份、二氧化硅2-4份、氢氧化钠2-4份、氯化铵1-3份、椰油酰二乙醇胺0.5-1份、可再分散乳胶粉5-7份、丙烯酸羟乙酯0.3-0.5份,将壳聚糖溶解于适量4%的醋酸水溶液,加入高岭土、二氧化硅研磨30min,将pH调至中性后依次加入氢氧化钠、氯化铵,60℃搅拌30min,将pH调至中性,常温下加入其余原料,搅拌30min后喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的菱苦土复合外墙保温板的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将菱苦土、冰晶石粉、锆英粉、鸡蛋壳粉、锰渣颗粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入硅酸钠、硬脂酸镁、水、憎水剂、菠萝麻纤维浆料充分搅拌混合得混合料;
(2)将聚苯颗粒和发泡剂喂入蒸汽压0.2-0.4MPa、预热到75-85℃的预发机内进行预发泡,经过8-9h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯颗粒;
(3)模压成型:将预发泡的聚苯颗粒、步骤(1)的混合料、复合助剂混合均匀,使用流化床干燥设备干燥,然后放入预热的板材成型机中,模内导入100-110℃蒸汽加热,保持压力为0.08-0.15MPa,待通气结束后冷却、脱模得生坯;
(4)固化:将生坯进行热处理,固化温度为200-220℃,固化时间6-8小时,然后定尺切割。
