Abstract
聚乙烯(PE)是五大合成树脂之一化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良等优点。由于传统的金属导热材料的耐腐蚀性差,在一些特定的领域受到了限制,塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性及绝缘性,可替代金属应用,因此塑料需要良好的导热性和优良的耐腐蚀性。本发明提供一种不影响材料的力学性能的聚乙烯导热改性材料及其制备方法。

技术领域
本发明属聚乙烯材料生产技术领域,改善聚乙烯原有的不足,生产出符合社会需求的产品。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)是五大合成树脂之一化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良等优点。由于传统的金属导热材料的耐腐蚀性差,在一些特定的领域受到了限制,塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性及绝缘性,可替代金属应用,因此塑料需要良好的导热性和优良的耐腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不影响材料的力学性能的聚乙烯导热改性材料及其制备方法。
聚乙烯导热改性材料的原料按质量百分比配比为:聚乙烯原料:60、铝粉:30.0、钛酸酯偶联剂:2.0、分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):1.0、紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):5.0、光稳定剂:5.0、抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):2.0、着色剂:1.0。
所述材料的制备方法为:先将各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为160-190℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为205-210℃;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。

(1)原料按质量百分比配比为:聚乙烯原料:60、铝粉:30.0、钛酸酯偶联剂:2.0、分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):1.0、紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):5.0、光稳定剂:5.0、抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):2.0、着色剂:1.0。
(2)先将各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为160-190℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为205-210℃;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。

1.一种聚乙烯导热改性材料,其特征在于,原料按质量百分比配比为:聚乙烯原料:60、铝粉:30.0、钛酸酯偶联剂:2.0、分散润滑剂(TAS-2A):1.0、紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):5.0、光稳定剂:5.0、抗氧剂(乙烯-辛烯的共聚物):2.0、着色剂:1.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯导热改性材料,其特征在于,其制备方法为:先将各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为160-190℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为205-210℃;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
