Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:碳纤维2‑3,蒜泥20‑30,聚乙烯醇50‑60,乙酸适量,氯化亚铁1‑2,蔗糖2‑3,磷酸吡哆醛0.2‑0.5,膨润土15‑25,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1‑2,β‑环糊精30‑40,十二烷基磺酸钠2‑5,甘油2‑3,去离子水600‑1000,无水乙醇100‑600。本发明用膨润土对大蒜油进行负载,并用环糊精进行包合,不仅解决了有机硫化物具有刺激性气味的问题,起到缓释作用,延长其杀菌寿命,还提高了膨润土在聚乙烯醇基底中的分散性,提高保鲜膜的耐水性;配合添加了碳纤维,赋予保鲜膜防静电的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜膜及其制备方法,具体涉及一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保鲜膜在果蔬贮藏保鲜中起着重要作用,不同果蔬由于含水量、呼吸强度等不同,对保鲜膜的透气透湿等性能的要求也有所不同,目前市售的保鲜膜普遍存在透气透湿性差等问题,由于PVA高分子中含有大量的轻基,具有极强的亲水性,使PVA膜吸水率非常高,反而影响了PVA膜在食品保鲜上的应用。有研究表明纳米颗粒的小尺寸效应和宏观量子險道效应能与聚合物树脂的不饱和键发生作用,使树脂材料的耐水性、稳定性等性能大幅提高。
大蒜油是大蒜破碎后形成的功能性成分,具有高效广谱抗菌作用,其原理主要是利用大蒜油中有机硫化物分子对蛋白质分子中巯基的氧化作用,使细菌、真菌等微生物生长繁殖所必需的酶灭活,从而抑制了微生物的生长和繁殖。大蒜油还可以通过脂质氧化作用改变菌体细胞膜和细胞器膜的特性,对菌体内环境和膜系统造成破坏而杀灭菌体。另外,大蒜油还能够影响菌体生长繁殖体系中的溶氧量,从而对菌体宿主的生长环境进行干预和影响。将其引入保鲜膜中,势必会增加保鲜膜的杀菌保鲜作用。
黄煇荣在其硕士学位论文《膨润土/PVA保鲜膜的制备及其在芒果保鲜中的应用研究》中,利用膨润土和聚乙烯醇制备了一种保鲜膜,但是其不具备杀菌效果,同时膨润土在聚乙烯醇中的分散度还有待提高。
发明内容
基于以上思考,本发明旨在提供一种杀菌保鲜膜,赋予普通保鲜膜杀菌的功能,同时提高改性粒子与膜基底的融合性。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案实现:
一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
碳纤维2-3,蒜泥20-30,聚乙烯醇50-60,乙酸适量,氯化亚铁1-2,蔗糖2-3,磷酸吡哆醛0.2-0.5,膨润土15-25,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,β-环糊精30-40,十二烷基磺酸钠2-5,甘油2-3,去离子水600-1000,无水乙醇100-600。
所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将蒜泥分散在80-100份去离子水中,加入氯化亚铁、蔗糖、磷酸吡哆醛,在温度为30-40℃,pH为6-7条件下酶解50-70min后,加入80-100份无水乙醇,超声萃取40-60min,得到含有大蒜油的乙醇溶液;
b. 将膨润土加入到步骤a所得乙醇溶液中,高速搅拌使膨润土分散,制成
悬浮液,将悬浮液转移至40-80℃干燥箱中,充分干燥,得到块状材料,再用粉碎机将块状材料粉碎,过100-200目筛,得膨润土负载大蒜油的混合物;
c. 将β-环糊精加入200-300份去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入步骤b所得混合物、十二烷基磺酸钠,在20-40℃、超声功率350-550W条件下,进行包合反应1-2h,然后冷却结晶,真空抽滤,滤渣用无水乙醇洗涤若干次,20-40℃干燥,得β-环糊精包合物;
d. 将碳纤维加入20-25份的无水乙醇中,超声分散均匀,加入乙酸调节pH为4-5,加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,搅拌8-15h,之后用去离子水洗涤,真空干燥,得改性碳纤维
e. 将步骤c所得包合物、步骤d所得改性碳纤维、甘油加入到100-200份去离子水中,分散均匀制成悬浮液,加入聚乙烯醇,升温至80-95℃,超声40-60min使聚乙烯醇溶解,继续超声30-50min排除气泡,冷却,将混合液倾倒在有机玻璃板上,用刮刀涂布成膜,室温下静置20-30h,干燥即可。
所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d所述干燥条件为:于40-50℃的真空干燥箱中干燥20-30h。
