本发明中加入苯乙烯系弹性体,用弹性体包覆复合阻燃剂形成微囊结构,均匀分散与使聚苯醚树脂中,改善了两相的亲和力,减少了界面的应力集中,从而改善了体系的综合性能(如机械性能和阻燃性能等),同时,用弹性体包覆复合阻燃剂形成微囊结构,使得复合阻燃剂在阻燃方面达到最有效的结合,相比于以往阻燃剂的加入大大降低了体系的绝缘电阻和断裂伸长率,本发明中加入了弹性体,阻燃剂的拉伸强度变化不大,且生产的制品韧性高、耐低温性能好、耐环境应力开裂性能也得到提高。
本发明中使用的复合阻燃剂,具有无毒、阻燃效率高等优点,可以通过升华及分解释放出的惰性气体以达到阻燃的目的,磷氮在一定情况下有协同阻燃的效果,采用复配的阻燃剂,使阻燃基材阻燃效果更好的发挥,且极限氧指数也能得到提高,同时,添加的复合阻燃剂具有耐高温耐水抗迁移的性能改善了一般阻燃剂不耐水易析出并且耐温低的缺点,能在200℃-280℃加工温度下顺利挤出不发生分解,在98%湿度+85℃高温高湿环境下7天样片表面无裂纹、表面无析出物。

Claims (6)

1.一种棉织物整理剂,其特征在于,该整理剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚:4-9份,聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂:40-60份,月桂酸:4-7份,氧化锌:8-10份,苯乙烯系弹性体:15-18份,复合阻燃剂:5-9份异丙醇:20-30份,增稠剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯:3-5份,其中,
所述的复合阻燃剂为等比例混合的磷氮硅三元阻燃剂和三聚氰胺尿酸盐;
所述聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂按质量份数计包括以下成分:环氧树脂:40-70份,聚芳醚砜酮:20-35份;
所述的聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂制备方法具体操作如下:将聚芳醚砜酮与环氧树脂按1:2的比例混合,将混合物熔融制得预聚体PEK/EP, 熔融温度为280-300℃,然后将预聚体用粉末机打成粉末即得到聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物整理剂,其特征在于,该整理剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚:4份,聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂:40份,月桂酸:4份,氧化锌:8份,苯乙烯系弹性体:15份,复合阻燃剂:5份异丙醇:20份,增稠剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯:3份,其中,
所述聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂按质量份数计包括以下成分:环氧树脂:40份,聚芳醚砜酮:20份;
所述的复合阻燃剂为等比例混合的磷氮硅三元阻燃剂和三聚氰胺尿酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物整理剂,其特征在于,该整理剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚:9份,聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂:60份,月桂酸:7份,氧化锌:10份,苯乙烯系弹性体:18份,复合阻燃剂:9份异丙醇:30份,增稠剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯:5份,其中,
所述聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂按质量份数计包括以下成分:环氧树脂:70份,聚芳醚砜酮:35份;
所述的复合阻燃剂为等比例混合的磷氮硅三元阻燃剂和三聚氰胺尿酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物整理剂,其特征在于,该整理剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚:7份,聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂:50份,月桂酸:5份,氧化锌:9份,苯乙烯系弹性体:16份,复合阻燃剂:7份异丙醇:25份,增稠剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯:4份,其中,
所述聚芳醚砜酮改性树脂按质量份数计包括以下成分:环氧树脂:60份,聚芳醚砜酮:25份;
所述的复合阻燃剂为等比例混合的磷氮硅三元阻燃剂和三聚氰胺尿酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述磷氮硅三元阻燃剂的制备:
(1)向装有冷凝管、滴液漏斗的三口烧瓶中通入氮气5-8min,依次加入磷酸和乙醇,将γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧硅烷逐滴加入,滴加速度控制在3-5g/min,在室温下反应3-4h;反应结束后,将三口烧瓶置于恒温水浴锅内,用旋转蒸发器减压蒸馏除去溶剂和低沸物,即得到磷硅二元阻燃剂,
其中整个反应过程保持连续机械搅拌,搅拌速度为300-400r/min;
(2)在容器中加入磷硅二元阻燃剂和脲,室温下连续机械搅拌5-10min,得到磷氮硅三元阻燃剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的棉织物整理剂的应用,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:将准备好的棉织物放在100℃的热水中预煮,然后捞出浸入整理剂中,浴比1:20,整理温度为70-80℃,整理时间20-30min,取出在70-80℃下哄10-12min,调节温度至100-130℃哄5-8min,在20-30℃的温水中皂洗,用0-5℃的水冲洗,最后在80-90℃下烘干即可处理。
