Abstract
本发明涉及一种石墨烯锦纶,包括锦纶本体,锦纶本体的横截面呈圆环形结构,其具有横截面呈圆形的中空腔体,中空腔体内设有石墨烯导电纤维,锦纶本体内设有若干抗菌纤维丝,锦纶本体的外表面依次设有抗静电涂层以及抗菌皮层。本发明通过在锦纶本体内设置石墨烯导电纤维并在其外表面设置抗静电涂层,减少锦纶之间的摩擦,减少静电的产生,使得锦纶具备优良、持久的抗静电功能性,此外,通过加入抗菌纤维丝以及抗菌皮层,使得锦纶本体同时具有良好的抗菌性能,既增加了产品的附加值,又提高了市场占有率,能取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织材料,具体涉及一种石墨烯锦纶。
背景技术
锦纶纤维是一种重要的纺织材料,在现代生活中,它的应用无处不在,具有锻炼强度高,耐磨性能优异,弹性好和比重轻等特点,所以在衣着、家饰、产业等领域以及国防军工上已广泛使用。
目前,静电对人体的危害已经逐渐被人们重视,随着人们健康意识的增强,纤维制品抗静电性越来越受到人们的关注,由于锦纶纤维的疏水性,易在纤维上聚集静电荷,使纤维之间彼此排斥或被吸附在机械部件上,且易沾尘埃,造成加工困难;针对上述缺陷,本领域技术人员亟需提供一种石墨烯锦纶,不仅提高锦纶纤维的抗静电性能,同时提高锦纶纤维的抗菌性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯锦纶,不仅提高锦纶纤维的抗静电性能,同时提高锦纶纤维的抗菌性能。
为实现上述目的,提供如下技术方案:一种石墨烯锦纶,包括锦纶本体,所述锦纶本体的横截面呈圆环形结构,其具有横截面呈圆形的中空腔体,所述中空腔体内设有石墨烯导电纤维,所述锦纶本体内设有若干抗菌纤维丝,所述锦纶本体的外表面依次设有抗静电涂层以及抗菌皮层。
优选的,所述抗菌纤维丝为多个,均匀分布在所述锦纶本体的圆周方向上。
优选的,所述的抗菌纤维丝的截面直径在15μm~30μm之间。
优选的,所述的抗菌纤维丝的数量为4~8个。
优选的,所述抗静电涂层为铁氟龙涂层。
优选的,所述抗静电涂层的厚度为10~20μm。
本发明提供一种石墨烯锦纶的有益效果为:本发明通过在锦纶本体内设置石墨烯导电纤维并在其外表面设置抗静电涂层,减少锦纶之间的摩擦,减少静电的产生,使得锦纶具备优良、持久的抗静电功能性,此外,通过加入抗菌纤维丝以及抗菌皮层,使得锦纶本体同时具有良好的抗菌性能,既增加了产品的附加值,又提高了市场占有率,能取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

为使本发明的内容更加清楚易懂,以下结合说明书附图,对本发明的内容作进一步说明。当然本发明并不局限于该具体实施例,本领域内的技术人员所熟知的一般替换也涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。其次,本发明利用示意图进行了详细的表述,在详述本发明实例时,为了便于说明,示意图不依照一般比例局部放大,不应以此作为对本发明的限定。
上述及其它技术特征和有益效果,将结合实施例及附图对本发明的石墨烯锦纶进行详细说明。图1为本发明中石墨烯锦纶的结构示意图。
如图1所示, 本发明提供一种石墨烯锦纶,包括锦纶本体10,锦纶本体10的横截面呈圆环形结构,其具有横截面呈圆形的中空腔体30,中空腔体30内设有石墨烯导电纤维20,锦纶本体10的外表面设有抗静电涂层50。其中,抗静电涂层50优选为铁氟龙涂层,抗静电涂层50的厚度优选为10~20μm。
本发明通过在锦纶本体10内设置石墨烯导电纤维20并在其外表面设置抗静电涂层50,减少锦纶之间的摩擦,减少静电的产生,使得锦纶具备优良、持久的抗静电功能性。
为了提高锦纶的抗菌性能,锦纶本体10内设有若干抗菌纤维丝40,锦纶本体10的外表面设有抗菌皮层60。其中,抗菌纤维丝40为4~8个,均匀分布在锦纶本体10的圆周方向上,抗菌纤维丝40的截面直径优选在15μm~30μm之间。
综上所述,本发明通过在锦纶本体10内设置石墨烯导电纤维20并在其外表面设置抗静电涂层50,减少锦纶之间的摩擦,减少静电的产生,使得锦纶具备优良、持久的抗静电功能性,此外,通过加入抗菌纤维丝40以及抗菌皮层60,使得锦纶本体10同时具有良好的抗菌性能,既增加了产品的附加值,又提高了市场占有率,能取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

1.一种石墨烯锦纶,包括锦纶本体,其特征在于,所述锦纶本体的横截面呈圆环形结构,其具有横截面呈圆形的中空腔体,所述中空腔体内设有石墨烯导电纤维,所述锦纶本体内设有若干抗菌纤维丝,所述锦纶本体的外表面依次设有抗静电涂层以及抗菌皮层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦纶,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维丝为多个,均匀分布在所述锦纶本体的圆周方向上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯锦纶,其特征在于,所述的抗菌纤维丝的截面直径在15μm~30μm之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯锦纶,其特征在于,所述的抗菌纤维丝的数量为4~8个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦纶,其特征在于,所述抗静电涂层为铁氟龙涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的石墨烯锦纶,其特征在于,所述抗静电涂层的厚度为10~20μm。
