目前楼房建筑多采用框架结构,特别是高层建筑,墙体一般使用保温砖垒砌而成。现有的保温砖保温效果差,因此墙体垒砌后在外墙面或内墙面还要抹一定厚度的保温砂浆或外贴保温板,不仅施工繁琐、施工周期长,而且墙面易空鼓开裂,严重影响保温效果,并且保温砖使用寿命短,带来极大的安全隐患。

S2、将S1得到的物料放入烘箱中干燥,干磨,过筛,送入冷压模具中加压至60-70kN,保压2-4min,脱模;
S3、放在干燥通风的环境中自然干燥,置于烧结炉中于大气气氛下升温至1000-1200℃,保温,降温至室温,得到热稳定且保温效果好保温砖。

本发明的改性云母粉中,云母粉经过预处理后与聚乙二醇作用,聚乙二醇分子可进入预处理后的云母粉的层间距中,不仅羟基密度大,且间距大的片层状结构更不易团聚,而γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在云母粉表面接枝活性氨基,而N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺苯环上具有五个取代基,反应活性极高,与预处理云母粉作用不仅接枝率高,且可与膨胀珍珠岩、石墨粉、云母粉、膨润土、硫酸铝、木炭、矿尾沙、钢渣粉、高岭土、石英砂共混,相互间分散性极好,吸附能力强,在大气气氛中烧结,特定的烧结温度、升温及保温方式,得到制品晶粒尺寸、气孔尺寸及晶界形状及分布好,可满足保温砖的常规性能要求,又达到容重很小的技术效果,形成的砖体不仅机械性能好,且热稳定性能优异。

按重量份将1份N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺单体、60份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合搅拌20min,搅拌温度为50℃,加入0.2份氯化亚砜继续搅拌5h,加入10份预处理云母粉搅拌6h,过滤,在温度160℃干燥4h,得到改性云母粉;
实施例5
一种热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将24份改性云母粉、35份膨胀珍珠岩、18份石墨粉、12份云母粉、32份膨润土、6份硫酸铝、8份木炭、10份矿尾沙、8份钢渣粉、4份高岭土、26份石英砂、26份水装入球磨罐内湿磨5h,倒出,在空气中自然沉淀3h,过滤;
S2、将S1得到的物料放入124℃烘箱中干燥32h,干磨8h,过筛,送入冷压模具中加压至64kN,保压3min,脱模;
S3、放在干燥通风的环境中自然干燥32h,置于烧结炉中于大气气氛下以8℃/min速度升温至1150℃,保温35in,降温至室温,得到热稳定且保温效果好保温砖。
其中改性云母粉采用如下工艺制备:
按重量份将35份云母粉、105份无水乙醇混合搅拌35min,搅拌速度为850r/min,超声分散8min,取上层液喷雾干燥,加入34份水超声分散,加入12份聚乙二醇在温度76℃搅拌3h,过滤,干燥,加入70份甲苯混合搅拌60min,搅拌速度为520r/min,加入1.6份γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在温度42℃搅拌3h,过滤,干燥,得到预处理云母粉;
按重量份将2份N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺单体、52份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合搅拌28min,搅拌温度为45℃,加入0.4份氯化亚砜继续搅拌4h,加入16份预处理云母粉搅拌4h,过滤,在温度172℃干燥3h,得到改性云母粉;

Claims (10)

1.一种热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将改性云母粉、膨胀珍珠岩、石墨粉、云母粉、膨润土、硫酸铝、木炭、矿尾沙、钢渣粉、高岭土、石英砂、水装入球磨罐内湿磨,倒出,在空气中自然沉淀,过滤;
S2、将S1得到的物料放入烘箱中干燥,干磨,过筛,送入冷压模具中加压至60-70kN,保压2-4min,脱模;
S3、放在干燥通风的环境中自然干燥,置于烧结炉中于大气气氛下升温至1000-1200℃,保温,降温至室温,得到热稳定且保温效果好保温砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在S1中,按重量份将15-35份改性云母粉、20-50份膨胀珍珠岩、15-25份石墨粉、5-15份云母粉、20-40份膨润土、2-10份硫酸铝、5-10份木炭、4-12份矿尾沙、5-12份钢渣粉、1-8份高岭土、2-10份石英砂、20-30份水装入球磨罐内湿磨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在S1中,湿磨时间为2-6h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在S2中,烘箱温度为110-130℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在S3中,升温速度为6-10℃/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,改性云母粉采用如下工艺制备:将云母粉、无水乙醇混合搅拌,超声分散,取上层液喷雾干燥,加入水超声分散,加入聚乙二醇在温度70-80℃搅拌,过滤,干燥,加入甲苯混合搅拌,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在温度35-45℃搅拌,过滤,干燥,得到预处理云母粉;将N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺单体、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合搅拌,搅拌温度为40-50℃,加入氯化亚砜继续搅拌,加入预处理云母粉搅拌,过滤,在温度160-180℃干燥,得到改性云母粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,云母粉、聚乙二醇、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为20-40:5-15:1-2。
8.根据权利要求6所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺单体、预处理云母粉的重量比为1-3:10-20。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将15-35份改性云母粉、20-50份膨胀珍珠岩、15-25份石墨粉、5-15份云母粉、20-40份膨润土、2-10份硫酸铝、5-10份木炭、4-12份矿尾沙、5-12份钢渣粉、1-8份高岭土、2-10份石英砂、20-30份水装入球磨罐内湿磨2-6h,倒出,在空气中自然沉淀2-4h,过滤;
S2、将S1得到的物料放入110-130℃烘箱中干燥20-40h,干磨5-15h,过筛,送入冷压模具中加压至60-70kN,保压2-4min,脱模;
S3、放在干燥通风的环境中自然干燥20-40h,置于烧结炉中于大气气氛下以6-10℃/min速度升温至1000-1200℃,保温20-40min,降温至室温,得到热稳定且保温效果好保温砖。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的热稳定且保温效果好保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,改性云母粉采用如下工艺制备:
按重量份将20-40份云母粉、80-120份无水乙醇混合搅拌20-50min,搅拌速度为600-1000r/min,超声分散5-15min,取上层液喷雾干燥,加入20-50份水超声分散,加入5-15份聚乙二醇在温度70-80℃搅拌2-4h,过滤,干燥,加入40-80份甲苯混合搅拌40-80min,搅拌速度为400-600r/min,加入1-2份γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在温度35-45℃搅拌2-4h,过滤,干燥,得到预处理云母粉;
按重量份将1-3份N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺单体、40-60份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合搅拌20-40min,搅拌温度为40-50℃,加入0.2-0.6份氯化亚砜继续搅拌2-5h,加入10-20份预处理云母粉搅拌3-6h,过滤,在温度160-180℃干燥2-4h,得到改性云母粉。
