The horizontal support 123 is a right-angle support, and the other end is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 124. The horizontal supporting member 123 further has a triangular reinforcing rib 123-1 fixed at a right-angled bent portion of the horizontal supporting member 123 to improve the connection strength of the horizontal supporting member 123. The push rods 125 are horizontally disposed and symmetrically fixed to the connecting plate 124.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the pusher apparatus.
As shown in fig. 3, the horizontal movement driving means 130 includes: a horizontal driving motor 131, a horizontal driving wheel 132, a horizontal driven wheel 133, a horizontal conveying belt 134 and two horizontal moving members 135.
The horizontal driving motor 131 is fixed on the upper surface of the fixing base 110. The horizontal driving pulley 132 and the horizontal driven pulley 133 are respectively fixed at both ends of the lower surface of the fixed base 110. The horizontal driving motor 131 passes through the fixing base 110 to drive the horizontal driving wheel 132 to rotate. The horizontal conveyor belt 134 is fitted over the horizontal driving pulley 132 and the horizontal driven pulley 133 to rotate therewith. The two horizontal moving members 135 are fixed to both sides of the horizontal conveyor belt 134, and move along with the movement of the horizontal conveyor belt 134.

The vertical driving pulley 142 and the vertical driven pulley 143 are vertically provided up and down at both ends of the other side of the vertical support 146. The vertical driving motor 141 rotates the vertical driving wheel 142 through the vertical bracket 146. The vertical conveyor belt 144 is fitted over the vertical driving pulley 142 and the vertical driven pulley 143 to rotate therewith. Two vertical moving members 145 are fixed to both sides of the vertical conveyor belt 144, respectively, and move along with the movement of the vertical conveyor belt 144. Two vertical moving members 145 are fixedly connected with two chute connectors 150, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the chute connector 150 has a horizontal rod chute 151. One end of the horizontal rod 121 is embedded in the horizontal rod sliding groove 151 of the sliding groove connecting piece 150, and can horizontally move in the horizontal rod sliding groove 151, so that the push rod assembly 120 moves up and down along with the sliding groove connecting piece 150.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, two sets of vertical movement auxiliary assemblies 160 are disposed on the upper surface of the fixed base 110 at both sides of the vertical movement driving device 140. Each set of vertical movement assistance members 160 includes: a vertical fixing plate 161, two auxiliary slide bars 162 and two auxiliary sliders 163.

The two auxiliary sliding blocks 163 are fixed to the two chute connectors 150, respectively. When the two chute connecting members 150 vertically move up and down, the two vertical fixing plates 161 are used for auxiliary support, so that the chute connecting members 150 move more stably.
As shown in fig. 4, the vertical bracket 146 of the vertical movement driving device 140 is also fixedly connected to a vertical fixing plate 161 via two connecting transverse plates 170, so as to reinforce the support of the vertical movement driving device 140.
The working principle of the push rod device is as follows:
fig. 5 is a structural view of a right push rod push completion state of the push rod device.
Fig. 6 is a left side view of a right push rod pushing completion state of the push rod device.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the two push rods 125, the two chute connectors 150, the two horizontal moving members 135 and the two vertical moving members 145 are distinguished by suffixes a and B, respectively, to facilitate description of the operation of the entire push rod device.
The first up-down alternating process of the two push rod assemblies:
the pusher bar 125A of one pusher bar assembly 120 is now in the leftmost and lowermost position, at which the pusher bar 125A has just completed a pushing motion. While the pusher bar 125B of the other pusher bar assembly 120 is in a state to start the pushing work.
At this time, the vertical driving motor 141 of the vertical movement driving device 140 rotates counterclockwise, the vertical driving pulley 142, the vertical driven pulley 143, and the vertical conveying belt 144 are all driven to rotate counterclockwise, and the vertical moving member 145A moves upward. The chute connector 150A fixed to the vertical moving member 145A also moves upward, driving the push rod 125A of the push rod assembly to move upward.
Meanwhile, the vertical moving member 145B moves downward. The chute connector 150B fixed to the vertical moving member 145B at the other side is also moved downward, and the push rod 125B of the push rod assembly is moved downward, to reach the state of fig. 7 and 8.
The first back-and-forth alternating process of the two push rod assemblies:
fig. 7 is a structural view showing an alternate state of two pushers of the pusher device.
Fig. 8 is a left side view of the alternate state of the two pushers of the pusher device.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, at this time, the vertical driving motor 141 of the vertical movement driving device 140 stops rotating. The horizontal driving motor 131 of the horizontal movement driving device 130 rotates counterclockwise, and drives the horizontal driving wheel 132, the horizontal driven wheel 133 and the horizontal conveying belt 134 to rotate counterclockwise. The horizontal moving member 135A moves backward to drive the push rod 125A of the push rod assembly to move backward.
Meanwhile, the horizontal moving member 135B moves forward, driving the push rod 125B of the push rod assembly to move forward, pushing the product.
The two push rod assemblies alternate up and down for the second time:
the vertical driving motor 141 of the vertical movement driving device 140 is reversely rotated, i.e., rotated clockwise. The vertical driving pulley 142, the vertical driven pulley 143, and the vertical conveying belt 144 are all driven to rotate clockwise, and the vertical moving member 145A moves downward. The chute connector 150A fixed to the vertical moving member 145A also moves downward, and drives the push rod 125A of the push rod assembly to move downward.
At the same time, the vertical moving member 145B moves upward. The chute connector 150B fixed to the vertical moving member 145B also moves upward, and drives the push rod 125B of the push rod assembly to move upward.
The two push rod assemblies alternate back and forth for the second time:
the horizontal driving motor 131 of the horizontal movement driving device 130 rotates in a reverse direction, i.e., clockwise, and drives the horizontal driving wheel 132, the horizontal driven wheel 133, and the horizontal conveying belt 134 to rotate clockwise. The horizontal moving member 135A moves forward to drive the pushing rod 125A of the pushing rod assembly to move forward to push the product.
Meanwhile, the horizontal moving member 135B moves backward, which drives the push rod 125B of the push rod assembly to move backward, and returns to the state shown in fig. 5 and 6. Two push rod assemblies of the push rod device reciprocate circularly to push products in turn.
