本发明公开了一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,其由以下重量份的原料制成:HDPE 160‑170份、乙烯‑辛烯嵌段型共聚物18‑24份、聚乙烯焟6‑9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯12‑16份、甲基膦酸二甲酯2‑4份、抗氧剂1076 5‑9份、二苯基硫脲8‑12份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6‑14份。本发明提供的抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒具有良好抗菌防霉和防老化性能,加工成本低,制备工艺简单,当应用于PE制品的着色时,具有颜色稳定性提高、色差较小的优点,克服了现有PE色母粒着色时颜色不稳定、色差较大等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们不光关注各种生活中使用的产品的性能,同时日益追求其美观,并希望其购买的产品具有良好的外观。由于塑料制品具有原料来源丰富,价格便宜,无毒、易于成型加工,较高的刚性和韧性,机械强度好,所以现在人们生活中充斥着各式各样的塑料制品,而色母粒着色是现今最普遍采用的塑料着色法。色母粒是20世纪60年代开发的一种塑料、纤维的着色新产品,它是把颜料超常量均匀的载附于树脂中而制得的聚合物的复合物。随着技术的进步,塑料加工过程中,通过添加色母粒,从而起到美化、装饰、便于识别、提高耐候性、提高力学性能、改进光学性能等作用。采用色母粒着色时,颜料经过预处理并均匀分散于载体树脂中,大大提高了颜料的分散性能和着色效率,具有操作简单、成本低廉、对环境无污染等优点。
聚乙烯(PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-100~-70°C),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
目前,国外PE色母粒技术水平较高的国家,颜料、分散剂等原材料品种齐全,已形成了系列化和专业化产品结构。但是国产PE色母粒产品结构单一,颜料、分散剂等原材料品种搭配不全,导致色泽存在一定差异,这对于制品的着色极为不利。以色母粒进行着色时,由于载体流动性能较差,容易出现流纹、色泽不均、色差不易控制和功能单一等问题。因此,如何解决PE色母粒着色时容易产生流纹、色泽不均、色差较大和抗冲击性能变差等问题,是PE着色时需迫切解决的问题。为此,我们从产品的配方着手,开发新的色母粒,提供一种PE色母粒。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,由以下重量份的原料制得:HDPE 160-170份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物18-24份、聚乙烯焟6-9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯12-16份、甲基膦酸二甲酯2-4份、抗氧剂1076 5-9份、二苯基硫脲8-12份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份。
其还包含膨润土5-14份。
其还包含亚磷酸三苯酯5-9份。
其还包含纳米二氧化硅4-8份。
有益效果:本发明提供的抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒具有良好抗菌防霉和防老化性能,加工成本低,制备工艺简单,当应用于PE制品的着色时,具有颜色稳定性提高、色差较小的优点,克服了现有PE色母粒着色时颜色不稳定、色差较大等问题。

实施例1
本实施例提供的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,由以下重量份的原料制得:HDPE 160份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物18份、聚乙烯焟6份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯12份、甲基膦酸二甲酯2份、抗氧剂1076 5份、二苯基硫脲8份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,由以下重量份的原料制得:HDPE 170份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物24份、聚乙烯焟9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯16份、甲基膦酸二甲酯4份、抗氧剂1076 9份、二苯基硫脲12份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、膨润土14份。

本实施例提供的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,由以下重量份的原料制得:HDPE 160份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物18份、聚乙烯焟6份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯12份、甲基膦酸二甲酯2份、抗氧剂1076 5份、二苯基硫脲8份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、膨润土5份、亚磷酸三苯酯5份。

本实施例提供的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,由以下重量份的原料制得:HDPE 170份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物24份、聚乙烯焟9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯16份、甲基膦酸二甲酯4份、抗氧剂1076 9份、二苯基硫脲12份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、膨润土14份、亚磷酸三苯酯9份、纳米二氧化硅8份。
上述实施例1-4使用的生产工艺为常规生产工艺,其步骤为:先按上述配比称取各原料投入高速搅拌机中,搅拌混合;然后将混合均匀的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中熔融、塑化、挤出、造粒,即得。

1.一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:HDPE 160-170份、乙烯-辛烯嵌段型共聚物18-24份、聚乙烯焟6-9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯12-16份、甲基膦酸二甲酯2-4份、抗氧剂1076 5-9份、二苯基硫脲8-12份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,其特征在于:其还包含膨润土5-14份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,其特征在于:其还包含亚磷酸三苯酯5-9份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防老化聚乙烯色母粒,其特征在于:其还包含纳米二氧化硅4-8份。