本发明的有益效果是:大蒜破碎以后,无臭的蒜氨酸在蒜氨酸酶、磷酸吡哆醛及金属离子的协同作用下发生催化反应,形成具有强烈气味的有机硫化物,对蛋白质分子中巯基的氧化作用,使细菌、真菌等微生物生长繁殖所必需的酶灭活,从而抑制了微生物的生长和繁殖;用膨润土对大蒜油进行负载,并用环糊精进行包合,不仅解决了有机硫化物具有刺激性气味的问题,起到缓释作用,延长其杀菌寿命,还提高了膨润土在聚乙烯醇基底中的分散性,促进其融合,提高了保鲜膜的耐水性;配合添加了碳纤维,赋予保鲜膜防静电的功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对被发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
碳纤维3,蒜泥30,聚乙烯醇60,乙酸适量,氯化亚铁2,蔗糖3,磷酸吡哆醛0.5,膨润土25,硅烷偶联剂KH550 2,β-环糊精40,十二烷基磺酸钠5,甘油3,去离子水1000,无水乙醇600。
所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将蒜泥分散在80-100份去离子水中,加入氯化亚铁、蔗糖、磷酸吡哆醛,在温度为30-40℃,pH为6-7条件下酶解50-70min后,加入80-100份无水乙醇,超声萃取40-60min,得到含有大蒜油的乙醇溶液;
b. 将膨润土加入到步骤a所得乙醇溶液中,高速搅拌使膨润土分散,制成
悬浮液,将悬浮液转移至40-80℃干燥箱中,充分干燥,得到块状材料,再用粉碎机将块状材料粉碎,过100-200目筛,得膨润土负载大蒜油的混合物;
c. 将β-环糊精加入200-300份去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入步骤b所得混合物、十二烷基磺酸钠,在20-40℃、超声功率350-550W条件下,进行包合反应1-2h,然后冷却结晶,真空抽滤,滤渣用无水乙醇洗涤若干次,20-40℃干燥,得β-环糊精包合物;
d. 将碳纤维加入20-25份的无水乙醇中,超声分散均匀,加入乙酸调节pH为4-5,加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,搅拌8-15h,之后用去离子水洗涤,真空干燥,得改性碳纤维
e. 将步骤c所得包合物、步骤d所得改性碳纤维、甘油加入到100-200份去离子水中,分散均匀制成悬浮液,加入聚乙烯醇,升温至80-95℃,超声40-60min使聚乙烯醇溶解,继续超声30-50min排除气泡,冷却,将混合液倾倒在有机玻璃板上,用刮刀涂布成膜,室温下静置20-30h,干燥即可。
所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d所述干燥条件为:于40-50℃的真空干燥箱中干燥20-30h。
本发明的产品性能测试数据为:对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的隔菌率≥ 85%,表现出较好的微生物抑制效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
碳纤维2-3,蒜泥20-30,聚乙烯醇50-60,乙酸适量,氯化亚铁1-2,蔗糖2-3,磷酸吡哆醛0.2-0.5,膨润土15-25,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,β-环糊精30-40,十二烷基磺酸钠2-5,甘油2-3,去离子水600-1000,无水乙醇100-600。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将蒜泥分散在80-100份去离子水中,加入氯化亚铁、蔗糖、磷酸吡哆醛,在温度为30-40℃,pH为6-7条件下酶解50-70min后,加入80-100份无水乙醇,超声萃取40-60min,得到含有大蒜油的乙醇溶液;
b. 将膨润土加入到步骤a所得乙醇溶液中,高速搅拌使膨润土分散,制成
悬浮液,将悬浮液转移至40-80℃干燥箱中,充分干燥,得到块状材料,再用粉碎机将块状材料粉碎,过100-200目筛,得膨润土负载大蒜油的混合物;
c. 将β-环糊精加入200-300份去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入步骤b所得混合物、十二烷基磺酸钠,在20-40℃、超声功率350-550W条件下,进行包合反应1-2h,然后冷却结晶,真空抽滤,滤渣用无水乙醇洗涤若干次,20-40℃干燥,得β-环糊精包合物;
d. 将碳纤维加入20-25份的无水乙醇中,超声分散均匀,加入乙酸调节pH为4-5,加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,搅拌8-15h,之后用去离子水洗涤,真空干燥,得改性碳纤维
e. 将步骤c所得包合物、步骤d所得改性碳纤维、甘油加入到100-200份去离子水中,分散均匀制成悬浮液,加入聚乙烯醇,升温至80-95℃,超声40-60min使聚乙烯醇溶解,继续超声30-50min排除气泡,冷却,将混合液倾倒在有机玻璃板上,用刮刀涂布成膜,室温下静置20-30h,干燥即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防静电、含大蒜油的膨润土/PVA杀菌保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e所述干燥条件为:于40-50℃的真空干燥箱中干燥20-30h。
