技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展,新型建筑材料也不断开发和应用,为了满足石材、木材、混凝土、金属、陶瓷和玻璃等大多数建筑材料的粘结要求,以环氧树脂为主体的胶粘剂被广泛应用于建筑领域,特别是作为结构胶的应用发展十分迅速,其应用范围已从居家装修、建筑物的修复与加固扩展到了新建筑的施工,并从一般建筑发展到公路、桥梁、高铁、水利、机场等诸多领域,成为一类新型的重要化学建材。
随着我国建筑工程的发展,现有的商品化环氧树脂建筑胶粘剂尚不能完全达到新的技术要求,开发新的建筑工程各类技术要求的的胶粘剂已成为市场的迫切需求。建筑工程环氧树脂胶粘剂主要用于混凝土的“整体工程”、粘接建筑物的修补、水泥制品的修补、装饰及装修材料的粘接以及建筑陶瓷的修补等。但传统的环氧树脂固化后韧性较差,因此在保持较高强度的同时,对环氧树脂进行增韧改性势在必行。又由于环氧树脂属于易燃物质,其氧指数只有19.5左右,从而限制了其应用。基于以上环氧树脂的特点,必须对其进行改性处理制成阻燃增韧胶粘剂,保证使用时不对人类生命和财产构成威胁,以达到建筑工程的需要。
《阻燃建筑结构胶粘剂的研制》以聚氨酯(PU)增韧改性环氧树脂为基体,以可膨胀石墨(EG)/聚磷酸铵(APP)为协效阻燃剂,制备了一种阻燃建筑结构胶粘剂。结果表明,经改性后此环氧树脂胶粘剂冲击强度提高63.4%,达到良好的增韧效果,剪切强度达到24.9MPa,氧指数达28%,可作为阻燃建筑结构胶粘剂使用。
然而文中以可膨胀石墨为阻燃材料,成本高不利于批量生产,且随着应用领域的扩大,对建筑胶粘剂的要求越来越高,除了力学性能、粘结性能、阻燃性能等要求之外,为方便施工,用户更欢迎单组分胶粘剂,不需要现场称量、配置、混合等工序,可提高工效;另外,随着人们对生活质量的提高,除了要求建筑物等寿命长耐候性佳外,人们对居住环境要求也越来越高尤其是建筑隔音降噪的需求更加严格,因而需要对现有建筑胶粘剂加以改性,在保证其综合性能的基础上,添加相应的添加剂提高胶粘剂的隔声性能,故利用工业生产产生的废渣加以改性,优化配方改进现有生产工艺,开发出一种具有隔音功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶,由下列重量份的原料制成:E-44环氧树脂62-65、氨基树脂16-18、除尘灰11-13、铝粉0.02-0.04、十二烷基硫酸钠0.6-0.8、纳米氧化锌1.1-1.3、橄榄油1-2、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.1-0.2、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2.4-2.6、二乙烯三胺5-6、甘薯淀粉9-11、混合溶剂80-83、适量水,所述混合溶剂是将乙醇、正丁醇按照质量比8∶2进行复配。
所述的一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)往甘薯淀粉中加入90℃-98℃开水,充分搅拌至预糊化,冷却至室温加入苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、纳米氧化锌超声分散研磨10-15分钟得改性甘薯淀粉;
(2)将除尘灰于810-860℃高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至室温粉碎至180-200目,加入步骤(1)物料搅拌混匀,加入铝粉及适量水搅拌成浆并造粒,然后放入静养室在55-65℃密封保温,静养2-2.5小时烘干得改性除尘灰;
(3)将E-44环氧树脂、氨基树脂投入到反应釜中,加入混合溶剂搅拌混匀,加热至80-90℃,加入十二烷基硫酸钠保持温度搅拌反应2-3小时;
(4)将步骤(3)物料降温至45-55℃,加入步骤(2)反应物料、二乙烯三胺及其它剩余成分,恒温搅拌1-2小时,停止加热,在搅拌下冷却至室温,出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明以氨基树脂改性的环氧树脂为基体,两者能够在体系中形成一定的网络结构,避免了体系内较大的内应力,降低了脆性,提高了体系的抗开裂能力,达到了增强增韧的效果;将除尘灰进行物理化学改性处理后具有孔隙结构且孔隙率均匀,不仅改善了产品吸音隔声性能,还使得产品在瞬间受到高温时,由于吸留在孔隙中的化合物分解,气孔迅速膨胀,在火灾发生时通过体积瞬间扩大将火焰熄灭,阻燃效果优良且环保无污染;最后再配伍其他有效助剂相互复合制得的建筑隔音胶粘结性好、抗冲击及剪切强度高,同时其防锈效果也远超防锈漆数倍,应用前景广。
具体实施方式

1.一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:E-44环氧树脂62-65、氨基树脂16-18、除尘灰11-13、铝粉0.02-0.04、十二烷基硫酸钠0.6-0.8、纳米氧化锌1.1-1.3、橄榄油1-2、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.1-0.2、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2.4-2.6、二乙烯三胺5-6、甘薯淀粉9-11、混合溶剂80-83、适量水,所述混合溶剂是将乙醇、正丁醇按照质量比8∶2进行复配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防锈功能的单组分环氧树脂基建筑隔音胶的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)往甘薯淀粉中加入90℃-98℃开水,充分搅拌至预糊化,冷却至室温加入苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、纳米氧化锌超声分散研磨10-15分钟得改性甘薯淀粉;
(2)将除尘灰于810-860℃高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至室温粉碎至180-200目,加入步骤(1)物料搅拌混匀,加入铝粉及适量水搅拌成浆并造粒,然后放入静养室在55-65℃密封保温,静养2-2.5小时烘干得改性除尘灰;
(3)将E-44环氧树脂、氨基树脂投入到反应釜中,加入混合溶剂搅拌混匀,加热至80-90℃,加入十二烷基硫酸钠保持温度搅拌反应2-3小时;
