本发明公开了一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒,包括上盖、盒体、支架,所述盒体外表面涂有一层抗菌涂层;所述抗菌涂层各成分质量比为:草木灰10~20、二硫化钼5~10、尿素50~100、丙烯酸酯乳液250~300、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10~50、氮化镁5~10、氧化锌2~3、氮丙啶3~4;将上述成分混合均匀后,加入氨水适量,调PH值为7±0.5。本发明一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒对空气中杂菌有抑制作用,增加了PCR试验数据准确性。

本发明涉及一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒。
背景技术
市面上的DNA聚合酶试剂盒在实用时存在被空气中杂菌污染的情况,为了减少空气中杂菌对PCR试验数据的影响,需要在DNA聚合酶试剂盒表面涂层抗菌涂层。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒,包括上盖、盒体、支架,所述盒体外表面涂有一层抗菌涂层;所述抗菌涂层各成分质量比为:草木灰10~20、二硫化钼5~10、尿素50~100、丙烯酸酯乳液250~300、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10~50、氮化镁5~10、氧化锌2~3、氮丙啶3~4;将上述成分混合均匀后,加入氨水适量,调PH值为7±0.5。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒对空气中杂菌有抑制作用,增加了PCR试验数据准确性。

一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒,所述抗菌涂层各成分质量比为:草木灰20、二硫化钼5、尿素55、丙烯酸酯乳液300、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯45、氮化镁7、氧化锌3、氮丙啶3.5;将上述成分混合均匀后,加入氨水适量,调PH值为7±0.5。
实施例2;
一种DNA聚合酶试剂盒,所述抗菌涂层各成分质量比为:草木灰10、二硫化钼7、尿素100、丙烯酸酯乳液280、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯45、氮化镁10、氧化锌3、氮丙啶4;将上述成分混合均匀后,加入氨水适量,调PH值为7±0.5。
