技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层及其制备方法,属于印刷技术领域。
背景技术
印刷纸供各种印刷物使用的纸的统称。例如凸版印刷纸、胶版印刷纸、高级光泽卡纸、新闻纸、书写纸等。其特性是印刷适应性较好、不透明度较高。用粘合剂将纸、纸板与其它塑料、铝箔、布等层合起来,得到复合加工纸。印刷工艺中用的复合纸不仅能改善纸和纸板的外观性能和强度,主要的是提高防水,防潮,耐油,气密保香等性能,同时还会获得热封性,阻光性,耐热性等。生产复合纸的方法有湿法,干法,热融和挤出复合等工艺方法。复合纸上采用合适的表面处理涂层有助于改善其性能,便于更好地根据需要使用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层及其制备方法,以便更好地实现印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层的使用功能,使产品具有阻燃、耐酸碱、防霉变抗菌性能,改善产品使用性能。

(1)将所述质量份数的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、碳酸二甲酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、对氯间二甲苯酚、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基异噻唑啉酮、大蒜油、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐、氧化钇粉末、氧化钴粉末、硝酸铋粉末、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇纤维、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂、卵磷脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸锌、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、乙二醇一异丁醚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的丁烯二酸酐、葵二酸、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、脂肪酸甘油酯、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸锌、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、乙二醇一异丁醚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;

(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸锌、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、乙二醇一异丁醚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的丁烯二酸酐、葵二酸、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、脂肪酸甘油酯、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯28份、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂26份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶26份、碳酸二甲酯24份、苯甲基硅油26份、聚醚硅油26份、二甲基甲酰胺24份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液26份、对氯间二甲苯酚26份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵24份、甲基异噻唑啉酮24份、大蒜油24份、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐26份、氧化钇粉末24份、氧化钴粉末22份、硝酸铋粉末26份、硫酸铝24份、聚乙烯醇纤维22份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂24份、卵磷脂22份、磷酸二氢铵22份、十溴二苯乙烷22份、磷酸锌20份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯16份、乙二醇一异丁醚14份、丁烯二酸酐14份、葵二酸14份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷14份、脂肪酸甘油酯14份、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷14份。
所述氧化钇粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为9∶8∶1。
所述氧化钴粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为7∶8∶1。
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂的粘度在25℃为140mpa.s。
所述硝酸铋粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为4∶5∶1。
所述脂肪酸甘油酯的粘度在25℃为100mpa.s。
上述印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层制备方法步骤如下:(1)将所述质量份数的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、碳酸二甲酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、对氯间二甲苯酚、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基异噻唑啉酮、大蒜油、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐、氧化钇粉末、氧化钴粉末、硝酸铋粉末、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇纤维、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂、卵磷脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸锌、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、乙二醇一异丁醚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;(3)加入所述质量份数的丁烯二酸酐、葵二酸、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、脂肪酸甘油酯、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯24~28份、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂22~26份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶22~26份、碳酸二甲酯20~24份、苯甲基硅油22~26份、聚醚硅油22~26份、二甲基甲酰胺20~24份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22~26份、对氯间二甲苯酚22~26份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵20~24份、甲基异噻唑啉酮20~24份、大蒜油20~24份、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐22~26份、氧化钇粉末20~24份、氧化钴粉末18~22份、硝酸铋粉末22~26份、硫酸铝20~24份、聚乙烯醇纤维18~22份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂20~24份、卵磷脂18~22份、磷酸二氢铵18~22份、十溴二苯乙烷18~22份、磷酸锌16~20份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯12~16份、乙二醇一异丁醚10~14份、丁烯二酸酐10~14份、葵二酸10~14份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10~14份、脂肪酸甘油酯10~14份、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷10~14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯24份、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂22份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶22份、碳酸二甲酯20份、苯甲基硅油22份、聚醚硅油22份、二甲基甲酰胺20份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22份、对氯间二甲苯酚22份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵20份、甲基异噻唑啉酮20份、大蒜油20份、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐22份、氧化钇粉末20份、氧化钴粉末18份、硝酸铋粉末22份、硫酸铝20份、聚乙烯醇纤维18份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂20份、卵磷脂18份、磷酸二氢铵18份、十溴二苯乙烷18份、磷酸锌16份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯12份、乙二醇一异丁醚10份、丁烯二酸酐10份、葵二酸10份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10份、脂肪酸甘油酯10份、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷10份。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯26份、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂24份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶24份、碳酸二甲酯22份、苯甲基硅油24份、聚醚硅油24份、二甲基甲酰胺22份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液24份、对氯间二甲苯酚24份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵22份、甲基异噻唑啉酮22份、大蒜油22份、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐24份、氧化钇粉末22份、氧化钴粉末20份、硝酸铋粉末24份、硫酸铝22份、聚乙烯醇纤维20份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂22份、卵磷脂20份、磷酸二氢铵20份、十溴二苯乙烷20份、磷酸锌18份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯14份、乙二醇一异丁醚12份、丁烯二酸酐12份、葵二酸12份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷12份、脂肪酸甘油酯12份、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷12份。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯28份、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂26份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶26份、碳酸二甲酯24份、苯甲基硅油26份、聚醚硅油26份、二甲基甲酰胺24份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液26份、对氯间二甲苯酚26份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵24份、甲基异噻唑啉酮24份、大蒜油24份、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐26份、氧化钇粉末24份、氧化钴粉末22份、硝酸铋粉末26份、硫酸铝24份、聚乙烯醇纤维22份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂24份、卵磷脂22份、磷酸二氢铵22份、十溴二苯乙烷22份、磷酸锌20份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯16份、乙二醇一异丁醚14份、丁烯二酸酐14份、葵二酸14份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷14份、脂肪酸甘油酯14份、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷14份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述氧化钇粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~9∶4~8∶1。
6.根据权利要求1至4所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述氧化钴粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~7∶2~8∶1。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂的粘度在25℃为120~140mpa.s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述硝酸铋粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为2~4∶3~5∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸甘油酯的粘度在25℃为80~100mpa.s。
10.根据权利要求1所述的印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层,其特征在于:所述印刷工艺用复合纸表面处理涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、碳酸二甲酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、对氯间二甲苯酚、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基异噻唑啉酮、大蒜油、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐、氧化钇粉末、氧化钴粉末、硝酸铋粉末、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇纤维、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂、卵磷脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸锌、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、乙二醇一异丁醚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的丁烯二酸酐、葵二酸、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、脂肪酸甘油酯、氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
