一种防霉鞋油,包括下述重量份的组分:马油30‑42份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5‑7份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯4‑6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑2份,微晶蜡7‑13份,环氧棉籽油2‑4份,薰衣草精油1‑3份,甲基香兰素1‑5份,八角茴香油4‑10份,乌桕油3‑6份,小烛树蜡5‑7份,角鲨烷4‑6份,硬脂酸钙1‑5份,聚硅氧烷1‑5份,甘油2‑4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5‑8份,聚季铵盐2‑5份,花生酸1‑4份,防霉剂2‑6份。本发明防霉鞋油中的马油能有效的保养皮革质地,给皮鞋上光上色,防水、防褪色,不脱皮,还可以防霉、防虫蛀,并杀死皮革表面的细菌,提高使用寿命50%以上,同时赋予皮革滑爽、柔软、弹性良好等复合效果。本发明的防霉鞋油气味清香、环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋油领域,尤其是一种防霉鞋油。
背景技术
据中国皮革研究院的统计,国内每年的皮鞋产销量达十亿多双,每年因护理不当废弃的皮鞋达到二亿双之多。皮鞋穿过一段时间后,都会出现变形、皱折、掉色、擦伤、开胶等问题,丢掉不用十分可惜,继续穿着则有失体面,此时鞋油就起着关键作用,能对皮鞋进行很好的保护。随着皮鞋业的发展,人们对鞋油的要求不单单是去污,而且没有防霉性,防霉对于皮鞋是非常重要的,一旦滋生霉菌,皮革失去光泽,霉菌分泌的酶,则会侵蚀皮革纤维,产生霉烂和粒面脆裂。市面上的多数产品功效较单一,达不到同时赋予皮革滑爽、柔软、弹性良好等复合效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种防霉鞋油及其制备方法。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防霉鞋油,包括下述重量份的组分:马油30-42份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-7份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯4-6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份,微晶蜡7-13份,环氧棉籽油2-4份,薰衣草精油1-3份,甲基香兰素1-5份,八角茴香油4-10份,乌桕油3-6份, 小烛树蜡5-7份,角鲨烷4-6份,硬脂酸钙1-5份,聚硅氧烷1-5份,甘油2-4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-8份,聚季铵盐2-5份,花生酸1-4份,防霉剂2-6份。
优选地,所述的防霉鞋油组分为:马油36份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1份,微晶蜡10份,环氧棉籽油3份,薰衣草精油2份,甲基香兰素3份,八角茴香油7份,乌桕油5份, 小烛树蜡6份,角鲨烷5份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚硅氧烷3份,甘油3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠6份,聚季铵盐3份,花生酸2份,防霉剂4份。
优选地,所述防霉剂为苯酚或五氯酚。
优选地,所述的防霉鞋油,其特征在于,通过以下步骤合成:
(1)将马油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、微晶蜡、甲基香兰素、小烛树蜡、角鲨烷、硬脂酸钙、聚硅氧烷、甘油、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、聚季铵盐和花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入环氧棉籽油、薰衣草精油、八角茴香油、乌桕油和防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,封装,抽样检测。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明使用的马油能有效的保养皮革质地,给皮鞋上光上色,防水、防褪色,不脱皮,还可以防霉、防虫蛀,并杀死皮革表面的细菌,提高使用寿命50%以上,同时赋予皮革滑爽、柔软、弹性良好等复合效果。本发明的防霉鞋油气味清香、环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
(1)将36份马油、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、5份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将1份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10份微晶蜡、3份甲基香兰素、6份小烛树蜡、5份角鲨烷、3份硬脂酸钙、3份聚硅氧烷、3份甘油、6份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3份聚季铵盐和2份花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入3份环氧棉籽油、2份薰衣草精油、7份八角茴香油、乌桕油和4份苯酚作为防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,去除溶剂异丙醇,封装,抽样检测。
实施例2:
(1)将30份马油、5份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、4份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将1份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、7份微晶蜡、1份甲基香兰素、5份小烛树蜡、4份角鲨烷、1份硬脂酸钙、1份聚硅氧烷、2份甘油、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、2份聚季铵盐和1份花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入2份环氧棉籽油、1份薰衣草精油、4份八角茴香油、乌桕油和2份五氯酚作为防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,去除溶剂异丙醇,封装,抽样检测。
实施例3:
(1)将42份马油、7份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将2份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、13份微晶蜡、5份甲基香兰素、7份小烛树蜡、6份角鲨烷、5份硬脂酸钙、5份聚硅氧烷、4份甘油、8份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、5份聚季铵盐和4份花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入4份环氧棉籽油、3份薰衣草精油、10份八角茴香油、乌桕油和6份苯酚作为防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,去除溶剂异丙醇,封装,抽样检测。
实施例4:
(1)将32份马油、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、5份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将1份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、8份微晶蜡、2份甲基香兰素、6份小烛树蜡、4份角鲨烷、2份硬脂酸钙、2份聚硅氧烷、3份甘油、6份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3份聚季铵盐和2份花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入3份环氧棉籽油、2份薰衣草精油、5份八角茴香油、乌桕油和3份五氯酚作为防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,去除溶剂异丙醇,封装,抽样检测。
实施例5:
(1)将41份马油、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、5份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将2份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、12份微晶蜡、4份甲基香兰素、7份小烛树蜡、5份角鲨烷、4份硬脂酸钙、4份聚硅氧烷、3份甘油、7份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、4份聚季铵盐和3份花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入3份环氧棉籽油、2份薰衣草精油、8份八角茴香油、乌桕油和5份苯酚作为防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,去除溶剂异丙醇,封装,抽样检测。

1.一种防霉鞋油,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:马油30-42份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-7份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯4-6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份,微晶蜡7-13份,环氧棉籽油2-4份,薰衣草精油1-3份,甲基香兰素1-5份,八角茴香油4-10份,乌桕油3-6份, 小烛树蜡5-7份,角鲨烷4-6份,硬脂酸钙1-5份,聚硅氧烷1-5份,甘油2-4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-8份,聚季铵盐2-5份,花生酸1-4份,防霉剂2-6份。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的防霉鞋油,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:马油36份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1份,微晶蜡10份,环氧棉籽油3份,薰衣草精油2份,甲基香兰素3份,八角茴香油7份,乌桕油5份, 小烛树蜡6份,角鲨烷5份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚硅氧烷3份,甘油3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠6份,聚季铵盐3份,花生酸2份,防霉剂4份。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的防霉鞋油,其特征在于,所述防霉剂为苯酚或五氯酚。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的防霉鞋油,其特征在于,通过以下步骤合成:
(1)将马油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯溶于正丙醇,超声分散20分钟;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、微晶蜡、甲基香兰素、小烛树蜡、角鲨烷、硬脂酸钙、聚硅氧烷、甘油、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、聚季铵盐和花生酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应4h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入环氧棉籽油、薰衣草精油、八角茴香油、乌桕油和防霉剂,70℃下水浴搅拌30min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,封装,抽样检测。
