合成纤维纺织支承在制造沥青面层领域内的应用,例如通常它们用于涂层,这已是众所周知的了,合成纤维纺织支承由一种聚酯纤维无纺布卷层或必须具有一个横向定位的连续纱线纤维组成。
许多年以来,为避免纺织支承受到沥青浸透时产生横向收缩,可通过在高温下受张力作用经过沥青浴而达该防缩目的。在传统布卷层的两层之间,同一申请人嵌入了一薄层聚酯纤维,其带有长丝长约70mm并沿纺织支承的纵向彼此平行排列。
这种解决办法认可了在沥青渗透工序中横向收缩问题的解决,但是对于另一个重要问题,该方法被证明并不是很有效的。当沥青面层被敷好后此问题将显现出来,它是夏天沥青面层上受热而产生热膨胀的结果。由于这种膨胀的结果,实际上,沥青会软化并且纺织支承趋向于变短,这是由于在生产中该纺织支承受张紧作用的缘故。
从意大利专利NO.1,237,149和相应的美国专利NO.5,118,550中,已知一种用于沥青面层的合成纤维纺织支承,其内嵌有许多平行连续玻璃长丝,并且在两层聚酯纤维无纺布卷层之间纵向延伸,其目的是为了对合成纤维纺织支承确保一个适当的纵向加强。
玻璃长丝具有一个高的杨氏弹性模量,另一方面,它也表现了作为一个基本刚性支持体的缺点,它对达到某一极限的牵引具有很好的抵抗力,但易突然断裂从而使纺织支承无任何纵向加强。而且,即使在它断裂前,相对包绕它们的聚酯无纺织物,这些纤维会以明显不同的方式对上层的热膨胀作出明显不同的反应,从而决定了相邻长丝之间产生一系列起伏。最后,在应用玻璃长丝时,在加工过程中隐含着玻璃微粒的存在,这些玻璃微粒对操作者可产生有害的刺激,在废料的回收和废料处理中同样会产生许多明显的问题。
有鉴于这种技术状况,本发明的目的是提供一种用于沥青面层的合成纤维支承,该支承在渗透过程中可避免产品的横向收缩并且伸直良好,该支承在被放好后,对其上层的热膨胀具有弹性。

根据本发明,有可能观察到:在沥青渗透过程中,这种聚酯加强纤维使合成纤维纺织支承能解决产品的横向收缩问题,同时在沥青面层被敷设好后这种聚酯加强纤维能以相同的方式在其上层受热膨胀情况下随着包绕的聚酯布卷层的延伸和收缩而有弹性地一起移动,该方式确保了一个延伸阻力,这种延伸阻力相对于玻璃纱线的延伸阻力并不是十分重要。
另一方面,根据本发明,对于已知领域的玻璃加强纱线的产品,合成纤维纺织支承还有如下优势:它避免了对操作者的不便和各种生态问题,同时考虑了废料回收和利用的巨大可能性。
根据本发明,合成纤维纺织支承的一个可能实施例被阐明,其在附图中作为一个未被限定的例子,其中:

2.根据权利要求1的一种合成纤维纺织支承,其特征在于,所说的聚酯纱线(3)的杨氏弹性模量为10Gpa到14Gpa。
