本发明涉及一种疏水剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种耐紫外线车用疏水剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们对生活质量要求的不断提高以及环保和节能意识的不断增强,具有自清洁功能的表面得到了迅速的发展。自清洁表面是指表面的污染物或灰尘在重力或雨水、风力等外力作用下能够自动脱落或被降解的一种表面。超疏水表面因具有疏水、防污、防腐蚀以及抗氧化等特性,使得其在很多领域有着广阔的应用前景。疏水剂可隔绝环境中的水、灰尘、酸、碱、盐、微生物及其代谢产物、生活污染物等腐蚀介质,防止腐蚀介质渗透到金属、玻璃(汽车玻璃等)、混凝土、陶瓷等固体表面而造成腐蚀,以及降低光和其它微粒子对固体性能的影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的耐紫外线车用疏水剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐紫外线车用疏水剂,包括水、乙醇、醋酸乙酯、硅胶、纳米氧化锌、稀释剂、纳米银、异丙醇,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、乙醇30-60、醋酸乙酯20-30、硅胶25-30、纳米氧化锌10-20、稀释剂20-25、纳米银8-10、异丙醇5-16。
作为优选,所述耐紫外线车用疏水剂各组分的质量份数为:水80、乙醇50、醋酸乙酯20、硅胶25、纳米氧化锌18、稀释剂25、纳米银8、异丙醇16。
作为优选,所述纳米氧化锌的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
作为优选,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
具体制备步骤:
①、将乙醇、醋酸乙酯和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将纳米氧化锌与去离子水混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的纳米氧化锌水溶液 ;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入纳米银、异丙醇以及硅胶于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物 B ;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及纳米氧化锌水溶液加入到混合物B中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物C ;
⑤、最后将稀释剂加入到混合物C中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
本发明疏水表面因具有疏水、防污、防腐蚀以及抗氧化等特性,在很多领域有着广阔的应用前景,疏水剂可隔绝环境中的水、灰尘、酸、碱、盐、微生物及其代谢产物、生活污染物等腐蚀介质,防止腐蚀介质渗透到汽车玻璃等固体表面而造成腐蚀,以及降低光和其它微粒子对固体性能的影响。

本发明提供的一种耐紫外线车用疏水剂,包括水、乙醇、醋酸乙酯、硅胶、纳米氧化锌、稀释剂、纳米银、异丙醇,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、乙醇30-60、醋酸乙酯20-30、硅胶25-30、纳米氧化锌10-20、稀释剂20-25、纳米银8-10、异丙醇5-16。
作为优选,所述耐紫外线车用疏水剂各组分的质量份数为:水80、乙醇50、醋酸乙酯20、硅胶25、纳米氧化锌18、稀释剂25、纳米银8、异丙醇16。
作为优选,所述纳米氧化锌的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
作为优选,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
具体制备步骤:
①、将乙醇、醋酸乙酯和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;

1.一种耐紫外线车用疏水剂,其特征在于:包括水、乙醇、醋酸乙酯、硅胶、纳米氧化锌、稀释剂、纳米银、异丙醇,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、乙醇30-60、醋酸乙酯20-30、硅胶25-30、纳米氧化锌10-20、稀释剂20-25、纳米银8-10、异丙醇5-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐紫外线车用疏水剂,其特征在于:所述耐紫外线车用疏水剂各组分的质量份数为:水80、乙醇50、醋酸乙酯20、硅胶25、纳米氧化锌18、稀释剂25、纳米银8、异丙醇16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐紫外线车用疏水剂,其特征在于:所述纳米氧化锌的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐紫外线车用疏水剂,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
5.具体制备步骤:
①、将乙醇、醋酸乙酯和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
