Abstract

一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,属于玻璃技术领域,包括玻璃片一、玻璃片二以及设置在玻璃片一和玻璃片二之间的夹胶;玻璃片一是由薄玻璃片一、薄玻璃片二和薄玻璃片三通过热压形成的整体无机玻璃片,玻璃片一内部设有可通水的通孔,通孔分两层交错均布于玻璃片一的内部,夹胶中设有金属颗粒钆,玻璃片二为含钆有机玻璃,玻璃片一和玻璃片二之间通过夹胶粘接成一体。本发明在使用时可在通孔内注入水,该结构能慢化穿过玻璃平面的中子,将快中子变为慢中子,通过在夹胶中设置金属颗粒钆,从而对中子进行进一步的吸收,在玻璃片二中设置金属颗粒钆,能够对中子辐射进行二次吸收,有效提升了透明材料的防中子辐射能力。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃技术领域,涉及一种具有防中子辐射功能的屏蔽玻璃,具体的说是涉及一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃。
背景技术
夹胶玻璃是由两层或多层平直玻璃(或热弯玻璃)之间夹以PVB薄膜,经过高压制成的高级安全玻璃,具有透明、机械强度高、防紫外线、隔热、隔音、防弹、防暴等特性。当玻璃受到冲击破碎时,碎片被PVB粘住,不易伤人,只是形成辐射状裂纹,保持原来的形状和可见度,在一定的时间内可继续使用。
中子在介质中的衰减大致可概括为慢化和吸收两个过程。快中子、中能中子与轻核作用主要以弹性散射方式损失能量而慢化,与重核作用主要以非弹性散射方式损失能量而慢化,锡、锢、锗、硼等元素对热中子或能量较低的中能中子具有较大的俘获截面,可以作为良好的中子吸收剂材料。在中子俘获及与重核的非弹性散射过程中,都伴随产生次级γ射线。轻元素虽然是良好的中子慢化剂材料,但其对伴生的γ射线的衰减性能很差,所以宜用轻重元素组合作为中子慢化剂材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前透明材料防中子辐射能力弱的不足,提供一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,可对中子辐射进行多次吸收,能有效提升透明材料的防中子辐射能力。
本发明的技术方案是:一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,包括玻璃片一、玻璃片二以及设置在玻璃片一和玻璃片二之间的夹胶;其特征在于:所述玻璃片一是由薄玻璃片一、薄玻璃片二和薄玻璃片三通过热压形成的整体无机玻璃片,所述玻璃片一内部设有可通水的通孔,所述通孔分两层交错均布于玻璃片一的内部,所述夹胶中设有金属颗粒钆,所述金属颗粒钆分层均匀分布于所述夹胶中,所述玻璃片二为含钆有机玻璃,所述玻璃片一和玻璃片二之间通过所述夹胶粘接成一体。
所述夹胶为SGP胶片。
所述通孔为圆形通孔或矩形通孔。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提出的一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,结构新颖,工作原理清晰,本发明在玻璃片一中设有通孔,使用时可在通孔内注入水,该结构能慢化穿过玻璃平面的中子,将快中子变为慢中子,通过在夹胶中设置金属颗粒钆,从而对中子进行进一步的吸收,在玻璃片二中设置金属颗粒钆,能够对中子辐射进行二次吸收,有效提升了透明材料的防中子辐射能力。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1-4所示,一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,包括玻璃片一1、玻璃片二3以及设置在玻璃片一1和玻璃片二3之间的夹胶2;玻璃片一1是由薄玻璃片一1-1、薄玻璃片二1-2和薄玻璃片三1-3通过热压形成的整体无机玻璃片,玻璃片一1内部设有可通水的通孔4,通孔4分两层交错均布于玻璃片一1的内部,夹胶2中设有金属颗粒钆5,金属颗粒钆5分层均匀分布于夹胶2中,玻璃片二3为含钆有机玻璃,玻璃片一1和玻璃片二3之间通过夹胶2粘接成一体;夹胶2为SGP胶片;通孔4为圆形通孔或矩形通孔。
如图1-4所示,一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃的工作原理如下:本发明在玻璃片一中设有通孔,使用时可在通孔内注入水,该结构能慢化穿过玻璃平面的中子,将快中子变为慢中子,通过在夹胶中设置金属颗粒钆,从而对中子进行进一步的吸收,在玻璃片二中设置金属颗粒钆,能够对中子辐射进行二次吸收,有效提升了透明材料的防中子辐射能力。

1.一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,包括玻璃片一(1)、玻璃片二(3)以及设置在玻璃片一(1)和玻璃片二(3)之间的夹胶(2);其特征在于:所述玻璃片一(1)是由薄玻璃片一(1-1)、薄玻璃片二(1-2)和薄玻璃片三(1-3)通过热压形成的整体无机玻璃片,所述玻璃片一(1)内部设有可通水的通孔(4),所述通孔(4)分两层交错均布于玻璃片一(1)的内部,所述夹胶(2)中设有金属颗粒钆(5),所述金属颗粒钆(5)分层均匀分布于所述夹胶(2)中,所述玻璃片二(3)为含钆有机玻璃,所述玻璃片一(1)和玻璃片二(3)之间通过所述夹胶(2)粘接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷含钆夹胶中子屏蔽玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹胶(2)为SGP胶片。
