Abstract

本发明的内容在于提供一种能够导热的、具有优良耐腐蚀性的聚乙烯材料及其制备方法。聚乙烯(PE)是五大合成树脂之一化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良等优点。由于传统的金属导热材料的耐腐蚀性差,在一些特定的领域受到了限制,塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性及绝缘性,可替代金属应用,因此塑料需要良好的导热性和优良的耐腐蚀性。本发明所得聚乙烯材料的力学性能能够达到使用标准,并且能够极大提高聚乙烯材料的导热性和耐腐蚀性,使聚乙烯材料在使用时提高安全性能。

技术领域
本发明属聚乙烯材料生产技术领域,改善聚乙烯原有的不足,生产出符合社会需求的产品。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)是五大合成树脂之一化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良等优点。由于传统的金属导热材料的耐腐蚀性差,在一些特定的领域受到了限制,塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性及绝缘性,可替代金属应用,因此塑料需要良好的导热性和优良的耐腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明的内容在于提供一种能够导热的、具有优良耐腐蚀性的聚乙烯材料及其制备方法。
该聚乙烯导热材料由下列重量比原料组成:
聚乙烯(HDPE)原料:55~65
铝粉:25.0~35.0
钛酸酯偶联剂:1.5~2.5
分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.5~1.5
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):4.5~5.5
光稳定剂:4.5~5.5
抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):1.5~2.5
着色剂:0.5~1.5
该聚乙烯导热材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:先将各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为160-190℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为205-210℃;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明,以下实施例仅是对本发明进行说明而非对其加以限定。
实施例1:
(1)按重量比分分别称取各原料如下:
聚乙烯(HDPE)原料:55
铝粉:25.0
钛酸酯偶联剂:1.5
分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.5
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):4.5
光稳定剂:4.5
抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):1.5
着色剂:0.5
(2)先将各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为160-190℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为205-210℃;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。

实验结果:
上述实施例为本发明的举例说明,并不用来限制本发明。通过上述实验表明,其中实施例2为最优重量比,通过本方法制造的聚乙烯材料的耐腐蚀性和导热性得到了明显改善。

1.一种聚乙烯导热材料,其特征在于,由下列重量比原料组成:
聚乙烯(HDPE)原料:55~65
铝粉:25.0~35.0
钛酸酯偶联剂:1.5~2.5
分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.5~1.5
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):4.5~5.5
光稳定剂:4.5~5.5
抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):1.5~2.5
着色剂:0.5~1.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯导热材料,其特征在于,最优重量比原料组成为:
聚乙烯(HDPE)原料:60
