本发明涉及一种涂料制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种耐擦洗的抑菌涂料。
背景技术
内墙涂料就是一般装修用的乳胶漆。乳胶漆即是乳液性涂料,按照基材的不同,分为聚醋酸乙烯乳液和丙烯酸乳液两大类。乳胶漆以水为稀释剂,是一种施工方便、安全、耐水洗、透气性好的的涂料,它可根据不同的配色方案调配出不同的色泽。种类 :水性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属水性涂料,主要由水,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐水性及耐热性优异的建筑用耐擦洗内墙涂料是非常必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的耐擦洗的抑菌涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,包括水、环氧树脂、纳米银、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、钛酸四丁酯、聚丙烯酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、异噻唑啉酮,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、环氧树脂30-60、纳米银25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、钛酸四丁酯20-25、聚丙烯酸酯5-10、六偏磷酸钠8-10、异噻唑啉酮5-16。
作为优选,所述耐擦洗的抑菌涂料各组分的质量份数为:水50、环氧树脂56、纳米银27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、钛酸四丁酯25、聚丙烯酸酯7、六偏磷酸钠8、异噻唑啉酮16。
作为优选,所述环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂的混合物。
作为优选,所述水为去离子水。
作为优选,具体制备步骤如下:
①、将环氧树脂、纳米银和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将纳米活性炭、纳米钛与去离子水混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的溶液B;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入聚丙烯酸酯、六偏磷酸钠以及异噻唑啉酮于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物C;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及溶液B加入到混合物C中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物D;
⑤、最后将钛酸四丁酯加入到混合物D中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
本发明独创异噻唑啉酮技术,确保漆膜表面能够形成坚韧的保护层,该发明具备反复擦洗墙面仍然保持亮丽如新的功能的同时,还能保持墙面透气不发霉,有效除菌、吸收有害气体,净化空气。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,包括水、环氧树脂、纳米银、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、钛酸四丁酯、聚丙烯酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、异噻唑啉酮,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、环氧树脂30-60、纳米银25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、钛酸四丁酯20-25、聚丙烯酸酯5-10、六偏磷酸钠8-10、异噻唑啉酮5-16。
作为优选,所述耐擦洗的抑菌涂料各组分的质量份数为:水50、环氧树脂56、纳米银27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、钛酸四丁酯25、聚丙烯酸酯7、六偏磷酸钠8、异噻唑啉酮16。
作为优选,所述环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂的混合物。

①、将环氧树脂、纳米银和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;

⑤、最后将钛酸四丁酯加入到混合物D中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。

1.一种耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,其特征在于:包括水、环氧树脂、纳米银、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、钛酸四丁酯、聚丙烯酸酯、六偏磷酸钠、异噻唑啉酮,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、环氧树脂30-60、纳米银25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、钛酸四丁酯20-25、聚丙烯酸酯5-10、六偏磷酸钠8-10、异噻唑啉酮5-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,其特征在于:所述耐擦洗的抑菌涂料各组分的质量份数为:水50、环氧树脂56、纳米银27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、钛酸四丁酯25、聚丙烯酸酯7、六偏磷酸钠8、异噻唑啉酮16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐擦洗的抑菌涂料,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
5.具体制备步骤:
①、将环氧树脂、纳米银和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将纳米活性炭、纳米钛与去离子水混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的溶液B;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入聚丙烯酸酯、六偏磷酸钠以及异噻唑啉酮于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物C;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及溶液B加入到混合物C中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物D;
⑤、最后将钛酸四丁酯加入到混合物D中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
