背景技术
内墙涂料就是一般装修用的乳胶漆。乳胶漆即是乳液性涂料,按照基材的不同,分为聚醋酸乙烯乳液和丙烯酸乳液两大类。乳胶漆以水为稀释剂,是一种施工方便、安全、耐水洗、透气性好的的涂料,它可根据不同的配色方案调配出不同的色泽。种类 :水性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属水性涂料,主要由水,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐水性及耐热性优异的建筑用耐擦洗内墙涂料是非常必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的耐水洗涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐水洗涂料,包括水、硅苯乳液、弹性乳液、亚氯酸钠、石墨粉、杀菌剂、硬脂酸、丙酸、复合碳硅,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、硅苯乳液30-60、弹性乳液20-30、亚氯酸钠25-30、石墨粉10-20、杀菌剂20-25、硬脂酸5-10、丙酸8-10、复合碳硅5-16。
作为优选,所述耐水洗涂料各组分的质量份数为:水80、硅苯乳液50、弹性乳液20、亚氯酸钠25、石墨粉18、杀菌剂25、硬脂酸7、丙酸8、复合碳硅16。
作为优选,所述石墨粉的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
作为优选,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
具体制备步骤:
①、将硅苯乳液、弹性乳液和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将石墨粉与去离子水混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的石墨粉水溶液 ;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入硬脂酸、丙酸、复合碳硅以及亚氯酸钠于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物 B ;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及石墨粉水溶液加入到混合物B中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物C ;
⑤、最后将杀菌剂加入到混合物C中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
本发明独创复合碳硅技术,确保漆膜表面能够形成坚韧的保护层,该发明具备反复擦洗墙面仍然保持亮丽如新的功能的同时,还能保持墙面透气不发霉,有效除菌、吸收有害气体,净化空气。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种耐水洗涂料,包括水、硅苯乳液、弹性乳液、亚氯酸钠、石墨粉、杀菌剂、硬脂酸、丙酸、复合碳硅,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、硅苯乳液30-60、弹性乳液20-30、亚氯酸钠25-30、石墨粉10-20、杀菌剂20-25、硬脂酸5-10、丙酸8-10、复合碳硅5-16。
作为优选,所述耐水洗涂料各组分的质量份数为:水80、硅苯乳液50、弹性乳液20、亚氯酸钠25、石墨粉18、杀菌剂25、硬脂酸7、丙酸8、复合碳硅16。
作为优选,所述石墨粉的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。

1.一种耐水洗涂料,其特征在于:包括水、硅苯乳液、弹性乳液、亚氯酸钠、石墨粉、杀菌剂、硬脂酸、丙酸、复合碳硅,各组分的质量份数为:水50-80、硅苯乳液30-60、弹性乳液20-30、亚氯酸钠25-30、石墨粉10-20、杀菌剂20-25、硬脂酸5-10、丙酸8-10、复合碳硅5-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水洗涂料,其特征在于:所述耐水洗涂料各组分的质量份数为:水80、硅苯乳液50、弹性乳液20、亚氯酸钠25、石墨粉18、杀菌剂25、硬脂酸7、丙酸8、复合碳硅16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐水洗涂料,其特征在于:所述石墨粉的颗粒度为1220-1500目,进一步优选 1335 目。

5.具体制备步骤:
①、将硅苯乳液、弹性乳液和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物A ;
