本发明还涉及一种石墨烯乳胶的制备工艺,主要包括以下步骤,
步骤一、备料混合
取重量份配比的天然乳胶、石墨烯、硫化剂、天然香精油、胶凝剂、抗氧化剂和硬脂酸钠进行混合形成液体原料,导入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
步骤二、起泡入模
在液体原料中导入氦气,并不断搅拌,形成泡沫,然后通过管道把泡沫导入模具的内腔,模具内腔注满泡沫时进行合模密封;
步骤三、加热固化
将模具移至加热室内,在加热室内充入高温蒸汽,使得模具内的泡沫固化,固化时间为2~3小时,然后移出加热室,静置冷却后打开模具,得到成形的石墨烯乳胶块;
步骤四、二次固化
再把墨烯乳胶块放入加热室内,充入高温蒸汽,5~6分钟后取出并进行清洗和干燥,得到高透气的石墨烯乳胶块。
作为一种改进的技术方案,所述步骤三和所述步骤四使用的高温蒸汽的温度为120℃ ~130℃。
本发明还公开了利用上述制备工艺制得的石墨烯乳胶制成的安全套。
作为一种改进的技术方案,所述安全套的表面涂覆有水溶性负离子粉。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1、相比单纯的乳胶,石墨烯乳胶材料防螨抑菌、吸湿透气性显著提高。
2、低温远红外线,促进微循环。在20~35度状态下,对6~14微米波长的远红外光吸收率达88%以上,从而提高皮肤表面温度,使毛细血管扩张,从而促进微循环。
3、吸湿导湿,防静电。可迅速吸收人体皮肤散发的湿气汗液,并快速导入空气中散发,给身体干爽呵护。
4、石墨烯乳胶材料具有高弹力,永久回弹复位,几万次的验证,回弹效果不减弱。
石墨烯乳胶安全套,在安全套的通用基础上,更薄更坚韧,添加含有负离子粉的水溶性润滑剂后,可使海绵体在兴奋时更加膨胀,过程中,吸收远红外线,负离子,促进细胞新陈代谢,促进肌体排出有害物质,活化细胞,消除疲劳,提高肌体免疫力,降低过敏风险。

下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
一种石墨烯乳胶,包括以下重量份配比的组分,
天然乳胶70~80、石墨烯0.2~0.5、硫化剂1~1.5、天然香精油0.05~0.1、胶凝剂 2~2.5、抗氧化剂0.5~0.75 、硬脂酸钠 0.3~0.5。具体地,包括以下重量份配比的组分,天然乳胶75、石墨烯0.3、硫化剂1.2、天然香精油0.07、胶凝剂 2.2、抗氧化剂 0.55、硬脂酸钠0.4。
本本实施例上述石墨烯乳胶的制备工艺,主要包括以下步骤,
步骤一、备料混合
取重量份配比的天然乳胶、石墨烯、硫化剂、天然香精油、胶凝剂、抗氧化剂和硬脂酸钠进行混合形成液体原料,导入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
步骤二、起泡入模
在液体原料中导入氦气,并不断搅拌,形成泡沫,然后通过管道把泡沫导入模具的内腔,模具内腔注满泡沫时进行合模密封;
步骤三、加热固化
将模具移至加热室内,在加热室内充入高温蒸汽,使得模具内的泡沫固化,固化时间为2.5小时,然后移出加热室,静置冷却后打开模具,得到成形的石墨烯乳胶块;
步骤四、二次固化
再把墨烯乳胶块放入加热室内,充入高温蒸汽,5.5分钟后取出并进行清洗和干燥,得到高透气的石墨烯乳胶块。
所述步骤三和所述步骤四使用的高温蒸汽的温度为120℃ ~130℃。
本实施例生产的墨烯乳胶具有以下优点:
1、相比单纯的乳胶,石墨烯乳胶材料防螨抑菌、吸湿透气性显著提高。

本实施例还公开了利用上述制备工艺制得的石墨烯乳胶制成的安全套。
石墨烯乳胶安全套的特点:
1.原有乳胶基础上添加石墨烯成分,因石墨烯为六角分子结构,可将压力分散,增加安全套的耐压度以及韧性,更薄,更坚韧不易破损。
2.可以使石墨烯的厚度在0.335纳米,添加石墨烯的安全套,可以在保证安全性的基础上更薄。
3.添加了石墨烯的安全套,大大加强了韧性,弹力好,更加随型,不易脱落。
4.六角形分子结构,张缩有力,增加吸附感,双向受益。
5.石墨烯热导系数高,热传导性好,增强感受。
6.安全套中添加负离子粉,抗菌消炎,释放远红外线,增加海绵体膨胀,增强细胞活性。
还可以在安全套的表面涂覆水溶性负离子粉或负离子粉的水溶性化合物。
负离子粉具有以下作用:
1、使细胞活性化:通过对细胞膜促进膜内外钾、钠离子交换,保持细胞活性。
2、净化血液:通过细胞的活性化促进其新陈代谢,废物和有毒有害物质及时排出体外。
3、恢复疲劳:消除引起疲劳的致病因素,快速恢复体力。
4、稳定植物神经系统:影响植物神经系统的应激功能,调整植物神经的功能。
5、增强抗病能力:稳定情绪、增加血液中丙状球蛋白的含量、改善白细胞的数量和质量、增强白细胞吞噬细菌的功能。
6、抑制肿瘤细胞生长:影响血液中带电粒子的组分和和分布,从而使细胞体的活性增强。
7、吸收并屏蔽电磁波辐射
8、改善过敏体质:调整植物神经系统平衡,增强对变应原的抵抗力。
负离子石墨烯安全套,在安全套的通用基础上,更薄更坚韧,添加含有负离子粉的水溶性润滑剂后,可使海绵体在兴奋时更加膨胀,过程中,吸收远红外线,负离子,促进细胞新陈代谢,促进肌体排出有害物质,活化细胞,消除疲劳,提高肌体免疫力,降低过敏风险。

1.一种石墨烯乳胶,其特征在于:包括以下重量份配比的组分,
天然乳胶70~80、石墨烯0.2~0.5、硫化剂1~1.5、天然香精油0.05~0.1、胶凝剂 2~2.5、抗氧化剂0.5~0.75 、硬脂酸钠 0.3~0.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯乳胶,其特征在于:包括以下重量份配比的组分,
天然乳胶75、石墨烯0.3、硫化剂1.2、天然香精油0.07、胶凝剂 2.2、抗氧化剂 0.55、硬脂酸钠0.4。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种石墨烯乳胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、备料混合
取重量份配比的天然乳胶、石墨烯、硫化剂、天然香精油、胶凝剂、抗氧化剂和硬脂酸钠进行混合形成液体原料,导入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;

5.利用如权利要求3所述的制备工艺制得的石墨烯乳胶制成的安全套。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种石墨烯乳胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述安全套的表面涂覆有水溶性负离子粉。
